Review was too saucy and probably colored by not having a great day. I should add that I've been to other branches and had better experiences. I dont know that I would return to this location, but as a one off experience only, I could imagine it not feeling as cramped if you caught it at a less busy time and maybe the staff I was dealing with was new or had a recent head injury or something. read more

My son and I enjoyed the light, refreshing taste of the shaken coconut crème cold brew. The staff is friendly and courteous. The Hampton Coffee Shop offers a variety of baked goods, specialty coffees and cool coffee mugs. There is a small area to sit and there is outside seating, weather permitting. Location is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. Many other locations located on the North and South Forks of Long Island. read more

I love the spanikopita wrap. I have it at least once a week. I order it on the app and they have it ready for me when I arrive!

Simple to use app to place order. Love their coffee and espresso drinks. Hands down the best. Staff are very pleasant. read more

always a pleasant experience with friendly customer service. drinks & pastries always consistent and delicious!

Best coffee in the Hamptons. great staff. I go every day. Friendly, efficient, quick order pickup

Best coffee in Westhampton hands down. The price is higher than other shops, but the quality of the coffee reflects that increased price.

Service was awful. The wait was very long. It took about 15 minutes to get a coffee. There was only one person who ordered in front of me. I asked the manager for my money back and the drink arrived the same time. I thought the his response was curt and his tone was cond read more

Coffee good! Cappuccino great! Scones, good but crumbly if that's the way you like it then great. I do like then a little more moist but they're still good. Muffins- very moist and very good We ordered a couple other items not yet tasted But what struck out to me the most was THE SERVICE. The ladies and bussers working the cashiers were super patient and kind. We had young kids with us. So incredibly friendly! read more

Coffee was spectacular and the service was very friendly. I loved the whole feel of this place. The coffee is brewed right on the premises. Growing up in the Hamptons has made me really appreciate all the locally grown goods. read more

Where's the closest Starbucks? Not really close at all, and that's fine. The place itself is small, perhaps even miniature, with just two tables and a small bar with a few seats. Don't come expecting to plug in for extended periods of focused novel writing, though who knows, you could get lucky. My repeated purchases of hot coffee were smooth and strong, and the raisin/pecan scone (had it on our first visit) was excellent. Locally roasted and I presume locally baked, I'd say work you way down the line of baked goods and lengthy coffee menu. I don't really know what happens when it gets busy, I would say a good rule of thumb would be if there is a line out the door, it's pretty busy. Grain of salt: It would only take ~4 people for the line to be going out the door. Watch out where you park, the very sternly signed parking lot is pretty specific which spots are for which of the two businesses. I'm not sure who is watching, but given it's Westhampton, someone probably is. Spring and summer weekends will start and end with a vat from Hampton Coffee Company, and knowing me, i'll probably go there every morning in between. read more

We don't go out east that often but when we do we always make a stop at your shop! I don't know if I like the coffee or the scones better. We live in South Setauket so we don't always have the opportunity to stop as much as we would like. I was wondering, would you be kind enough to give me the raisin scone recipe you make? No one makes them like you do, and trust me I am a scone "aficionado"!!! If you don't want to make it public here, I could call your shop and I would give them my email address. Does that make sense? Thanking you in advance for your reply. Kathy A. read more

Awful customer service. They need adults and a grown up manager. They can't handle more than 5 customers. If you want to wait 25 min in chaos for mediocre coffee, to then be told they forgot to make it and need to put your order in the back of the line, come on by. When we get home, they gave us the wrong scones to boot. Won't be coming back. read more

Hampton Coffee is walkable from my house is by far my favorite coffee I have gotten in Westhampton while I have been here. If you download the app you get one free drink up to $6 so be sure to do that before you go! My go-to order is an Iced Vanilla latte with Oat Milk -- you won't be dissapointed. read more

Stopped by on a Sunday morning while in the area. Line was not too long and went by quickly. I had an iced coffee, which was very good. I also got the sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich. It was on a biscuit and the perfect start to my morning! Prices were as expected for a coffee shop. read more

They make a decent cappuccino. Nothing special or particularly well prepared. But it got the job done I guess.

Seven people working behind the counter at 9:30 and no decaf coffee. No one manages the place. Just a bunch talking amongst themselves while customer queue up and then no coffee is made????! read more

Tasty but very sweet summer drink. The cashier was unfriendly to my party. He asked "Hi, how are you?" so I happily responded "Hi, I'm good, how are you?" He stared at me in silence and didn't respond. When I ordered, he didn't ask if I wanted my drink hot or cold, nor what milk I wanted, and assumed I wanted a large (this is probably because it was a specialty drink, unsure). 2 of our drinks were ready before a guy who was there first, who just ordered a latte (we ordered more complex drinks). The space only has 1 table with 2 seats. They told me they charge for water cups, so I chose not to buy a water to wash down the sweet drink. read more

Excellent coffee and friendly service. I will make sure to visit wherever I'm in the area!

I love the Aquebogue (Riverhead) location. I live on the north shore and its the place I most frequent. I found myself on the south shore and I figured let me hit up the Hamptons Coffee Company in Westhampton. With all Hamptons Coffee Company locations, the coffee they serve is all locally roasted. When you go to a chain to buy coffee, its in a vacuumed sealed bag. This is so not the case with Hampton Coffee Company. HCC buys funky coffee beans from around the global. Then the HCC roast master will roasts the coffee beans by hand in small batches. This allows each coffee bean to raise its own unique flavor characteristics. It's this process which will give the coffee a more concentrated flavor and aroma. With me so far? Just know the end result is a dynamite cuppa Joe and its all happening on Long Island. I parked in the lot, the Westhampton location isn't a large store. You won't be sitting with your laptop plugged in for hours at a time getting refills. Fix your coffee and GTHO. I did notice on the board they could make an Italian Soda with the almond syrup but I passed and ordered a cappuccino. The end result is a nice coffee blend that's not too bitter. And the baked goods! HCC always offers local pastry and baked goods on the east end. Their scones are killer! Since it was the afternoon, I chose a small linzer tart. Perfecto! Just the right size for a small afternoon treat. HCC, first time here and I love your coffee from Riverhead to Westhampton. Keep roasting! read more

We're coffee nuts, from NYC, out here to escape the urban crowds during the pandemic. We stopped for coffee here and it was the best cappuccino I've had, perhaps ever. Bravo, Hampton Coffee Company. We're on our way there again right now. We both loved it! read more

I always stop by their West Hampton location after a day at the beach and get a couple snacks. I don't drink coffee myself, but my brother always gets a cup and he says it's pretty good. It kinda sucks that whenever I go however, near the end of the day (7:45), their snacks are mostly gone, but I don't blame them as it's the end of th. I do wish they still had a certain desert they had last year, I believe it was a chocolate raspberry crumb cake or something along those lines. It was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten and it makes me super sad they don't sell it anymore :( read more

Great little coffee shop! Coffee was delicious . Service was great. Staff was nice, friendly and fast.

I buy all my coffee from here, year-round resident. Always have nice customer service. I just have to say today, during Christmas week , I usually buy $200 worth of gift cards. I chose the cards I wanted, and asked for the envelopes They informed me that there were "no envelopes for the gift cards ". So- I would need to "go and purchase cards with envelopes at the local card store." ?? if you sell gift cards, you should make sure that you have envelopes for them. Management should be on top of this Christmas week, especially. Just saying......... read more

Great coffee. Excellent, simple bakery items and wraps. The staff is friendly but out to lunch a lot of the time. But well worth it, I mean, this ain't a fine French restaurant. It's a coffee shop. Great coffee and croissants we basically lived on the coffee while we were visiting. We visited 2 locations and it was great both places.

Love HCC!! The specialty coffees are always made so carefully. The regular roasts are also good too. I love getting their dirty chai. It's such a treat. They also have great egg and panini options for when I forget lunch. It's also wonderful they carry Hale and hearty soups. Their section of soups is changing so call before to see what's available, but they never disappoint! read more

Stopped in at the Westhampton location of this coffee chain. It was just mediocre at best and not very cozy. The hot drinks are served lukewarm. Hot chocolate was not chocolaty at all either. Baked items are better than their drinks. Also, this location is extremely small and cramped so best to do take out even though they do offer wifi. Great, friendly staff though and it's cheaper than Starbucks. Also note, address says it's on Mill Rd. It really faces Oak St. read more

I would stick to the coffee and baked goods here. Our food ranged from blah to bad. The sausage, egg and cheese breakfast burrito tasted like bland egg (and slightly weird-tasting egg at that). The balsamic chicken wrap was totally bland with a tinge of sour. My leek and potato soup had the consistency of chunky mashed potatoes, but was otherwise OK... definitely not worth the $5 for a small cup, though. My brother's leek and potato soup, on the other hand, was gross. It actually looked like soup but tasted foul- like, rotten foul. He exchanged it for a Tuscan chicken soup, which was OK. We didn't try the paninis as they were pre-prepared and looked dry and thin. Chocolate croissant was good, but it would take some effort to mess that up. All together, I blew just under $40 on three coffees, 3 halves of chicken wrap, 2 small soups and a croissant. Not pleased. I would never ever ever eat here again. read more
