While traveling, we were in the area and in need of coffee and something quick for breakfast. Since I have the DD app, I went ahead and placed an order for pick up (which I love) and when we arrived, our order was ready. There was a line, but we were able to get our food pretty quickly. The coffees were fine. I asked for an iced French vanilla swirl, but I don't think they added the flavor since I couldn't really taste it, it just tasted like a regular coffee with cream. It was fine. For food, I ordered a croissant with turkey sausage and cheese. While it was made correctly, half the cheese was melted into the wax paper that it was wrapped in and a little messy. I was a little sad when I saw how many hasnbrowns were included in my order, I counted 5. Yes, 5 small hash browns were in the bag and that just seemed like a few were missing for the cost. Occasionally I will drink a DD coffee, it's not often but occasionally. Recently they had their espresso dunkalatte and they no longer make them. When it was made right, it was very good. Dunkin's in the Northeast use to be a great coffee shop. Ever since DD became a franchise over 20yrs ago, it's very inconsistent all over the country. On our way back to Indy we stopped for a quick coffee and something to snack on. It was not a great choice for coffee, I had a original coffee with hazelnut swirl but this literally tasted just like a ton of sugar I had like three sips and that's all I could take from it. On the other hand the donut holes were good and tasty specially the blueberry try them thoseee are amazing! Customer service is very rude. I have been there a few times and they can't seem to make a simple drink correctly. If I order a coffee with cream and Carmel flavor they almost always forget to put in the Carmel flavor, It's not a very hard drink to make compared to most orders. There is no sense of urgency or any pride in there work. I get it you are working for minimum wage (most likely) but how do you expect to move up in the world if you just don't care. These employees went in and applied for this job, give your customers good serve. That's what you applied to do and that's what you are getting paid to do. read more

I usually love Dunkin'. We recently moved and this is now the closest location to our house. We've been there several times over the past two months and they're constantly getting orders wrong, providing the wrong foods and adding things to our drinks that weren't what we asked for. I completely understand this happening every now and then, but it seems like it is way more frequent than it should be. read more

I've walked out of this Dunkin' twice....this last week! There is never anyone at the register, no one acknowledges I'm there to order so I drove to the Starbucks down the street. I have visited around 11:30am both times. There have been customers in front of me. The first visit two of us (separate customers) left at the same time. The service is always great but today wasn't the best. For starters the little girl at the front register talked so low I hardly heard her. I ordered a coconut frozen coffee and a multigrain bagel. Every time I go there my service is usually pretty quick....when there is a manager there. But today and times before I have gone in there to get a easy to make coffee and it takes 10+ mins because there is always someone just chatting with there friends while I'm waiting to get my coffee. the coffee here is amazing but however one of the employees is way too quiet and can barely be heard in person as well as the drive through and it comes off rude the way she says things. One time inside she slammed our drinks on the counter and threw like 10 straws right next to them. I love Dunkin but every time I come and this girl named Casey Ann B. (It said that was the name of the girl on my receipt) I literally want to turn around and leave. Her and this other girl NEVER FAIL to make my drinks taste like shit. Today they made it taste burnt and they never do what I ask for. They have dropped and broke glass and are extremely rude. One girl has red hair and the other one is blonde. They need to be fired. They have never made a drink right when they have been working and I come almost every week.
