What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second time Baya Bar has sent me a promotional offer like this, only for me to go to the store and be told they won't honor it. If you're going to send customers coupons and promotions, you should stand behind the offers you send out. It's extremely frustrating to waste my time going to the store based on an offer that your company sent me, only to have it denied when it is clearly still valid. This is not a good way to treat customers or build trust. I won't ever be going back. I now have also opted out of receiving any further text messages from them.
