The little drive-through lady did have a little hard time understanding us but no biggie and as we were leaving, we parked to get some pictures of the donuts and a lady beside us asked us if we were from around here and she gave me a fundraiser card where I can buy a dozen of donuts and get a dozen of donuts, free so hey, it's shaping up to be a really good day and by the way, this was an unscheduled birthday stop, my husband said tell the said tell the truth. What Happened was the Krispy Kreme is right next-door to stop number 4. Stop number 4 was 5 minutes till opening and KK had a sale on a dozen for $12. read more

I've encountered this issue multiple times, so it is no longer a one-off mistake. On several visits, I've tried to order donuts that were clearly displayed in the top row of the display case, only to be told they're not available for sale. If they're not for sale, why are they displayed where customers are expected to choose? It's confusing and frustrating. Additionally, the donuts in the display case are frequently mislabeled. I ordered items based on the posted name, only to be told the donut I requested is out of stock. That defeats the entire purpose of having a labeled display case. As a customer, I expect the display to accurately reflect what is available for purchase. Repeated inconsistencies like this make the ordering process inefficient and erode trust in the presentation. I genuinely enjoy the product, but the operational issues around display accuracy and availability need attention. I have already submitted a formal complaint to Krispy Kreme and waiting on their response. read more

I thought Kit Kat donuts would be a hit, boy was I wrong....the Kit Kats were stale and they were sooo overly sweet. I had 1/4 of a Kit Kat donut and couldn't eat anymore. The brownie Kit Kat is legit brownie batter, super sweet, could give you a toothache. Anyways, it's been awhile since i had Krispy Kreme donuts and wow, they're so sweet! They were fresh and hot, but for some reason, it taste a little too doughy and like old frying oil (as the oil needed to be changed out). Visited this location on a Saturday morning and they were busy - as to be expected at a donut shop. We waited several minutes to order which gave me plenty of time to shop the options. John was fantastic and even provided everyone waiting to order with a fresh original glazed donut. He thanked everyone for their patience. As equally excited as I am, they are NOT positively contributing to my waist line lol I came in at 9pm tonight, and they STILL have fresh glazed donuts coming off the conveyer belt. if I could rate zero stars I would, today I had the worst experience at this store. I went in to try the new strawberry donuts and was so excited!! We were not greeted by anyone when we walked in, and when someone finally came up she said "what can I get you". we pointed to the filled tray of donuts and requested some by name and we were told they were out of each flavor we asked for. So we asked what they did have, the manager Hazel, told us "we'll just hit me with what you want and i'll tell you yes or no". I had noticed trays and racks full of said flavors we wanted right behind her, but they were out? And there was also 6 hours left to the business day so it does suck they were "out" of everything as early as 4pm! Our first friend finishes up with her order and grabs herself a water at check out as our friend goes to tell Hazel about adding the water, Hazel cuts our friend off and goes "oh I got that water don't think I didnt notice it. " this behavior and environment was very hostile and made the rest of us walk out without ordering. I truly feel as though things could've been communicated better, and even one small smile goes a long way. When we arrived we were told the cinnamon roll was not available and the subbed 3 more chocolate dipped. I wouldn't have made that selection for a sub, but whatever. Come home excited to chomp into our tasty treats to find that ONE of 6 custard filled donuts actually had any custard. 5 had precisely zero filling of any kind. additionally about 80% of the assorted donuts were completely stale. You can definitely tell the difference between the few that were fresh and the rest. Considering that we didn't get what we wanted (in it's entirety), what we did get was mostly stale, the price that we paid for this and the fact that there are several other BETTER options in our area, I think that was our last visit to Krispy Kreme. read more

Man does Krispy Kreme whip up some delicious dough! This was my first visit (Father's Day) since their opening. I live nearby but sometimes when I drive by, the line of cars is out to the street (sometimes further, out in the street), which has kept me away for awhile. My dad wanted hot and fresh glazed donuts, so I came inside to wait for them. I waited around 40 minutes in line, but again, it was a holiday AND they were running a special. They were out of the specialty banana pudding donuts that i was DYING to try, but i tried the cake batter ones instead. I was NOT disappointed. They were phenomenal! The staff was very friendly, despite the hectic line of people steady flowing in and out. The donuts just couldn't be made fast enough. Hundreds came off the conveyor belt but by the time i got to the front of the line, I had to wait on the next batch to come through. At least I knew they were fresh! Next time I'll probably order ahead on the app to see if it's quicker or just place an order for delivery. P.S. My son had to have oral surgery today. He had to have 6 baby teeth removed and could only eat something soft. My husband and I made a special stop here for him. The manager actually got fresh ones straight off the line so he could have the softest ones possible! Talk about service!
