The older lady who works the early shift (5-6am) is heaven sent! She is extremely sweet, she makes my drink perfect EVERY time, and she always has a smile on her face. I have tried to go to this Dunkin twice in the last week. The first time there was an sig on the locked door that there was no counter service in the middle of the afternoon! I just went today around the same time (1:30 pm) and waited 15 minutes behind another person at the counter who then left without ordering anything. I was then told to stand near the pickup counter for service, waited another 5 minutes with no service then left! You lost me as a customer! Good to see all those minimum wages were increased while service is in the toilet! Went across the street to Tim Hortons. read more

I go to this Dunkin weekly in the morning before work, and never have had an issue. I went to my *normal* store down the road and they gave me too much cream in my "1 cream" iced coffee. So I went to another one... and got told they can't remake my iced coffee. I said uh okay.. so here we are at this location. I kindly explained the situation and told him I have the drink with me. he goes "you're gonna have to pay for it. ya heard?!?" I said no thanks and drive away. Yes, I get that I could have asked the guy to remake it when he first handed it to me. But he didn't seem nice and I figured it would be a problem so I went elsewhere. I have literally done this before at dunkin and the girls who helped me were SO sweet. I worked at starbucks for 6 years and dealt with karen's demanding things at me every day, so being nice and gracious to customer service workers is something i'll never change. I ordered DoorDash from here and received absolutely no drinks that I ordered. That was fine. I just re-ordered them. The issue was I ordered two lattes, and neither were labeled. I have a caffeine intolerance and I can get really sick from it. I called to ask if one of them had decaf and they said yes, well neither of them did or I drany the wrong one. So thank you Dunkin for literally putting me into another reality because you were too lazy to label to drink. if I were to finish the whole drink, I probably would've been in the hospital. read more

There are so many coffee places around this spot and this was the one with the shortest line, so we decide to give it a shot. The lady at the drive through was very nice. She asked both me and my mom how we were doing and was so cheery. Definitely made the visit a little bit better than a normal coffee run. read more

Going through the drive thru at this place at 730 in the morning was like, it felt like I was dreaming. The drive thru was PACKED but I must have gotten in an out of there in a matter of 7 min or less. I always get the black pepper bacon sandwich and an iced coffee. I don't know what is going on here lately. Seems like the past couple of months. ( Nov. 2018 - Jan 1st) the quality of coffee and service has gone down hill. I have thrown out more food and dumped more coffee down the drain then I care to speak of. I complained to corporate and they sent me a $10.00 voucher. I used it today just to come home and dump out two burnt coffees. I'm no longer going to this location. read more

My order is right about 40% of the time. I always vow to never go back, but the location is too convenient. For some reason this is the only coffee place in the world where the concept of "double cream" and "double sugar" is confusing. Frustrating! Around 715am My mother and I went to order our coffees and sometimes bagels for our Daily like every single day we go to the same Dukin and usely have the same person who normally knows when we pull up and and ask us if we want our Usually coffees for today or are we adding in food as well LOVE HER AMAZING WORKER wish I had her name. BUTT TODAY around the same time we had different people at the window , as we pulled up to the speaker we get Hi how can I help you My mom tells her 2 medium Carmel swirls coffee with cream and an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, Nothing no sound for like a 1 min hoping she got our order right then after we said that on the speaker OK PULL THREW.. Both me and my already assumed it wasn't out usual person working so we pulled threw.. The girl at the window told us there wasn't everything bagel what other kind would you like as she's doing that she took my mom credit card and swiped it and as she Telling me the bagels you do have I looked down at the receipt once we got it back because the price was lower the usual and it shows 1 med hot coffee and an everything bagel not the correct order at this point we told the a different girl that was there to correct it and she asked us so at this point My mother and I are getting upset, so I Yelled and I'm honest why cant they get the fucking order right we never had a problem so the girl took my moms credit card to refund us because at that point we didn't want it were going somewhere else I had it.. THEN The worker took my mom card and threw it at her and threw her hands up like she didn't want to deal.. so my mom pulled up to make sure that she refunded her money back and NEVER DID so.. this Point I went inside and I was Fuming angry how dare someone some stranger treat and disrespect my mother by throwing her card at her.. HOW would you Feel? after I got my money back and yelling at your employees telling them they have no customer service at all and they need more training,, I work for a well Known company in Rochester that Knows all about customer service and how to treat people after that.. I went to Tim Horton's and had no problem over their in and out and went to work.. But what sits in my head how that employee treated my mother regardless of how I was acting.. So I called the store Directly and spoke with the manager she new who I was and said that she gave your employee a warning I said well what is that going to solve how is that going to take back on what she did wrong and The MANAGER said Do you even Know what a warning is and that put me even more over the edge!! I am Clearly well educated and know what a warning means but that dose not change the fact that you employee treated my mother and I with such disrespect and I said now am going to cooperate because clearly she wasn't going to help me.. read more

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! It is one of the only Dunkin on my way to work. I've given it countless chances. The same person works every morning. She either doesn't have any food ready by 545am or she doesn't even answer the drive thru (they open at 5am). She is always very rude and bothered that anyone is even in the drive thru at this time. I am in customer service myself, i always try my best to be nice. I come to this location almost everyday, I'm basically a regular... and she still is rude and would really like it if i wouldn't bother her with an order at all. I waited at the drive thru for 2 mins. No one answered. I went to the window no one came around. I had to go in to the restaurant and ask if they were open. She didn't apologize for completely ignoring the drive thru, and made me come over to the pick up counter to order food for her convenience. I can't even believe a manager would continue to let this person be the opener. Worst location in Greece. I love Dunkin and have no problems anywhere else. 0 stars. read more
