The place was almost empty when we pulled off for coffee and a bathroom break. Parking was easy and plentiful. The service was friendly and efficient. The bathrooms were clean and better than most. I ordered a glazed donut, and a double short cappuccino. The donut came out quickly and fit had a production date of August 7, 2024. That meant it was a month old. It was ostensibly still edible but I had one bite and tossed the rest. When my double short cappuccino came out it was in a tall cup and was a latte, and I just took two sips and tossed it too. Close to brand new construction with a slight futuristic exterior setting. This location is extremely spacious with such an inviting ambience of dark wood furniture, leather chairs & even fresh flowers. The Accessibility is top notch all around & the Restrooms were sparkling clean. & oh yeah...the wonderful selections of Signature Roasts, Frapps, Capps, Teas, Mini Bites & everything else Starbucks. read more

The lady at the drive through was nice but food was not warmed, I got the wrong drink with no extra espresso shots and weird extra chocolate syrup added... Ive gotten the same drink for years and this tasted like chocolate milk.. paid for a side sauce and got the incorrect thing. Not packed on a Friday at lunchtime, plenty of staff, yet took 11 minutes for one espresso drink and cake pops. I watched them make all of the drive-through drinks as the interior filled up with more and more people waiting inside. The only reason we went in is because we needed to use the restroom because the place we picked up lunch at the drive-through next door closed their entire interior. My drink is lukewarm and not hot. Stopped by with husband for a coffee after dinner. There were no other customers aside from 1 car in the drive through. The music was so loud I felt like I was in a bar. We placed our order and I had to walk outside because it was deafening - husband stayed inside to wait. The music was so loud it completely audible from outside the building. 15 minutes later, I walk back in to see what was taking so long. Husband's drink lord was not on properly so when he grabbed it, it spilled all over him and the counter/floor. I ordered an espresso and he was told the wait was due to "making mine fresh". Did a quick coffee stop on the way home from our weekend at Ocean City. I walked in and was greeted with 3 smiling faces This location was beautiful, clean and warm. I ordered breakfast sandwiches, a caramel macchiato with extra drizzle & a ultra caramel frapp. They were perfect! I'm excited to have a great Starbucks on the way to and from the beach! Staff friendly but often have a problem with my drink. Today I ordered a grande vanilla cold brew and it was strong. I asked to add some water and was told they don't add water. I looked up drink online and it says they add water to the pre-made cold brew before serving. read more

Biked to this Cambridge Starbucks and found it busy with beach traffic. Ordered a coffee and a mocha, meanwhile people coming in after me and leaving before me. The coffee came 15 mins later and after speaking to the minority barista twice, the mocha was slapped down on the counter. No verbal exchange, just a rude look. Beach traffic will not return due to long wait and rudeness. Time for some training. read more

I've only been to this particular one twice. The first time was AMAZING. The gentlemen who took my order and served my coffee were so kind and pleasant. After that experience I decided to go again expecting the same attitude...well... The lady who took our order was great, even though it seemed either the speaker or her but one of them was extremely loud otherwise great....Now the lady who served us is a different story. Not sure if she was having a bad day or is just normally in a grumpy mood but she definitely lacks customer service skills. She handed me two grande frappes using one hand so I had to grab both at the same time, not that it's that big of a deal but I have a small window so it was a challenge. It was almost like she was shoving our drinks out her window to mine, if that makes sense. Not one spoken word except at the end when she roughly said to have a good day. No smile, pushy just overall a grump. I totally get people have bad days but when you're in customer service you fake it...she clearly lacks that skill. Great coffee tho read more

Love Starbucks ground coffee. However I have never successfully been able to get a salted caramel foam cold brew at this Cambridge location. Someone needs to show them where the recipe book is located. read more
