I will never ever understand how you order three things. Coffee. Snack wrap. Three munchkins on the walk up on app. Done this three times. Coffee is there. Snack wrap is there. No munchkins. I wait. And wait. And wait. Finally I have to ask. I get it and leave. Second time same damn thing. Coffee check. Snack wrap check. No munchkins. I wait. I wait. Finally ask the girl as she's putting someone else's order on the shelf. Comes back in five minutes with three munchkins. Next and last time this time store was super busy. The herald. Coffee comes out. Wrap. No munchkins. Big surprise. !! Again. I waited. There was a line. Couldn't ask anyone this time so I just left. It's ridiculous. When I walked in no one was at the counter to take my order. I had to wait a couple of minutes. I ordered an iced coffee and a donut. Very simple. The worker that took my order was about to make me a hot coffee and said, oh yeah you wanted an iced coffee and I charged you for a hot coffee. I told her it was fine and I'll have the hot coffee. She told me not to worry about it. I call that great customer service. read more

The people are helpful. I would prefer if the shop were a bit bigger, but I like the area. The bathroom door was locked, and I had to wait to bit for someone to let me in. This sounds stupid, but I like to go to the bathroom and then order. I don't like to have to wait in line to ask to be buzzed in, then go to the bathroom, and then wait on line again to order. Finally a Dunkin Donuts Franchise store that GET's IT. This location has the friendliest staff out of any that I have been to. FAST SERVICE! They move people through without being rude. When you want a donut or a muffin, the person actually MOVES so you can see the selection. Don't have sugar raised donuts? (most dont) hold on a few minutes, we will MAKE SOME FOR YOU! AWESOME ATTITUDE! Also, I visit this location 3 or four times a week. It seems like the staff knows everyone that comes in, mostly by name as well. They always greet me with a Hello, what's up?, how are you? How can i help you? Very casual, friendly and people that care about their business. Please, send some DUNKIN DONUTS corporate people here so they might learn how a good manager that hires good people that CARE can make people return every day. If I could I would give negative stars. The board of health needs to visit this place. The counter employee was outside smoking when I pulled into the parking lot. As I entered the bldg that same employee came inside did NOT WASH their hands and took my order. Thankfully another employee put my order together. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts that I've used. I was so happy when I noticed it was being built. I went there a few times and was disappointed every time because they never had a good selection. It always seemed as if I got there at closing. It wasn't closing time, I arrived different days between noon and 2:00pm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were new. Well now they have been opened for a few years and they still suck. They never have a good selection of donuts. I don't believe that this can only be my complaint. I wish someone with business experience would take over. read more

The girl at the register was rude and gave me an attitude because I ordered a plain bagel, which they ran out of but like I was supposed to know! Then after I settled for something else, I patiently waited. At this time, the girl behind the register and the other girl preparing my hot food start to complain about how much they hate waiting on customers. They actually had the nerve to whine about how they have to serve customers. That's what your jobs all about if you hate it so much find a new one!
