For one, it is rare in Tallahassee to have difficulty finding parking and that's exactly what happened here. This is in a side of town that is gentrifying and attempting to imitate Miami. This area is South Monroe, or SoMo, and it is reminiscent of Wynwood Walls in Miami except so far they're not charging for parking and it's still manageable. I say this as we wound up parking in the overflow parking section. Anyway, as far as coffee and food options go, they definitely had more coffee options than food ones. This may be a good place for a light bite but not a full-on meal. My friends each had some rose orange lemonade tea drink that looked gorgeous and apparently was tasty to boot. One of them had a sandwich, while I partook in a plain bagel with cream cheese and an iced café latte. This last bit is a miracle as I'm typically a hot coffee drinker, but it was lovely indeed and I have no regrets with my choice. I do have to say though that there are a lot of fox-themed coffee shops in the city. One of my friends accidentally drove to one of them before meeting us, so definitely be careful when going. It's easy to get confused and/or forget where Foxtail is!
