Every time I come to this location the cashier on window is not polite, can't even share a smile or look like they're happy to be there. Always get the bacon avocado toast and I'm always given the bottom of the bacon bits; burnt, tiny crumb pieces and areas where there are grease piles on top of the spread from the bacon scraps. Dunkin & Dunkin Donuts have the best coffee anywhere. My disappointment is the inside, just doesn't look and feel like a coffee shop. Years ago, the Dunkin had a diner appeal with bar stools and "u' shaped bar including a few attractive booths. Went in to grab my coffee yesterday and I see the manager yell at this poor girl. I think she is an employee but regardless manager is very unprofessional. Ever since the new manager took over I hate coming in. I always see her yell at the employees. I would rather drive to another location than to go at this one. I was surprised by how updated and clean this Dunkin was, identical to what a typical DD situated in some big city would look like. Shocking, given the isolated location of this Dunkin - basically in the middle of nowheresville Maryland of nothing but open fields as your scenery surrounding highway 13 that runs up through the strip of land that is Virginia/Maryland/Delaware. That aside, the coffee and food is your typical Dunkin Donuts: same menu, same quality. Gotta love the dependability of chains! read more

They told me I couldn't order at the window and would have to go back around the building. I went Inside to order this time. They said it was because they're timed. It takes a true donut baker to understand that a French Cruller is not a normal donut. It needs to be light, airy, semi-moist and delicious. Well, I have been to this Dunkin' location several times this week because they have been SO GOOD. My literally almost crashed my car from closing my eyes and getting lost in the flavor and simplicity of the sweet treat entering my mouth. The iced latte was also made exactly as I ordered it and while the personality of the girl at the drive-thru window was dry, the drink was cool, wet, and refreshing. I had a family member worked at their factory in Ocean City. Distribute to the Dunkin Donuts in the area. Most disgusting environment I've ever seen. Employees smoke cigarettes and never wash their hands. Seen donuts dropped on the floor and placed back on the racks. I used to go to this Dunkin' Donuts everyday and get a dark roast iced coffee cream and sugar. Recently I've went and ordered the same thing but instead almond milk. The coffee tastes like old watered down dark roast with no almond milk. I thought well hey we all have our bad days and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went the next day and got the same thing. Ordered the same drink at the Dunkin' Donuts down the road in Fruitland and food and drink were great , along with great customer service. Here, multiple people messed up the order in three different ways. One person made coffee incorrectly(compared to last time, drink wasn't even the right color, implying wrong syrup was applied and the other drink was made with the wrong syrup I think.) The cashier told us there was so turkey product at all. No turkey sausage, not even a turkey slice, although it was listed in three different sandwiches. Don't know if it was not in the store or the lady was just clueless, but she said there was none throughout the store. After waiting twenty minutes for food, my sandwich was okay but the receipt didn't include the meal, so it was rang up wrong, making the hash browns missing from what I originally wanted. The other sandwich was cold and frozen in the middle. I love my Dunkin' just like everyone else, and one or two mistakes happens from time to time, but this is absolutely not acceptable, especially for such an amazing company.
