I found this hidden gem through Yelp! They have amazing smoothies as well as an incredible amount of things you can add to your smoothies! I got the grasshopper smoothie but I didn't know what to expect because I thought it wouldn't taste that good because it was filled with greens. On the contrary the smoothie was amazing! My husband had the PUB's PB Blast, peanut butter, banana and chocolate and it was filling and SOOOOO delicious. I especially liked the non dairy element of the PB Blast. Our smoothies were made fresh so I had a minute to look around and enjoy their cool ambiance. The prices are awesome...smoothies are $6 but half off with a sandwich from 11-2. Can't beat it! Thanks to yelp events I now have a place to go to on my way home from work for a delicious smoothie, and if I wish a late lunch. The atmosphere is fun and lively and great music can be heard as soon as you open the door. Had heard about this place and just got around to visiting; ordered the Purple Reign smoothie; it was delicious, but be prepared for a purple tongue, lol! My friends ordered the Pink Panther, the Grasshopper, and Sarai's Surprise; no one was disappointed. Plus, it just happened to be "happy hour" so our smoothies were discounted. After seeing Smoothie Time featured on Tallahassee Foodies, I stopped by after doing a pick up at Sam's across the street. Each time I've come I called ahead for my order. The first time I ordered smoothies only and was told it would take 15 minutes. It only took about five and each smoothie was fresh and customized. For me, I added agave to serve as a natural sweetener for my Blueberry Bliss per the owner's recommendation (I originally asked for no sweeteners, but he said it isn't sweet at all). My son ordered the grasshopper (kale, mango, green apple, and 100% apple juice) with an addition of peaches. He said he loves the smoothie because it's "so soft." Today we tried their sandwiches, specifically Ma Dears chicken salad. There are many options for their sandwiches: wraps (various wraps), brioche, croissant, English muffin. The chicken salad was tasty and more savory than sweet. I look forward to bringing items home for the rest of the family from here. This place is GREAT! Finally, I found a cafe that actually makes smoothies from natural ingredients. Nothing is prepackaged or pre-made in some juice form with added sugars. They're able to actually tell me exactly what is going into the smoothie (which they did right away when I asked) because they use simple and fresh ingredients. I had the Peanut Butter and Chocolate Smoothie (Bub's Peanut Butter Blast Smoothie) which was amazing!!! I could've added any of the multiple supplements they offer or substituted/added some ingredients that are also on the long list on the board, but opted for keeping it as is. Overall, it had the perfect consistency of being creamy and smooth with no ice chunks! It was blended to perfection and did not separate at all while I was studying and enjoying the BLT I got. The BLT was simple, but hit the spot with the crunchy bacon, toasted whole grain bread, and fresh produce. I would definitely go back for the food and for the atmosphere that the workers provide. They were all super friendly, helpful, talkative, and assisted me in every way since I was in crutches at the time. Definitely great costumer service!! Perfect spot for an organic and refreshing smoothie! I tried the Pink Panther smoothie (strawberries, pineapple, banana) and it was so good! I couldn't put it down because it was so tasty. This is a family owned smoothie truck, and they opened about 2.5 years ago. They operate a full time schedule and are located at different spots daily. I was told by the owner to download the Street Food Tallahassee App to see their weekly schedule. They also have social media accounts, but those don't seem to be as updated. Their Facebook is more updated than Instagram, however they will respond pretty quickly if you message them on either. Smoothie Time also delivers to your office or workplace! The order must be $50+ though. Food trucks are so fun, especially if they're located near other food trucks! This week they were located at the Thomasville Baptist Church, along with about 5 other trucks. The smoothie paired perfectly with my mac and cheese from the Tally Mac Shack! I ordered my smootie that I always get from the apalachee store and it was watered down and didn't taste anything like I'm used to even if it was watered down I can usually taste the same ingredients. Don't ever bother going to a chain like tropical smoothie when there's this place. Bogo smoothies means you get two filling, flavorful drinks for less than $6. I got the Grasshopper (since it sounded the healthiest) and it was amazing. Not too tart, not too sweet, and not too simple. You can taste every ingredient, with none of them overpowering.
