I'm gonna be honest, a few years ago I would drive past this location to the Dunkin in Easton. This location used to be uneven with coffee sometimes tasting burnt and service that was iffy. Fast forward to a year ago. They built a new Dunkin and tore down the old building I decided to give it another try and I'm glad I did, coffee consistently excellent and friendly service. Ordered online and apparently there was a glitch in the system. I told the girl(think her name was Alicia) at the drive thru that I didn't order a a particular item. She was very rude and had an attitude. Called this one girl who I think was in charge, think her name was Megan over and told her about the situation. Well she practically yelled when she was talking to me. So loud that several other workers came to window to see who I was. They were more worried about their drive thur numbers than making this right. One comment Alicia said "well our drive thur number good until this". Since childhood, I haven't been to a single Dunkin Donuts that has had poor service -- this place was the first, unfortunately. The only reason for stopping there was because I was on my way to OC. I hate this dunkin donuts location. They are always really rude, and the drive thru is annoying to maneuver. Whenever I order here I feel like I'm annoying the workers by having to take my order... My usual is iced coffee and a toasted bagel- nothing difficult or crazy. Speaking to bagel, last time I ordered one they put a teeny tiny amount that only coveted one half, of one side of my bagel.. I figured a mistake, No biggle. But when I showed them and asked or a little more (ya know to cover the bagel) they got really nasty and said it would cost me an additional 1.50. I pride myself in the fact that I have frequented just about every DD from VA to MD on Highway 13. A man needs to have goals.....I guess the one in Cambridge is my favorite on the route. It is a full service stand alone DD It is situated on Rt 50 and doesnt have good access when traveling westbound. You will have to make a u-turn somewhere. The bathrooms are clean, the people are friendly, and the coffee is hot. I was also surprised to to see that the donuts were still fresh at 2 pm in the afternoon. read more

The quality and reliability of this location has gone so far downhill. Often getting orders completely wrong, and then if the workers are not in a good mood, they'll make sure to replace your order with poor quality. I'm from out of town and have been here 4 times passing through. Each time using the drive through they have messed up my order every time. Wrong drinks, wrong food each time. Their large Chai tea is just a watered down medium. After the last experience I won't be going back to this one. read more

This DD is the WORSE EVER. Customer service was TERRIBLE. I've been a fan of DD since day 1 & I always stop by. The only reason we stopped by this one was because we was on our way to OC for Memorial Day 2018, recently. The girl that took my order was TERRIBLE. She was such a nasty attitude and was telling me a bunch of things. I didn't realize that my WHOLE ORDER was wrong until we drove off and we was too far already so I called the store & Steven picked up (her coworker) I told him I wanted a way to contact his manager & he told me he doesn't have his/her number & told me a bunch of rude things and hung up on me. I would rate this Dunkin Donuts location a zero star if that was an option. If customer service is important to you....AVOID THIS STORE. I will start this off with stating I frequent Dunkin Donuts atleast twice per day. I sit in the drive thru every morning for my usual order which is usually at the Easton location. Tonight (Saturday) October 21, 2017 at about 7:30, I ordered 3 drinks at the Cambridge, Maryland location. At the drive thru window I paid. Marayah handed me my order. I questioned her which drink was sweetened? Her response was somebody needs to use their eyeballs and then she closed the window. I was shocked that I was spoken to in such a manner. What ever happened to customer service? I pulled ahead and then parked my car. I went inside and spoke to the front cashier Gretchen. I asked her if I could speak to the manager on duty. Marayah came to the front counter. Gretchen said there was no manager on duty. I told her I have a problem on how I was just spoken to at the drive thru by her. I was pointing at Marayah as I did not know her name. Marayah who immediately became angry said you get what you receive. I said to Gretchen and also a young man who came from the side backroom... this is what I have a problem with. Why is she able to speak to customers in this manner? Gretchen told Marayah to go in the backroom. Marayah did not. Marayah kept interupting me as I was asking Gretchen questions about speaking with a manager. I asked her if she could call a manager so I could talk with someone. Gretchen said if it was an emergency she would call someone. She told me to call in the morning. I asked who is the manager. Gretchen said its the lady with red hair. I was given no phone number to call. I asked her what was the girls name that was working the drive thru. She wrote down on a piece of receipt paper her name and Marayah's name. I left the store in disbelief. What ever happened to customer service? Does this store really have no night management? This location is opened 24 hours a day.....Who is in charge of this Dunkin Donuts at night? What is the managers name? Did I even get the correct names written on the piece of paper? What needs to happen for the employees to call somebody in charge? How did Marayah managed to get hired with such an attitude? I personally will not use this location ever again.
