I ordered items based on the posted name, only to be told the donut I requested is out of stock. That defeats the entire purpose of having a labeled display case. As a customer, I expect the display to accurately reflect what is available for purchase. Repeated inconsistencies like this make the ordering process inefficient and erode trust in the presentation. I genuinely enjoy the product, but the operational issues around display accuracy and availability need attention.
