Place is very dirty, The older woman with glasses should not be in customer service. She has shorted me change and is very rude. The couple times I have been there she has something to say to the other workers (not i n English)I guess they are making money. This store is within 1mile of my house. Terrible Dunkin Donuts. Don't waste your time getting loaded hashbrowns. They don't put on cheese like the picture on the menu. When I stated it didn't look like the picture, the cashier talked back and argued. They did put extra cheese on, but should have never been an argument. Then, went a second time and didn't originally see the $6 meal deal. Ordered the same things on the meal deal and was charged 7.20. After purchase, saw the deal and asked for 1.20 back. Then had another argument and never got my 1.20 because "I should have seen the meal deal in the first place." Horrible, will never go there again. Relatives came to visit me and they needed a last minute Dunkin Donuts fix. Originally, we tried to contact the one in the Olde Sproul Shopping plaza but no one picked up the phone. This one was my next choice and the guy said he was still open until 9. When we get there, the place is all dark. I think there is was a neon sign that said open. Since they had 9 blueberry? minis instead of 10 around 6 pm on 1/2/21, this place gave 3 extra minis of a different flavor. My relatives got the impression that they were running out of food. So the person in the store decided to make the store dark so that less people would be coming in. I thought that maybe they were having problems with their power. The idea that I called this place beforehand and they didn't tell me about any power outage or such gave me that typical American stereotypical vibe that there might be someone of foreign origin at this particular store who may be great at running a store or business but that there can be some kinks in fluent communication and expression. read more

I walked into this Dunkin it was one of the cleanest ones I have ever been too. They were super nice greeted me as soon as I walked into the store, and they had my drink done in less than a minute of me ordering. It was the best medium strawberry dragonfruit refresher I have ever had!! read more

This is a small Dunkin location that we went to for my 17 year old to get her AM iced coffee fix. Since we went during the morning rush hour it was fairly busy but we got in and out quickly. Not bad and not outstanding. read more

As much as I would like to give them a Zero I can only give a 1. I walked in to Order A Drink and Hash browns and donuts. I saw that the dunkin app had a Promo for 3 dollar 6 dozen donuts. I then politely asked the lady at the register if she could help me redeem it. But no instead of being kind she just had a horrible attitude about it. Yelling and screaming about the promo. Like she was some type of Donut Hoarder. It feels a if she believes she is the Queen of donuts and nobody can get them for cheaper. I asked another Woman who works there if she could help but then again The woman at the register comes again!! And continues yelling at me. Love stopping there with the kiddos! Akim and the lady manager are friendly and always greet everyone while making sure the order are right! Usually place order on my app but this location is one of the fastest. I can be ordering from the parking lot and 45 sec later my order is ready. They have sitting area inside, and the place is very clean. Their parking is shared with other business if you want to park right in the front but you will always get a place to park. read more

This location is very hit or mess. There has been a few times that there has been very little cream cheese on my bagel with extra cream cheese. There has been more than a few times that I have ordered a vanilla latte and I could not taste any vanilla. As far as Dunkin Donuts locations go, this one is, far and away, the best in the area. The staff is always extremely fast and friendly. If you go on a consistent basis, they will remember your name and what you normally get, which helps keep the long lines flowing at an incredible speed. Parking is a slight hassle with a small lot. As I'm sure most of you have been to plenty of different Dunkin' Donuts. I usually stop at one every morning before work. This is in fact the best Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Sometimes I order confusing coffees when I'm dieting and sometimes I like caramel iced coffee's and they never disappoint me. They are very friendly and extra sweet to my daughter when I bring her in. I honestly can't think of one bad experience I've had here out of the years i've been coming here. Sometimes I order ahead on the app and it always ready when I get there and they're always there ready to hand it to me. I actually live closer to a different Dunkin' Donuts but I always come to this one Because they're just that much better with the way they make their drinks and their customer service. Postage-stamp sized store with saccharine counter people. Coffee was hot and fresh like the servers attitude. If you are not a regular here, be prepared for the condescension. Staff here is what makes this place great. They remember my order every time (I only come in once or twice a week) and when I'm with my one year old son, they interact with him and give him a free munchkin. Good and drinks are consistent with Dunkin Donuts brand. Food is always piping hot, but the people are what make this place better than your typical franchised Dunkin Donuts! read more

I feel like it's like most other dunkin's in the region. It is a very small store and I was able to access fairly easily from 476 on my way back from the airport. (One thing I do feel like is really lacking is easily accessible coffee shops off 476 that are good.) The service was ok, my iced tea was way too sweet but the iced coffee was fantastic, one of the best I ever tried. The coffee is extremely fresh! read more
