I'm a big KK fan and visits to the stores when the red light is lit has become a family tradition on special occasions, so my last visit was extremely depressing and disappointing. I parked my car and was saddened to see that the lobby was closed so we couldn't see the magical machine making our doughnuts, so we had to utilize the drive-thru. I was used to watching them pick our treats off of the conveyer belt with a chopstick, so I specifically asked for "Hot, Fresh, Now" doughnuts. Of course, we couldn't make it out of the parking lot without opening the box. Cold. We were expecting melt-in-your-mouth warm goodness, but we got "Been on the shelf for a day". I won't be back to this location until the dining room is open again. Darn you Covid. read more

Dirty, lazy and rude employees, they are some how always out of donuts?? I came Sunday at 10am there was 1 other person in the store and they not only didn't have the conveyer belt running to make donuts but they also had none available the donuts they had out were "just for display" like what? Also when I walked in the store was filthy and looks like they have just thrown a pizza party in there. I have never had a good experience at this Krispy Kreme someone literally needs to fire all these people and start over. read more

Terrible operation get emails for specials drive 30 minutes to find out they don't honor Krispy Kreme's emails for specials. I won't drive farther for a little bit better donut I'll drive half the distance and just get Publix or Kroger donuts. They are not worth the drive anymore read more

Better call before you go and if nobody answers don't bother going because they closed early without any warning. KK was not very customer centered at this moment. I understand that the lobby was closed for COVID 19, but we were waiting in line for over 30 minutes.... (Around 7:25pm we arrived) as soon as we pulled up to the drive thru finally at 7:58 (before closing at 8pm) they repeated to us that they are closed. I ordered online as I had a hunger for their pumpkin spice donuts. When I went in to pick them up, had to wait to be served even though employees were standing around. Finally someone waited on me and another customer. When I got home, to my surprise out of the 8 donuts I ordered only 3 were correct, which greatly disappointed me. If I'd reviewed that night it would've been a 1. I contacted the manager Mark the following day. What a great response I got from him when explaining what happened and he told me to come in and he'd take care of it. To my surprise he replaced my entire order and was fabulous and friendly. 10 am on weekday morning and the donuts were hot and fresh. My wife and I enjoyed the simple but delicious plain glazed that melts in your mouth when hot. The restaurant was clean, each table was clean and the floor wasn't dirty or sticky. It's enjoyable being able to see the donuts being made. The selection of different types of donuts was varied. Their was 9 different employees working, so our order was taken quickly. The lack of perfect 5 stars was having to listen to a couple of employees complaining among themselves about one of their supervisors. But before we could finish our sentence, the employee cut us off and said they were out. Which was fine, whatever. So he told us to let him know when we were ready to order. I have always loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts until today... I went to their drive thru about 5:45AM and being from out of town, did not realize they didn't open until 6:00AM. No problem. I sat and waited until they opened and then placed my order. Pulled up to the window and 6 plain glazed and 6 chocolate iced doughnuts were just over $16. It took several minutes to get my order even though they had just opened, the door to their store was locked and I was the only one in line. Once I received my order and drove off, I started to eat one of the plain glazed. Imagine my surprise when they were old and dry. I pulled back through the drive in and advised the person working of the fact the doughnuts were not fresh and I either wanted fresh doughnuts or my money back as I was not paying $16. for stale doughnuts. She said, "ok", and then left the drive through window area. After a few minutes, she returned with another lady who said nothing to me and instead started taking money out of the register. She then opened the window and gave me my money. I asked again if they did not have fresh doughnuts and was told, "The hot light isn't on". I advised her I was aware of that but I do not expect to pay the price for day old doughnuts. She did confirm that they were yesterdays doughnuts. They did not have any freshly made, same day doughnuts. How can a business not advise their customer that they are getting less than the quality they were purchasing. Very disappointed in this Krispy Kreme we try and stop on our way to Florida and the last time we were here it was fine but this time there was plenty of staff but they didn't seem to know what they were doing. Service was very slow and the person who was getting us coffee evidently didn't know how to make coffee and it was just horrible. Undrinkable...I wish now we had just taken it back and got my money back - we tried adding to it but no luck it just was way too strong I think she put two bags of coffee grounds in the machine. In the last several months service and the quality of the products has declined. I've come in to try new donuts and been very disappointed. The Sunday cinnamon rolls were small, looked terrible and didn't taste much better. The trio of churro donuts were dry and stale like they had been sitting out for a day. Yesterday I went in to try the TGIC donuts, which are supposed to be the 1st Friday of the month, but were done on the last Friday and I just happened to see it in the app.. When I walked in, I was the only customer around. One worker was on the line with the donuts, one who may have been a manager was working with the register and three others were standing around talking. One of the three started to come over but was asked a question about the register and turned around then returned to talk to the other workers. At one point one of the three females talking pointed to me so I know they saw me waiting but still didn't help. I walked out and don't think I'll come back. I love Krispy Kreme BUT ONLY WHEN THEY ARE HOT! I have been to this location multiple times when they have the "Hot and Fresh" sign ON but when I order, they inform me they are out of them. Then turn OFF the sign so I don't waste my time! Tonight they told me they would have hot donuts in 10 mins or less if I wanted to pay and wait, they would deliver them to my car. 25 minutes passed and NO hot donuts! at 7:30 on a saturday morning the location was not open even though it's been 1.5 hours since their posted open business hours. employees are inside but there is nothing stating they are closed or why they are not open. i have sat here for about 30 min and watched family after family leave. something just isn't right here. read more
