For one, it is rare in Tallahassee to have difficulty finding parking and that's exactly what happened here. This is in a side of town that is gentrifying and attempting to imitate Miami. This area is South Monroe, or SoMo, and it is reminiscent of Wynwood Walls in Miami except so far they're not charging for parking and it's still manageable. I say this as we wound up parking in the overflow parking section. Anyway, as far as coffee and food options go, they definitely had more coffee options than food ones. This may be a good place for a light bite but not a full-on meal. My friends each had some rose orange lemonade tea drink that looked gorgeous and apparently was tasty to boot. One of them had a sandwich, while I partook in a plain bagel with cream cheese and an iced café latte. This last bit is a miracle as I'm typically a hot coffee drinker, but it was lovely indeed and I have no regrets with my choice. I do have to say though that there are a lot of fox-themed coffee shops in the city. One of my friends accidentally drove to one of them before meeting us, so definitely be careful when going. It's easy to get confused and/or forget where Foxtail is!

I don't have a burr grinder, so he ground it for me (as requested, one above Turkish). Just brewed a Bialetti (12 cup) of it, and I can report that it is good. Very good. Super on par for Greek Mythology, if you know you know. Yes, getting a pomegranate coffee was extremely risky, but it was so intriguing I had to try it out. And let me say, it was probably as good as a pomegranate coffee could turn out. You could definitely taste it but it wasn't so overpowering or artificial tasting. I don't think I'd try it again as I'd rather just have a plain coffee but I was fairly impressed. There's not a ton of seating in here but could be a very peaceful place to study and do work. After the first sip.. I couldn't quite get the cardamom taste. Not with the second, third or fourth. It fell a bit too short for me. Cardamom has a very distinct taste and it was lost in the milk. Just tasted like a regular latte. I had to have more than 12oz (looks like this is their only size) so I also got the cold brew.. but the batch was not as strong as I would prefer. I think it can be better. I'm sadly reminded of the old Keurig days when my coffee would come out tasting extremely diluted but I would still drink to because it was quick and easy. Cold brew is a slow, beautiful and delicate process. This drink did not reflect that awesome cold brew experience.
