Craving for a little coffee midday I'm after I had a yummy cookie at a cookie shop nearby. Quiet location and not busy. It was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed my coffee drink

I went to get my order and my order wasn't ready, so I have to wait and this it's what I got burned sandwich

Bad experience i don't know what happened with this place before was good excellent customer service but now? They didn't apologies for the wait my order wasn't ready I ordered online and i received a burned sandwich instead Horrible customer service

All are welcome at this LGBTQ+ friendly business.

I normally don't review chains, but this Dunkin' is pretty top notch. I was walking around downtown San Diego and got caught in a vicious rainstorm. Dunkin' was right down the block so I ran inside to avoid getting soaked! Since it was chilly, I decided to order a small cappuccino. I placed my order through the Dunkin' app because I love earning points, and my coffee was made quickly by a very friendly employee! Dunkin' fans understand that their espresso can be hit or miss, but my cappuccino was extremely tasty. The foam was a bit thin, but the coffee tasted delicious and wasn't burned at all. She even made it properly with the sugar free coconut syrup, and my local Dunkin' always messes that up (most of the time they either put one pump in a large espresso or they leave it out altogether). This was sort of a gold standard cappuccino for the chain. The store was large and bustling, and they still had a lot of donuts left at 1:30 in the afternoon. I was tempted, but I didn't get a sweet. While it's a bigger store inside, most of the seating is outside -- which would be perfect with San Diego's climate, but certainly not during a rain shower. I hung out and enjoyed my piping hot cappuccino in their comfortable indoor dining room, which is a very welcoming space. They have lots of LGBTQ+ friendly signs hanging around, so when they say "everyone is welcome here," they mean it. What positive, happy vibes this Dunkin' gives out. It radiates kindness and inclusivity -- and their coffee is pretty good, too.

OK being that everything I say is too long these some fucked up donuts how about that?

You all ought to be ashamed of yourself. How dare you send me five freaking donuts with nothing on them stay as hell some pink cold donuts, and some Christmas donuts. How dare you you guys need to shut that store down ASAP?

This Dunkin is the BEST! The service is always great and the food/coffee is consistently very good. This is also a very nice and updated Dunkin with a decent amount of seating indoors and outdoors. They have also been consistently pet friendly if you have a pup with you. I love coming here and I have never had a bad experience at this location!

Counter front. I'm ok with no one wearing masks indoors but I miss the days where social distancing was a thing

This review is for the young lady seemingly working by herself on a super busy Saturday morning during San Diego comic con at the 6am opening. You kept your composure, you apologized for the delay (even though it was wildly unnecessary because I think we all understood you were doing your best) and you kept a smile throughout despite clearly being stressed out. Just wanted to say you did a fantastic job and I hope you are recognized for holding the fort during this time.

This donut is not fresh! Took a second bite to verify. Called the store to speak to someone about this and got no answer!

Of all the places to get donuts in SD, I would think Dunkin of all places would have their sh** together! Sold me old donuts! And I should've known better. Tbh, I had a gut feeling. This was my first time here, and my last! The entire experience just didn't seem right. Now, wtf do I do? I got these donuts for my team. They're gonna think I'm a terrible manager if I give them these donuts!!

This Dunkin location continues to deliver quality products and service every time I go. It's a little closer to my job although few parking spaces due to it being right in the heart of downtown. The staff is top notch, friendly, helpful, always welcoming. They even have pumpkin coffee flavors into April

FOR THE WIN!!! (4.75 stars)…read more I love donuts. And I tend to stick to basic classical donuts. And therefore I am late to the trend with the mochi donuts! This location is inside Bober Tea and Coffee. There is a glass casing with several flavors to choose from and they sell at $3 a piece. The one that stood out to me was the chocolate with sprinkles. Upon receiving it in a paper pocket bag, the icing was rubbing off on the bag. That immediately told me this is super fresh! I could already feel the softness of the donut. The little sectioned off ball looking segments of the donut are also a game changer when it comes to eating - easier to eat without making a mess! The texture was bouncy, soft, lightly chewy and a little stretchy... the texture was fun and I found myself wanting another afterwards. I do wish they had offer other flavors that don't sounds too sweet because the other flavors didn't really catch me. Until the next review...

The fluffiness reminded me more of a beignet and brioche. Will be back to try more flavors! 5/13- We returned for more. These were made to order and topping to dough ratio was too much. Maybe they were being generous, but they were overly sweet today. Bourbon Caramel, Strawberry Shortcake, Lemon, Blueberry Hill, Mango Margarita and Turtle Cheesecake. I decided to stop in at 11:30 AM on a Wednesday morning after a Pilates class nearby. They donuts selection was kind of sparse. I should've taken a picture of the rack because most of the places were empty. There is also a Matcha bar that looks like it's supposed to be set up off to the side, but was not open. We picked out two beautiful donuts, the Chocolate Abuelita and the Cajeta. The Cata looked really nice, but was very plain tasting. The Chocolate Abuelita was definitely better and I liked the Mexican hot chocolate cream in the center. I would give this donut shop one more shot, just because of all the great things I've heard about it from people whose opinions I respect. Honestly, though, there are so many donut shops in town that if I don't find it better the next time I probably wouldn't return.
