Upon entering, I was greeted & said I'd need a minute as the menu was of decent size. The cashier had mentioned to me that all of Mochiatsu Franchises are different so the ONLINE MENU's WILL VARY. I did see online that there was a "Nutella Croffle" which I absolutely love Nutella but this particular franchise location did not carry that flavor. **Be sure to check your franchises location for their own menu** Anyway, I decided on a Strawberry Croffle & 2 donuts. Figures, I can't remember which 2 flavor donuts I picked but, OMG now this was some dessert! So glad I didn't end up at Wawa for some ice cream like I normally would have. These were freshly made, flaky & soft. The Croffle was sticky & a little harder to pull apart than the donuts (it's supposed to be) but man these were such a good ending to my night. The inside of Mochiatsu is cute & I'd say it's a relaxing atmosphere. If I didn't go later at night I'd of stayed to have my tea & get some work done on the computer. I'd of pictured the Banana Milk Tea but it was so good I chugged it on my way home. Needless to say, I'll be back & if you haven't gone yet I'd definitely give this place a try!

I really wasn't going to make a big deal however I returned to let them know and the woman refers the situation to I guess ... the owner. He never addressed me. Never said hello what's the issue. Never said I'm sorry for your inconvenience. Never said anything but did you pay cash or card? I had left my belongings in the car and certainly was not going to get anymore donuts. So he proceeded to have me run all the way to car for my debit card. The cost of the donuts was 3.18 which was so silly to me. But after letting him know how unprofessional as a business owner he was I did return to my car to get the card. As a business owner and especially over such a minimal amount I would definitely be apologetic at least... assuming you would like return customers. But that's just me ... I am just a consumer what do I know. ‍I do know i will never go there and would not recommend this place ever! He kept urging us to just pay and "it will take it off after". Still being confused we tried to understand. Once we finally just paid, he became very disrespectful. He said "ya it's simple... two plus two, four". After hearing that I was enraged but we kept our cool. I decided to get a refund. Once getting it I said "you can try to be more respectful to customers." He then held up his middle finger and said "get out". Overall very disrespectful and completely unnecessary.

I came in and was shocked by how crowded and how long the line was at Dunkin Donuts at 6:00 PM on a Sunday night. However, I soon realized the crowd was due to the fact that the Dunkin Donuts only had one staff member. I waited in line for around 15 minutes before finally being helped. I went ahead and ordered a medium, frozen hot chocolate and a chocolate donut. The frozen hot chocolate was made very quickly, but ended up still tasting good. The staff member was also nice and threw in a couple of free Munchkins. I had the donut inside of the restaurant and even though it was fairly late in the day, it still tasted nice as fresh. The seating options here are also very good with some counter seating, which faces a window as well as some other tables and seats. Altogether, while I think this Dunkin Donuts could do a better job of dealing with crowds they have nice staff, adequate seating and tasty food.

She always remembers me by face and can tell if I have not visited the location in awhile. We always have a five minute conversation and then I am on my way to school. I stopped in while waiting to get my car serviced next door. I walked in place is nice and bright and clean , the smell of breakfast floating in the air. The dining room is fairly nice size like it may have been renovated. There was on line but I also had the option of ordering on the menu screen. I choose the line. My order was taken right away, greeted good morning .. I ordered the steak,egg,cheese McMuffin meal. They gave me a table placker with my number on it. The server brought my food out quickly and it was nice and hot, napkins and straw on my tray, didn't have to get up for anything. Great Job!
