This Dunkin location - at 1099 Rio Rancho Drive SE in Rio Rancho, NM 87124 - is relatively new and runs very poorly. On a few occasions I have tried to patronize this store and given up before I was even able to place an order due to the horribly slow service and a drive thru line that does not ever move. This morning I tried again and actually got to the speaker. There I experienced 3 minutes of complete silence before someone said "I'll be right with you." About 30 seconds later another voice said "have you been helped." I replied "no I have not" and then there was another 30 seconds of silence. I was finally able to place an order and I pulled forward behind 2 other cars that were waiting for their orders. At this point the line stopped moving for another 5 minutes before I drove away and went to Krispy Kreme. Dunkin has a pretty good location here. I hope they don't go under due to the bad service. read more

I spend a pretty good amount of money there on an online order and didn't get notified they didn't have like a quarter of my order until I got to the store, then they were mad at me because "I can get a refund on the app" I asked how and they said well we will just give you the full donuts instead of the munchkins (I didn't get enough to replace the missing donuts) and when I made it to the drive thru window (since in store pickup is always closed, no one said one word to me, they pushed my stuff out the window at me and slammed the window after I grabbed my stuff, I will never be going here again and I will make sure to tell my work friends (I work for a huge company right up the street) to not waste the time. Also as someone who made donuts, the ones I got LESS THAN AN HOUR INTO OPEN, did in no way seem fresh... Very disappointed they don't care or bother to have any sort of communication with anyone. read more

Went through the drive up. Ordered 2 doughnuts and one coffee, black with 2 sugars and a splash of tap water so I could drink the coffee on my way home. Wrong doughnuts, both. Coffee way too hot to drink No sugar in my coffee Lots of cream in my coffee. I'm lactose intolerant. Never going back. Wanted to give them zero stars. read more

Ugh. THE WORST customer service ever! Took my daughter to this location, we ordered 2 coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches. Waited 10 minutes for our coffees. After 20 minutes, The manager comes and asks what we ordered. I said how do you not know what we ordered? Honest question right? She got so defensive and started blaming everybody else for the mishap. Rude as can be. I just asked for my money back and left. We went inside, because the drive-through line was at least 20 cars long and was not moving at all. Now we know why. read more

The management at this store seems terrible. They're always out of stuff and it seems like they have a high turnover of employees. The poor young girl (Mari) that's there consistently every day works so hard and is so sweet. This morning I was there and saw a man I'm assuming was sort of manager yelling at her for telling customers they were out of things. How is that her fault?! Poor little thing looked like she was going to cry. I only go there everyday because of her. She gets my drink just right every time and she has the best customer service, especially for being a teenager. I'm only giving 3 stars because of her, otherwise it would be 1 star. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. This location is horrible. Placed Mobil order on app waited in line 17 minutes. Only way I was able to exit was 4 cars behind me got fed up and left. Cars just sit in line. Called store to inquire if problems and they said no Judy big orders inside. Finally able to exit with the others and went in. 3 young girls inside. Chatty. 3 people waiting one for an order one standing in line. He waited 7 min to ORDER a cup of coffee. I got my Mobil order fairy quickly. Coffee and 1 donut. Coffee of course cold but I did not want to wait left and the poor gentleman still sitting and waiting for his coffee. Avoid this poorly run place. Time 5:50 am. read more

Place is filthy inside. The help couldn't tell you what they would have available the next day. Ergo it's impossible to place an order through their app as you don't know if they'll have your selection. The biggest issue was the appalling lack of cleanliness. read more

My husband and I waited 10 minutes to even get to the intercom. We had to repeat 4 times that what we wanted because for some reason they didn't understand (It was a vanilla iced latte). Then we pull up to the window after another 5 minutes. We get to the window one drink was wrong. We had 3 different people come open the window and ask us what we order. And a girl who just asked us what we ordered comes back to window and as us AGAIN what we ordered. At that point I tell here we've told so many people including her what we just ordered and she proceeds to try to argue to me about it. Finally someone else brings it out after 15 minutes. So please DO NOT GO HERE. Dutch bros is literally across the street with perfect service, or McDonald's has good coffee also across the street, Starbucks is close, Piñon coffee too. Literally for your sanity go anywhere else this is not worth it. read more

I ordered four breakfast sandwiches and one of them were so burnt that it smelt like stale cigarettes. The hot coffee tasted like coffee flavored water and the coffee in the cappuccino tasted burnt. The man taking my order was rude and in a hurry. The other man that served us our coffee was holding our cups by the lids where we put our mouths and his fingers and nails were dirty and grimy. It's a shame because this location is convenient, but it's an operational nightmare. They are constantly out of donuts. 9:45 am and they only had glazed and blueberry cake and this isn't the first time. Half the time they can't do hot food and the service is embarrassingly slow. Behind the counter, the workers are constantly gossiping and swearing, shrieking and snickering. I get that they're in high school but there is zero semblance of professionalism. We have been to this place a number of times, more times than I want to admit, but it's close to our house and we like to give places that are fairly new to get with the program. We did a mobile order yesterday in the afternoon and we gave it about 15-20mins. We drive up to the speaker and we tell them it's a mobile order so we pull up to the first window. Nobody, and I mean nobody could find the mobile order we placed. We show them the receipt of it and the girl at the window tries to "memorize it " from our phone. She then tells us to roll up the second window and wait so we do that. Waiting another 10 minutes. Pretty sure the guy that was not assigned to make drinks came up to us and asked us what we needed... stated we had a mobile order and the name on it. Waited another 10 minutes while someone actually took the time to find our mobile order. Finally got our drinks and left. Don't think we'll be back. There's a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins at 3200 La Orilla Rd that does a better job. read more

Have gone through the drive-thru twice and both times they were out of half their donut selections - no filled donuts other than jelly, no cake donuts other than chocolate, no Munchkins other than chocolate or blueberry. For a shop that's supposed to be selling donuts, it's a little ridiculous. read more

Horrible service, couldn't get two iced coffees orders correct. The girl in the drive thru microphone sounded like she was 12 and had no idea what she was doing. Didn't have any good donuts left by 10 am. Dont waste your money here! read more

Service is horrible at this location. I waited at the counter to place a simple order. No acknowledgement from either of the workers. Finally what seemed to be a manager asked if she could help me. At that point I was so frustrated to order that I walked out with nothing. read more

Poor service, employee who took our order was rude. He charged us for an extra coffee and was snarky when I asked him to correct it.

I deeply apologize to the employees that are under that management. I was yelled at by the manager for add donuts on to my coffee order. After I explained it was a last minute request. I wasnt really anticipating getting donuts, he got more upset that "I messed up his line order". Lacks leadership, managment, and service industry skills.
