Depends who's working but food and drinks can sometimes take forever to make, or they can be quick with it. There's no in between. I don't ever see anyone wearing gloves unless they are hands on with food. I feel like everyone should be wearing gloves here while dealing with multiple drinks and donuts all day. I also don't see any hand sanitizers available for the workers. Idk, I just feel dirty after ordering here. I have to clean around my Dunkin's cup every time they hand it to me because I'm just so grossed out. On the bright side they are building a brand new Dunkin's in town, so hopefully they maintain that place and ensure workers are washing hands and following general food business protocols. read more

This Dunkin is awful. Ater numerous disappointments I felt I needed to leave a review. My coffees made wrong all the time and they never have anything. This morning (Saturday 10am) they were "out" of French vanilla swirl, their new seasonal cider drink, and the seasonal pumpkin muffin. We just canceled our order and left for the dunkin in claremont. Springfield dunkin is awful. Apparently the guy behind us was also upset, we were stuck in the drive thru so we heard him yelling about not having bagels or muffins. Kaylie P one of the employees the whole 15 minutes i was there she had been yelling and giving attitude to all these young teens. While helping them and myself, she was just yelling about "how she did her job" when the 4 people she was helping, she missed half of they're order. She was very disrespectful to not only all the customers she helped, but to her other fellow employees. As I arrived, I had to witness her spit in Jens face then threatening to beat everyone up. As we were traveling through Vermont going to a wedding we needed to grab a snack so we decided to stop in at this Dunkin' Donuts located within the Penguin Fuels Gas Station. This particular Dunkin's had a great staff working behind the counter as well as a great seating area to finish your meal. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches which were made quickly and correctly, as well as a coffee which was deliscious. The only thing I wish this location had was a tip jar. The policy here is that customers do not tip the staff. This is annoying because they definitely deserved to be recognized for the amazing service they provided us. In the end this will be our go-to Dunkin' Donuts when we are visiting friends in the Springfield VT area. The staff alone is enough to draw us back. read more

I have been a customer for almost 2 years of this dunkin and it seems the last 2months I see the same girl working hard n caring about her job n customers, all while other dunkin employees and mangers are walking around n doing nothing, many times I have personally seen other employees and 1 certain manger treat this 1 girl (Jenn) her name tag says poorly that I've felt so bad for the girl who has been in tears many times because of her coworkers n mangers, I just feel bad the way this girl is treated is spoken to. Sadly everytime I go through the drive thru, I wait and wait in line .....problem , they only have one worker. They should always have at least two on. In the morning 3 to 4...and drop to 1. It's a serious issue and getting ridiculous. The other day I waited in line and to get my coffee only for 18 minutes. Today 1 car in front of me , was there when I arrived, waited almost 5 minutes before that car hot to order then I pulled up and had to wait to order. This dunkin has the worst district manager. She is rude and nasty and loud in front of customers . She has already got rid of a really good manager months ago and now loudly fires a good assistant manager, when the current store manager is never there and is always leaving whenever she wants and never helps on the floor. Shes never hardly seen in the store. She is by far one if the worst store managers I've ever seen. And for this district manager to act so rudely and loudly for all to hear when firing someone is beyond me. Between rude employees not wanting to take your order, and now this morning witnessing two cigarette butt smoking employees unloading a truck, and leaving the stuff on soaked muddy ground, I have officially decided it's time to make this public. This place is AWFUL. Every day i order the same thing, yet 65% of the time they mess it up. My order is: Lg iced, vanilla cupcake, with extra almond milk. Yet these people cannot understand a simple order. Super long wait 9 times out of 10 as well. One day I ordered 2 coffees, both simple, and i was waiting in line behind one other car for LITERALLY 15 minutes. The only reason I still go is because its the only Dunkins en route to my job. Definitely not impressed. I've worked at dunkins, and I can promise all of you that there is no excuse to mess up a regular customers order more than half of the time, nor is there any excuse for it to take 15 minutes to push out one order. Good, inexpensive food, freshly made. During busy times, staff seem to ignore in-store customers while waiting on drive-thru customers. The convenience store the restaurant is located in, has a display (right by the Dunkin Donuts counter), selling ridiculously over-the-top gun-nut propaganda signs. Given the number of mass shootings and other gun violence incidents around the country in recent years, this unpleasant sight detracts from an otherwise, generally pleasant, experience. Parking is limited, but generally sufficient, except during very busy times (or when a tanker truck is refilling the tanks supplying the gas pumps, and thus blocking several parking spaces). read more

Today I went to go get coffee around 7:30am and I noticed the service was very slow. I had noticed the manager was smoking her 2nd cigarette, then I decided to go inside to get my coffee, by the time I pulled out of line and parked my car, I saw the same women inside talking to a costumer while the 2 other lady's were rushing around. First I pulled up to the drive thru and one of your workers were smoking a cigarette right by the drive through speaker so when I rolled my window down to order my food and all of the smoke went into my vehicle. Then I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, after waiting a long time for my bagel and it wasn't busy at all in fact I was the only one at the drive thru. I got my bagel and it was completely burnt. When refilling my Dunkin donuts iced tea, I was charged more than if I had purchased one without my own D&D glass. I did not ask for a refund it did point it out to the cashier. The manager for very defensive and said "we don't have a button for iced tea refills". I said so it costs me more to bring my own cup? She refused to answer or look at me after that. I used to be a regular customer at you 50 Clinton St. Store. There have been problems there for the past 6 months. I usually go inside to the counter. The counter service is terrible. The problem is that quite often the wait staff does not even acknowledge that you are there. When I stop in I expect to be waited on or at least acknowledge within a minute. I usually leave if this does not occur. If It is obvious that they are busy, I will wait longer. I just returned from your Clinton St store. I waited for longer that a minute then was acknowledge, not waited on . I waited another minute and then walked out. 9/10 times I have had an awful experience with this place. One day two friends and I decided we wanted a few bagels, it took the girl thirty minutes to make three bagels. Another day my cousin and I were wondering how much it would cost to buy a Dunkin Donuts franchise, the results online were not exactly clear. He decided to call one of the local Dunkin's. He called and the woman on the phone was less than savory, she told him she didn't have time, he called again and she said he would have to call corporate then once he asked for the number she proceeded to say "I'm not telling you," then hung up. Lastly, every time I have gone to the store whoever is working the counter does not smile, does not speak up, refuses to be friendly and has an awful attitude. The customer service at this Dunkin is despicable and I suggest they find different jobs if they can't bother to complete simple tasks or basic customer service skills. I recommend the Dunkin Donuts in North Springfield, they have wonderful customer service, and are quick yet with great accuracy. read more
