First timer. Looked nice but it has a bar feel to it. Not my cup of tea but I will recommend since the service was very good.

First time in Tallahassee and I had to make a quick road trip stop for coffee! Saw that Ology was in a brewery and it piqued my interest! The coffee had very good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. The menu item names are very creative. Five stars for that. So far loved the vibe. And as far as customer service goes, they were very friendly! I really wanted to try their Rosemary Lavender but sadly they were out of this flavor. I opted for cardamom with oat milk. After the first sip.. I couldn't quite get the cardamom taste. Not with the second, third or fourth. It fell a bit too short for me. Cardamom has a very distinct taste and it was lost in the milk. Just tasted like a regular latte. I had to have more than 12oz (looks like this is their only size) so I also got the cold brew.. but the batch was not as strong as I would prefer. I think it can be better. I'm sadly reminded of the old Keurig days when my coffee would come out tasting extremely diluted but I would still drink to because it was quick and easy. Cold brew is a slow, beautiful and delicate process. This drink did not reflect that awesome cold brew experience. I expect the cold brew from a coffee place to taste much better than what I make at home. No for me Ology. Wish you guys better days though! read more

Fantastic service and ambiance. The music is the best. The cafe is organized in a way that even when it's full of people, it's not overwhelming at all. I had the Saturday Morning Cartoon latte and it was fantastic. The espresso is loud and complements the milk they use so so well. I didn't modify anything. I also tried an individual shot of espresso. It had a unique taste to it. I recommend it for those who love strong coffee, the type you sip and savor. I would love to have another latte from here. Their espresso doesn't lose flavor or become unpleasantly bitter too quickly. read more

Ology is my absolute favorite place in town to get coffee. I'm a sucker for Saturday Morning Cartoons, a cereal-infused oatmilk made with espresso. I've had Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Fruity Pebbles, Corn Pops, and more. Childhood nostalgia and caffeine is always a winning combo in my book. The baristas are always so warm and friendly to me and my dog (who also loves coming along)! The only thing I could wish for is longer hours for coffee and larger sizes! read more

Incredible coffee where every single barista there puts love and effort into every shot and pour. Definitely the best tasting coffee in the entire city of Tallahassee (trust me, I've tried them all) and one of the only places where the employees are treated with respect. It's also great to see they have special seasonal offerings, which are created by the employees themselves! read more

I'm so happy that one of my favorite breweries branched out to coffee. You can get your normal staples or opt for one of their more edgy creations (leave it to the people who are always creating cool variations of beer to create fun, original coffee drinks) The space is cool, too. Large tables with plenty of space for working. An overall chill environment. My only gripe is that I wish they were open throughout the day rather than just in the mornings! read more

The best coffee experience you will have in Tallahassee! Ology Coffee is the brainchild of Jason Card, a long-time coffee expert and enthusiast in Tallahassee. With past experience at Atomic Coffee, Journeyman Coffee, and the Hideaway (to name a few) over the years, he really knows his stuff and is so passionate about sharing what he knows. After starting bartending at Ology Brewing, he was able to branch out and start brewing his own cold brew to serve at the various locations. From there, it's history. Ology Coffee has now been up and running for months, adding more dates, food, and vendors each week. I love to stop in when I can during the week to just say hi and see what Jason is whipping up. Honestly, I just trust my order to him each time. With Ology Distilling joining the brand, it means Ology Coffee also has great liquors to use in their lattes if you want something boozy. Great Espresso shots and traditional macchiatos. Kind service by knowledgeable barista.

First tried this coffee at a flea market outside of Tallahassee. So I tracked down the original location and grabbed a cup on my way out of town. Because I was driving I would've loved to had a 16 ounce cup of coffee but all they had was 12 and eight. So I got 2. On the way out of the door I had to stop the 2 cups to hold the door for somebody coming in and the top one dropped. I turned around to put the cup in the trashcan and they were already making me a new one. I'll definitely be back. This is service, oh and the coffee was fantastic. I should've gotten 2 12 ounces. My only advice would be to get a 16 ounce cup. read more

My favorite coffee in Tallahassee, hands-down. There are usually two rotating varieties of delicious and interesting curated beans to choose from if you just want a regular cup of coffee. Their espresso drinks are also great, and they do a bunch of wild stuff with Ology's spirits and even mixers like the "espresso & tonic."
