I think I like Wayside Market's better, but both are reasonably good. The pistachio latte I ordered was well flavored, balanced sweetly enough and well put together. My potato fries included with my Melt were way too salty. I was still eating some of them because I don't like to waste food and was kind of picking at some of them waiting for the time to pass by. The staff here are really nice and it's nice what DiFabio's is doing here with this cafe. I was hoping for karaoke because that's what it said on this calendar on the website, (this calendar is kind of inaccessible on mobile browser) but I guess I have to check their IG to see if they advertise karaoke for the week. I would like to visit again when I know they will have karaoke.

I appreciate having the right size portions so I can enjoy but not need a carry out container. The service consisted of two ladies in the dining room and they seemed to complement each other by overlapping duties, if one was busy the other would step up and help out. I have noticed that at other restaurants, one server will let another drown with duties and never help out, I enjoyed seeing the team work in action today. The restaurant itself is a well designed environment even the Men's Restroom was interesting and well kept. When I am in the area, I would definitely eat here again for the good food, in proper portions and a clean restaurant.

Server Alison was fantastic and while providing awesome service, the food and the ambiance were nice for a Sunday morning meal- obviously one of their busy shifts. We went back on Tuesday when the traffic was less but the service and food were both still awesome. The hostess recognized us from our previous visit and made us feel at home. First Watch is great if you want to pay $9 for bacon but Turning Point is an all around good choice!

This gave me an option to try another type of coffee. I got the black sesame iced latte and it was delicious. You can smell the toasted sesame scent but the flavor was not super sweet. Random Monday in August, line out the door AFTER 1pm! Everyone should be on vacation but the…read morecurrent administration has bilked everyone so badly that no one can afford to go away (sadly stats tell me many folks in Broomall actually voted for him). So rather than their week at NJ shore, the crowd beat it to Apple Walnut. Took a little over 10min to be seated, so not terrible, but this was at the very tail end of service. I was born with an intermittent fasting stomach; I've never been a breakfast-eater and brunch is gross to me! I mention this because I've never taken my son out for breakfast foods so it was great to have this experience. My little one had a HUGE "Go Go Bananas" It said it was "hot cakes stuffed with Bananas" but they were just plain. It mentioned caramel on top which wasn't there (they subbed syrup without asking); frustrating and unprofessional. It also had a slice of poundcake French Toast topped with grilled bananas, and then banana French Toast with granola. It was a decadent treat of gluten and sugar that we don't normally eat at home. My son was really happy. My burger was okay but not memorable, and the fries were that awful batter-dipped cheap kind that I don't eat and they just made the whole thing "mid" as the kids say. Service was very very slow per the crowd and it being the end of the shift. Our server was cheerful and I told her to take her time, but I didn't realize we'd be left waiting forever for water refills, 30min for food (kitchen's fault), and at least 10min after asking for check. I still tipped well over 20% but their staff seems too spent and overwhelmed from the crazy crowds that are so unusual this time of year. In summary, it was great for decadent breakfast foods, diner-quality for my burger, and while I understand how taxed our server was, the service really dragged. I had seen reviews commenting on the wait but do beware that it's still suuuper bad apparently at all times of their hours, and even random weekdays when people are enduring their Trump staycations. I rate it a 3 but my son was so happy with his food so I rounded up.
