Love Starbucks and this one was a great breakfast stop this morning! The store was super clean, the service was fast and very cordial and they had all the items we needed to make our breakfast experience pleasant and fun. I got a Latte with vanilla and oat milk and he got his cappuccino extra hot with an extra shot of espresso: perfection! It was even extra hot as requested ;) And I also got a sandwich : the bacon Gouda and egg with the croissant-like bread: yumm Enjoy! read more

The best Starbucks experience we have ever had! The staff was lovely, helpful, friendly and from start to finish we enjoyed ourselves. We stopped in for a quick iced coffee on the way home and while inside we were treated so wonderfully we actually sat and enjoyed the coffee instead of taking it on the road. There was a new barista in training that could not have been more pleasant, we wish her the best. This is the first time we have gone into a Starbucks in many years because it became so robot-like. This was a very pleasant surprise and we will be back! read more

I stopped by this Starbucks recently, and unfortunately the experience was far from what I've come to expect from the brand. When I walked in, one employee was outside on the phone, another was tied up in the drive-thru, and the only person available to take my order was Nick, who had just come from the bathroom. He did take my order, but he seemed frustrated and had a noticeably bad attitude, as if something was bothering him. It set an uncomfortable tone for the visit. I ordered a caramel macchiato with oat milk, but there was no caramel in the drink at all. I also ordered a cheese danish, which tasted good, though I wish it had been warmed a bit more--but honestly, those things were minor compared to the overall environment. The vibe of this location just wasn't pleasant. There were clusters of tumblers scattered across the tables where customers should be able to sit, giving the store a cluttered and disorganized look. It really seemed like they needed to be put away, but no one appeared to be moving with any sense of urgency or attention to the café area. Another issue was the passcode on the bathroom doors, which seemed to be an inconvenience for regular customers who weren't aware of it. For a brand known for warmth, consistency, and an inviting atmosphere, this location simply didn't deliver. It didn't feel welcoming the way most Starbucks stores do. I truly hope their management can address these concerns, because the potential is there--but in its current state, the experience falls short of the Starbucks lighthearted and professional standard read more

I slept going there he didn't have enough staff and it was a long wait but now they have a new manager! I love the coffee! I've had the egg bites they're pretty good. I love the variety of drinks from cold to hot. We have a lot of coffee shops in my area. I do frequent all of them. read more

One of the worst locations in town. I keep giving this location a chance since it's close on my commute but they constantly have attitudes at the window and not friendly especially the girl with the short colored hair always has something rude to say at the window. Won't be going here again you should stay away too read more

This is our backup Starbucks when the Starbucks close to home is not doing online orders or is out of iced chai latte mix. It is on the way into town and comes in handy when we are trying to maximize our rewards points with multiple purchases. We have never been inside as they are in a strip of 3 stores with a very tight parking lot. The drive through usually is not packed and moves quickly. If the line is backed up into the parking lot beside the building then you might want to go elsewhere. I actually think they do a better job mixing our favorite Starbucks drinks. I have never had to ask them to add an extra pump of chai here when they start to hand me an iced chai latte that looks more milk than chai and I have to do that about 50% of the time at our favorite Starbucks. read more

On 7/10/25 at around 4pm while coming from a long trip, my wife having "feminine issues", needed to use the washroom. The place was totally empty, not a single person was in there, and the manager who was sitting "almost lay down in the customer area, told her, "you can not use the bathroom unless u buy something", she said "my husband is coming in to get coffee, I'm having an emergency, I need to the wash room"! He said "nope don't care, you must buy something"! Store policy!!! She had blood starting to drip down her leg, and this "man" is sitting there smirking and enjoying every minute of it. When I walked in about five minutes later with my three year old son, he made me buy something, and had her wait til the entire transaction was completed before he told the cashier to give her the code for the bathroom door. This guy who took pleasure in watching my wife struggle, for his personal gratification in my opinion needs to be terminated immediately!!! As of now, still no follow up from Starbucks as they said they would. The DM still has not reached out to me. read more

Out of a lot of things. First thing's first - I wanted a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. They were out of plain bagels. They only had everything bagels. Ordered a croissant instead. Then I order two chocolate cake pops. Luckily they have these, but they did have to check. I imagined they felt they didn't have any left, but fortunately they did. Finally, the coffee part. I wanted a venti white chocolate mocha with nonfat milk and no whip. Tada, they don't have nonfat milk. I ask what other options they have and I chose 2% milk. Have to tell you it does not taste the same and I didn't finish my coffee. Not sure if I went on a bad day or what, but I was shocked at how many things they did not have. I don't usually go to this Starbucks, but after my experience, I'm inclined to not return unless absolutely necessary. They didn't give me a good first impression. read more

I was truly disappointed with the customer service. I asked for the croissant to be warmed and they gave it to me cold. They as well had an attitude the entire time. I would say please and thank you and they would not say a word. Very rude and impatient. read more

I'm super happy to have this Starbucks location as my "home base" Starbucks. Back in Tampa, it took many a Starbucks barista to get the "light foam" order specification correct, but the baristas at THIS location have successfully ensured that I am getting a solid bang for my buck, when I place my daily weekday orders through the app. Not only are the baristas here very friendly and conscientious, the store's management is very responsive to customer needs. I have only experienced one hiccup at this location, but it only took one problem - and just like that - it was fixed. My previous Starbucks (before I moved to Tallahassee) required message after message as I relentlessly appealed to them to show their barista(s) how to NOT fill a drink with 50% foam & whipped cream. The baristas at this Starbucks allow me to enjoy a true "grande" sized latte that is not topped with an excessive foam/whipped cream combination. It might sound like a petty complaint, but it is one of those things that can drive me absolutely up the wall - and since I'm choosing to carry on a $5/day daily habit, I will gladly assert my petty pet peeve to be a valid one. Since I have worked Starbucks into my monthly budget, I will gladly keep returning to this location, so long as I am local in Tallahassee. Oh, and they also have a drive-thru for those not interested in getting out of the car and are opposed to utilizing the mobile order feature in the app. read more

I've worked at Starbucks before, so I know how highly the franchise praises employees to used proper hygiene & food use. They would be appalled with how this Starbucks handled some things. First off, the barista who took my order was very nice however she grabbed the top of my reusable cup with her full hand. You always grab from the side, never where the person would drink. I ordered a loaf, which granted, is impossible to get out of the plastic bag & put into a paper bag. So you have to use tongs or a gloved hand. This older gentleman barista was having trouble taking it out of the plastic bag so he just grabbed it with his bare hand & shoved it into the paper bag. He had some leftover on his hand which he then proceeded to eat & lick his fingers. When he handed it to me I politely refused it & said I would not eat it as he had touched it with his bare hand. So I just asked for a bagged one anyways. I don't understand why Starbucks doesn't allow the loaves to be handed out in the prepackaged bags anyways. It's more sanitary that way. Either or, I wasn't satisfied with my experience at this Starbucks. Good thing I was just passing through as I would not choose this as my regular hub. read more

I was a partner (employee) at this store for 2 and a half years. While I was there, the store went from a slower, more relaxed store to a now booming in growth store and even though we lost a lot of partners during covid, we also gained some amazing ones that make the experience great for customers and other partners. A lot of people at this store are into zodiac signs, DOGS, and the quality of the beverages they make. Please give this store a visit any time you can! Messed up a chai latte and gave a chai tea latte, confirmed again with the drive thru attendant whom said yes chai latte which it was not! Perhaps she was new or perhaps this location isn't as well trained. Unsure! They have a drive thru! That's nice. Either way were waiting now for the order to be corrected, having to walk in. Not a good experience nor was corrected correctly when in service drive thru. Lazy experience! They had no idea what a chai latte was! Stupid workers read more

Poor customer service. Employees looked miserable and the atmosphere was very unfriendly.

Ok, so i normally won't post a review for a Starbucks stores as they are pretty reasonable and uniform. But i had to post a review for this particular one. I came here as I'm currently traveling, and as i work remotely i usually like to work out of Starbucks cafes. This particular store stood out as i had a very lovely interaction other the manager (didn't catch her name). She ended up ringing up my order as they were busy with drive-thru's, and even brought my order to me to my desk. I loved the personal touch. Thank you so much read more

I love This Starbucks shop. They seemed pleased to make my Decaf Pike's pour-over. My coffee was perfect! Milky but with a good taste of coffee and perfect amount of sweetener. Hot as a hot coffee should be. Drive through was an ease. ALEXA thank you for raising the bar for Starbucks! Excellent Customer Service. read more

You would think a sandwich called the double smoked bacon and cheddar would have COOKED bacon but no. The edges are cooked and the inside is raw and floppy, absolutely disgusting. Even when you ask to make sure your bacon is crispy they will still had you your $6 sandwich flopping in your face, then "recook it open face" bring it out 30 seconds later with raw bacon STILL inside. These people obviously don't care. read more

When I first arrived I couldn't find the parking lot then I realized that I was in the parking lot / driveway, Howard Schultz really shoe horned this Starbucks in this small commercially zone postage stamp size piece of real estate, never the less it's a great location if you can find a parking space big enough to open your door to get out. On second thought use the drive through the products and service are the same which are exceptional whether you drive up or walk in, but please don't label this locate "typical". read more

This is your typical corporate coffee house. The coffee is consistent with the product found at this chain everywhere, and that is why we occasionally indulge. I do NOT like how small the parking lot is, but the drive though is a good alternative. read more

Small shotgun style building, always busy, always great customer service. I use the drive-thru often. Free WIFI, but busy and noisy - I wouldn't recommend this location for working. Went to this Dunkin donuts on north monroe at 6:37 am on June 21, 2021 and i ordered at the drive through, a small coffee which cost $2.03. Got to the window and the cashier said $3.43. I said what's this for I ordered a small coffee and irs $2.03, she immediately got an attitude with me and said well you didn't have to look at me like that or say what you said. I asked if she was talking to me and she said yeah(nasty attitude). I said God loves you. Had I not given her my money I would have driven off. She walked away and another employee brought me my coffee and change. I guess she has a problem with police as I was in uniform. Needless to say I threw the coffee away because I didn't trust that it was clean. Dunkin needs to train their employees to respect their customers at the drive through window. read more

A very nice version of Starbucks. Fast service, nice selection of coffees and teas to choose from and friendly staff. A favorite place for me and my coworkers to pick up a quick mocha or frozen coffee creation. There are only a few comfy chairs here, though. So get here early because this is a very popular location. Unfortunately this place is closed for rennovations until sometime in January, so call them before you attempt to go over there. read more

It is always strikes me weird to write a review for a chain. It is hard to distinguish one from another. This location has a small area for sitting and studying/working inside, a small table out front, and a lovely drive through on the side. It's Starbucks. You knew what you were in for when you pulled up in your leased BMW 3 series. Sure times are tough, but you work hard and deserve the skinny vanilla half caf latte with an extra shot. You're looking pretty snazzy there in those new Brooks Brothers duds. Can you believe they even raised your credit limit with them? Perhaps now is the time to buy that country club double-breasted navy blazer. It'll go smashing with that herring bone sweater you got from the outlet store. You know the banana walnut bread they have here is pretty tasty. Certainly not as good as the bread they served at the regatta mixer last year, but those were Peruvian gold bananas and uncut sugarcane imported directly from Cuba. I'm told that Buffy's father knew Fidel from way back. If I weren't trying to impress every single person in this starbucks right now, I would totally tell the staff that they are doing an excellent job. They took my order, served it to me quickly, and not once did I get the impression that they though I was a pompous ass who is desperately trying to show that he is better than everyone while sacrificing what really makes me, me. I'm pretty sure I'm already late to work. I can't tell for sure, this cheap Rolex knockoff stopped telling time about a month ago. But, it looks good. read more

Stopped here on the way to my hotel at the Hilton Double Tree in downtown Tallahassee. While the parking lot was small, I did find a space without much searching. This was my first visit to this particular Starbucks location. I ordered my typical Bill's Morning Start - a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-hot, extra-fat, upside down latte. Coffee was made to order and they even spelled my name right. Location was clean and the bathroom was tidy. Service was friendly and I didn't have any issues. Typical Starbucks experience. /s/ William E. This is not about Starbucks coffee (I don't like it and only drink it as a last minute resort.), but about this particular location. I don't like visiting any other Starbucks shops in Tallahassee as so many of the staff members are not well trained and rather not interested in working. (Also often dirty, too loud, too slow-especially the one on thomasville road and Magnolia) This one is nicer and quieter with better baristas and clerks with great attitude and customer service. (I was especially impressed with one at the check out, Alex-what a great professionalism!) So if you ever need to go to Starbucks in Tallahassee, go here. (Or the one on Tennessee, not near Copeland but toward the stadium road. That has better staff members and better drinks.) The other locations have baristas who can't make macchiato (not caramel!!) and flat white properly. read more

While I love a local brew at a non-corporate location, Starbucks has kept me caffeinated on my travels both far and near. In Tallahassee, I spread my coffee love among the corporate and local entities. The North Monroe Street Starbucks is small but the drive-thru is fairly easy to use. Is it odd to say that there just aren't enough easily accessible coffee locations in Tallahassee. And drive thru locations matter -- sometimes you just don't want to get out of the car. I like Starbucks because I can get my nephew a frappucino and the baristas will tailor my mostly skinny latte down to the amount of caramel drizzle inside the cup. read more

I actually like this Starbucks a lot. It's probably one of my favorites in Tallahassee. The baristas are always friendly, and they always have fast service. The only downside would be the small environment. There's not a whole lot of seating so if you're trying to study or do you work you might show up and have to leave. The great thing for me as it seems there's never a lot of people trying to study or work here so I've always been able to find a seat. Although this particular Starbucks is a bit smaller than your average run of the mill stores, it supersedes all of the others when it comes to service. The employees are superb, and this can be infuriating. If my name is always spelled correctly on my recycled coffee cup, what will I have to upload to Instagram and complain about? Nothing, that's what. I'll have to go about my day holding a Starbucks beverage, that was made promptly, and correctly, with a begrudged smirk on my face. How dare those bastards give me such excellent service. It's Starbucks! Furthermore, I have to deal with the employees being kind, polite, and knowledgeable. Half of the time I don't even know what I want to order, but they somehow find out what I would likely enjoy before I can even formulate a cognizant sentence to contend or dispute their recommendation. Disregarding my terrible literary capabilities, simply put, this Starbucks is one of the best that I have ever encountered in my years of douchy coffee snobbery. Coffee doesn't make each individual Starbucks the best, they all have essentially the same drinks, but the employees are what makes it shine. read more

This was my first time at this Starbucks location. They had 1 large table, which was great for group meetings. They also have a drive-thru and outdoor seating. this is possibly the worst Starbucks I've ever been in before. It took half an hour because they forgot to actually make two coffees that were standard menu coffees. And then when they finally made them after I told them, they'd be the hot. Then they try to fix it and they screwed up the whole thing it tasted like chocolate serve put in coffee.
