The store was very cleans and the dining room was empty, so it was quiet. The server was very friendly. The ice cream flavors were light looking good. The donuts were also well stocked. This store is a double threat. I received a very generous cup of butter pecan ice cream for my birthday treat read more

The trashiest coffee place in Smyrna. It's dirty! If you think you're getting bits of sugar in your coffee you aren't you're getting old pieces of milk because the machines are not cleaned when they are suppose to. The area where they make your milkshakes is also dirty it smells like rotten milk because again they don't clean and they DONT use gloves to make your things. The main manager Kay is also trash I think this is the first time she has ever had a title and she thinks she owns the place. If you want to complain about this place please make sure you go straight to corporate and not the GM. They don't even give her the power to fire people because that's how trash she is and ego driven but no one wants to work there ! read more

I had one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this Dunkin location. After ordering through the drive-thru, I simply asked the employee to repeat my order back to me (which I always do since my orders are often incorrect). Instead of providing basic courtesy, the employee audibly sighed, rushed through the order with attitude, and when I pulled to the window, she continued to be dismissive. When I calmly tried to ask why there was always such attitude during my visits, she snapped, told me to "go somewhere else," and refused to serve me. When I insisted on my order, she escalated the situation, even going so far as to make threatening comments toward me. To make matters worse, when I called the store to try and report the incident, the same employee answered and called me names over the phone. This behavior is completely unacceptable for any business, especially one that relies on customer service. Dunkin corporate needs to address this location immediately. I will not be returning. The employee I am referring to unfortunately may have been the manager! So sad! read more

This is the worst place. Placed an order through the app for pickup in the drive thru on my way to work. Get there, give my name and get to the window to have them only give me the iced mocha I ordered. Had to stop the worker from closing the window on me to ask where the 6 donuts I ordered were and proceeded to have them try and tell me I didn't place the order for the donuts even though they acknowledged I ordered the iced mocha. They then called me a different name and tried to use that person's receipt to prove me wrong. And when that didn't work told me they couldn't refund my money because they had no proof I actually paid for the donuts. I obviously paid for the iced mocha cause they gave that to me, I had the receipt ON THE APP and was showing them their own damn app screen where I ordered and paid and they still argued with me. When I asked if they were "fucking kidding me, I'm going to be fucking late for work" the older blonde woman threw her hand up, told me if I was going to cuss at them I could leave, they didn't want me then refused to honor the transaction that was already paid for or give me a refund. One, I never cuss AT employees. I cuss at situations employees put me in with their incompetence. Two, this is called theft. Refusing to provide the goods paid for nor refund the cost of those goods paid for is illegal. Three, customer service on the app referred everything back to the franchise owner instead of making this right. Do NOT use this Dunkin Donuts. Service is HORRENDOUS, they won't correct their mistakes, are rude, and incompetent. read more

services are terrible. Took literally 10 to 15 minutes to take our order in the drive-through and at window pay took 20 minutes.

561 Sam Ridley Parkway, Smyrna TN I should have read reviews first. I has been a long time since going to Duncan in my hometown. The wait time was unbelievable and the staff, the few there was, seemed like they didn't know how to do their job. I purchased 2 raspberry filled and 4 plain glazed donuts. The donuts absolutely were not fresh today. The texture was like when I buy donuts and have leftovers for the next day. You'd think a business would not allow leftovers to be sold the next day??? With so many negative reviews going back a long time, this tells me that the franchise is not on top of their business. I question how much the workers are being paid. Our community has recently gotten some independently owned bakeries so Duncan will lose out! Note my photo! You can see the texture of the glazed is not soft like fresh donuts. read more

Didn't know ordering literally anything would be such a big deal to the lady who took my drive thru order, Just ordered a large vanilla latte, but before that I was met with 100% rudeness "what do you want" last time I worked in fast food I remember being polite to the customer. If you hate your job so much go work somewhere else. There was a guy there, he was nice, though unfortunately she overshadows him due to her terrible attitude. read more

Have given this place a try so many times to the point we are done with this location. Poor service, attitude, long wait, no customer experience from the people who work there. No smiles and does not seem like they care about the service they provide. Just getting the car through no matter how they do it. I hope someone from Dunkin see this review. Thank you in advance read more

Even though I saw the poor ratings beforehand, I thought I'd give this location a try since they were the closest location that was open btwn 4:30 and 5 am. Was never assisted at drive through, even though they were clearly open. By the time I decided to give up waiting, I realized that the other Dunkin locations would be open by the time I arrived, so I headed to a different location to order. read more

Donuts tasted like they were several days old, and they were burnt and squished. Service is slow, and employees are rude.

The manager is the best! I purchased a drink from a different location that I didn't like but was unable to turn back. I called the store and told her the situation and she made it again for me with no charge. She made my day! read more

Dunkin' - a cup of coffee on a counter - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Smyrna, Tennessee

Won't go to this one, the one off exit 70 Is way better, probably due to better management

If you want to do "contactless payment" (i.e apple pay) you have to physically hand over your phone because they claim that they can't bring the reader to the window. Defeats the purpose. read more

Usually when I order ahead it isn't actually done.. when I get there. Which- I order ahead so I don't have to wait. Some workers that I seen, don't really notice there's a order ahead order even though there's no one else in the store till some one walks in. Drinks are sometimes inconsistent, sometimes I wait longer than 10 minutes just for a Drink: but I am a regular to dunkin so I don't mind the wait at all, but sometimes I want to see my drinks done and ready. read more

I love Dunkin but I'm so fed up with this location, I will not go back. Years ago this location was good but it has gone way downhill. They weren't open this morning, I'm guessing because of staffing. When they are open, even if they have ample staff they move extremely slow. They have gotten my drink wrong NUMEROUS times. I don't order anything complex, an iced latte, but somehow they manage to mess that up consistently. There are 2-3 staff members that do a good job and care but for the most part, the overall experience is crap. Corporate needs to step in with this location or if it's franchised the owner needs to get involved. read more

This location is very slow at taking orders. They also make my drink wrong 90% of the time I order from them. The last time I ordered, the drink was so bad I had to have it remade and It was still wrong. I went inside instead of through the drive through for the first time a couple of days ago and realized most of the store's issues likely occur due to the employees time being dedicated to chatting with each other rather than focusing on the orders. read more

Everytime I come to this place at least one simple thing gets messed up. I'm not one to crap on costumer service workers because I'm a server as well. But how do you mess up a simple chocolate milkshake or coffee every. single. time. I would leave 0 stars if I could. read more

JOKE. An absolute joke. I pulled into the drive through at 12:15 (aka prime lunch hours) with no one else in line and was greeted with "hang on a second". I've had slow service here before, so I broke out my stop watch and decided see how long "a second" was. I was finally greeted around the two minute mark. I ordered a ham egg and cheese (with an extra egg) and a single scoop of Heath bar ice cream. I was informed they were out of ham, so I requested bacon instead. Pulled around and was told they also did not have Heath, so I requested Reese's instead. Now I'm waiting...and waiting. I stopped my timer at 9:39 because my order was finally complete. As I pulled off I checked my bag and realized I received a sausage muffin with no extra egg. Around I turn and walk inside, proceed to burn another 5 minutes while my order is corrected , and get no heartfelt apology for all of these troubles. Joke. An absolute joke. read more

Drive thru way to slow and rude employees that's won't care for your service. Lobby is always close and closes early

This is my third visit to this location as they are near Compass self storage. Every visit I have encountered kind employees whom were helpful and courteous. Today I took a break from my usual hot coffee and got a sugar free toasted almond iced coffee and I wasn't sorry! I am sitting in the shade at one of their four outdoor tables enjoying the breeze today. I will definitely return here. Plus, when birthdays roll around this is the place to come for your Baskin Robbins ice cream cake. read more

I wish I could give this Dunkin' more than 5 stars! If I could, I would give them 10 stars! I go to this Dunkin Donuts a lot. I now got to know the very kind lady at the drive thru window. I am so bad with names so I forgot her name but she is soo kind. They all are but I definitely have to give a shout out to her! Thank you for always making my day and giving me the best service!! read more

ordering through my the app is almost pointless because when you get there they still have to make your drinks and you are waiting just as long as you would be. coffee is always tasting different and is never consistent with the taste. Sometimes they are way too sweet and others not enough. app says you can add certain things to your drink and Dunkin says it's against policy so you end up wasting money if you order through the app. read more

Good products could be better service. But overall I'd return over waits at other nearby places. Sometimes they tend to make the coffees with too much sweeter or flavor but besides being too sweet sometimes I have to say I'd recommend. Never any problems there. read more

Terrible donuts! Dunkin' Donuts should be ashamed for serving such disgusting donuts. They charge an arm and a leg for garbage when really they should pay me to take them. They are outright awful. My dog didn't even want them. Will not be back. I'd rather drive 20 min to Murfreesboro for quality donuts at a lower price read more

The people that work here are defiantly not morning people. Not a good way to start off the morning. I've ordered coffee twice and one order was wrong and the other was only half a cup of coffee. I sent in a complaint and received no answer. read more

I've been here several times... thanks Predators! The customer service is usually pretty good. Order have been wrong only a couple times (when it first opened) and I haven't seen that guy at the window again. The price is right as well. I usually get an afternoon iced coffee and a large is about $2.50. Way better priced than Starbucks, which normally costs me over $4. read more

This is how I start all of my weekday mornings! Love the iced coffee with French vanilla swirl!

Dunkin Donuts in Smyrna is a decent place for a cup of coffee. The place is not the cleanest but I always get the order to go.

One star is even too high for this store. Each time I've come in, there has been an issue, however this past Sunday 9/17 was the worst. My BF & I ordered, he got his Macchiato & breakfast sandwich & I continued to wait. Several others were served, although some had long waits as well. I started to say something and the response was "I've just been here 4 days". Wrong answer! Another chimes in and says there are issues with the Macchiato machine. So I'm finally told this after a 15 minute wait. And btw still waiting on the 2 glazed donuts I ordered. I have been a lifelong customer of DD having previously lived in the northeast where we had DD for many years. Never have I had such excuses or poor service at any DD until now. I often go to the ones on Memorial in the Boro & on Carothers in Franklin. Both give top notch service even when very busy. For me it will be worth the drive to avoid the Smyrna location even though I live there, just to get good service. If Smyrna can get their act together I'll consider trying them again. read more

The owners of this place need to hire more workers during their peak times. You can't use the drive-thru or the inside counter without waiting less than 15 minutes during peak. When people are their most hurried, Dunkin Donuts slows you wayyyyyy down! read more

Loveeeee the murfreesboro one right by campus! This one has messed more up in the 5 or so visits. I've been served frozen hash browns, never even went in a toaster... always the wrong coffee. I'm new here so hopefully they are too and service will improve with time. read more

Don't use their on the go ordering if you are in a hurry. I ordered and paid through the app, and I chose drive thru pick up. When I got there, the drive thru line was long. Since I had already paid, I went in and the manager told me I had to go through the drive thru line. I sat for 10 minutes and finally had to leave without the coffee and breakfast sandwich I had already paid for because I was late to work. Stick with Starbucks. I always try to give places another chance if something goes wrong, but after trying over and over, I'm done. The evening staff is not only rude, but always changing the way things are handled in the drive thru. Everyone likes to say DD is better than Starbucks but no they're not. Maybe another location but this one is horrible. Management really needs to retrain or hire better people for the evening shifts before they get enough complaints to shut it down. read more

This morning I paid for 50 donut holes. When we opened the box in Sunday school, there was 27 and 1/2. Very disappointing.

First let me say that I am the idiot here because I continually go back here to be disappointed, irritated and frustrated. That said, this might be the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. That's saying a lot, because I grew up in MA and each of the thousands of Dunks back home is terrible in their own way, but at least they would get my order correct. With this location, it's not a question of if they will make your order wrong, but how wrong will it be. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt so many times, but it's just a given that you will receive something other than what you ordered more often than not. And don't bother calling them to offer feedback. Their phone number will take you to an automated message about a voicemail that has not been set up. I wish I could recommend the Dunks across town, or an in-town competitor, but Smyrna seems to be cursed with terribly aloof or apathetic service employees. This place just takes the crown over everyone else. Congratulations, Smyrna Dunkin' Donuts. You are the best at being the worst. read more

I went at 2:30Am and everything was correct and tasted amazing as always. So I don't know what everyone else is talking about. Yeah, sure, it took a lil bit longer and his daypart average was at 0% but if you're the only one working a 24 hour drive thru then it's to be expected. Thanks Brandon From Dunkin.
