This Dunkin is one of the nicer ones I've been to. They have a nice seating area, inside, featuring some really cute colorful chairs. They also have an outdoor seating area. I needed breakfast when I arrived. I don't think I've ever had breakfast at Dunkin before. I got an avocado toast topped with bacon. I also got their newest flavor for their iced coffee, the Blueberry Donut coffee. The coffee was ready first. It was good, but the flavor wasn't anything special at all. The avocado toast was excellent. It was generous slice of sourdough bread with a nice even coating of avocado, topped with some bacon, then sprinkled with everything seasoning. There might have also been a bit of lemon juice. It was very fresh and filling. The service was fast. I sat outside and enjoyed. read more

Great location near Mayo with everything you expect from Dunkin. I've visited several times, and after a bad experience one time, I let management know and they quickly addressed it. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. read more

If you're looking for Walmart quality donuts you found it. They start baking at 5:30 am. By the time they open at 7 and you get there all the doughnuts are stale and cold. When you ask if they can make some fresh for you if you order a dozen they laugh and say they only make it once a day at 5:30 am. I'm surprised they are still in business. Coffee is good, not as good as Starbucks of course but the doughnuts are terrible! read more

Just like a Dunkin'. Staff is not too bad but can sometimes be grumpy or non-attentive. Ordering online is tricky because they are often out of the ordered item and sometimes they sub with something that is a good replacement, other times I felt like I was getting the short end. We came here because the two Starbucks locations in the surrounding area were closed on a weekend! Thankfully Dunkin had what I usually order, a vanilla chai with almond milk. Service was friendly and my order was made correctly but my cup was only 75% full. It felt pretty light for a medium drink. I was a little disappointed. This location has a large seating area and would be a nice place to hang out to rest or catch up on some work. read more

Short on staffing, as anywhere nowadays, so don't hold the wait times against them. The staff still busts their tail to provide awesome service and product! I came here every morning while on extended stay for Mayo. Coffee was always awesome and my food orders were perfect in temp and to my specifications! Stopped in for a quick morning bite here at this famous chain since there aren't any in Minneapolis and I have such fond memories of the decadent Bavarian creme donuts from a long time ago. Unfortunately, the quality of today's donuts left me a little flat. Both my Bavarian creme and Boston creme tasted bland and were quite dry. They definitely didn't taste fresh to me. Their donuts are not great. I don't understand all the hype I've heard over DD and how people are so devoted to this place. The donuts I got were hard and dry, and the few soft spots I could pick off were not that great. I didn't care for the frosting on the raised donut, and the croissant donut was just bland. I don't know why everyone who makes a knockoff of the "cronut" leaves out the pastry crème, which is the most important part of it, in my opinion. I'm just going to give up on donut chains since Krispy Kreme left MN. I'd kill someone for a Krispy Kreme right now, those were some good donuts. I am handicap and was visiting Mayo for testing. I was there several times on this trip (as well as previous trips) and am so impressed by the staff. Rarely in fast food do you find caring/professional and energetic people. I had one incident where I got a large cone and headed to my seat - during the trip to my seat, I somehow spilled the top half on a table seat. The staff here are SUPER friendly. This is my first time at DD and I ordered glazed / jelly munchkins and coffee. Initially I ordered small dark roast coffee but it was smaller than I thought. I asked if she can get me medium cup instead of small and she said yes and for free. Was very disappointed in our experience. Ordering went good, girls were nice enough. Cashier rang my friends coffee wrong on accident. The "manager" refused to make the right item stating it wasn't his fault. All we wanted was the right drink, but he refused and when I asked what his name was he told me he didn't have one.. I'm going to preface this by saying I'm a Dunkin fiend. It's my go-to spot for coffee and I go at least once a day when I'm home on the east coast. I visited this location twice when in Rochester. The first time the egg white flatbread was burned. The second visit I ordered iced coffee and received hot coffee instead. Both times the staff seemed genuinely confused about their jobs and completely disinterested in helping customers. The gentlemen behind the counter when I was there the second time refused to help the lady in front of me out the door and she was on crutches - he just slid her hot coffee to her across their counter. The entire experience was baffling to me. I helped her out the door because it was clear their staff didn't plan on helping. Overall, when I'm in Rochester and need Dunkin this is my only option - but I'll be managing expectations in the future. read more

I'm a big fan of Dunkin coffee. It is less bitter than other coffee chains, their prices are better, and they have good variety of items to order. This is the only Dunkin in the area. It is within walking distance of Mayo downtown. I use the mobile ordering but have had my order made wrong a few times. I was happy when I heard that Dunkin' Donuts was coming to Rochester. After hearing so much praise from friends in other cities where Dunkin' Donuts was a big deal, I was actually a little bit excited at the thought of getting a good fluffy donut. My first trip was a disappointment, because it was 2 in the afternoon, and I pulled on the door, but it wouldn't open. They were closed. Workers were standing in there doing something, but no one would even bother to look up, wave a hand, or to indicate that they were closed. I pulled the door again. Another guy tried his hand, and the door still wouldn't open. Then we noticed a very small handwritten sign saying they were closed. Next day I went there again and got a donut. Major disappointment. Not fluffy. Not terrible, but not good. A week later...same thing. The donuts are highly overrated. If you're hoping for something similar to a Krispy Kreme donut, forget it. Not even close. Also...if you haven't been there yet, don't get your hopes up about being able to see what the donuts look like before you order. They keep the donuts back *behind* the counter, *behind* the workers...where you can't get a good look. About 10 feet away. That's too far. It's hard to find good donuts anywhere these days, but really...even the donuts at the gas station are better than these. read more

Under the skyway in Rochster, on a Saturday morning this place is packed. Long line to order your morning diabetic supplements of sugary treats and coffee. Turns out the lines were only partially due to the Mayo Clinic crowds, it was mostly due to the cashiers being unable to enact transactions quickly. Coffee was oK. I was overcharged for my order and the woman who I believe to be owner or manager made me stand there for 15 minutes while she tried to get the employee who rang it up to recreate the exact transaction. I didnt get a refund, because i was on my break and had to get back to work. I have worked in customer service my whole life and would never treat someone like that!
