No explanation, no effort to make it right--just a refund and a "too bad" attitude. After the most recent cancellation, I was contacted by the store. The customer service was bare minimum--no apology, no solution offered. I was then passed off to the General Manager, and that's where things went from bad to worse. He was condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He actually laughed during our call and made it clear that they prioritize bread for sandwich orders, not for customer pickups--so essentially, your scheduled order doesn't matter. This kind of attitude is unacceptable from anyone, let alone someone in a leadership role. A better response would've been to secure the loaf for the following day or any attempt at basic customer care. Sadly, I doubt this was the first time this GM has handled a situation this way, and I hope it's not ignored. After this experience, I won't be returning to this Panera--or any other
