This little gem is in a busy shopping mall in Commack, facing Jericho Tpke across the street is a White Castle. I arrived in the store immediately and was greeted. It was about 10 am. This store was packed with so many people. Everyone wanted smoothies. I wanted to see what the rave was about. So I ordered one too. The green smoothie is yummy. His smoothie was amazing with a shot of wheatgrass. Yummy. The variety of vitamins was great. Customer service was amazing even though there was a crowd of people. The manager and worker stayed calm, made smoothies, and still smiled throughout the chaos. Pricing was reasonable. Yes, I will be visiting again for my wheatgrass shots, among other other items. She also showed us how to determine the acidity or alkaline levels with different water brands. Very informative! Second, we were brought to the back for a 30 minute sauna that included 10 minutes of using the vibration machine. It kind of reminded us of the machine that was used in Harriet the Spy, with the band wrapped around your waist. I sweated so much from the sauna and the vibration machine worked my stomach muscles! Last, we did the foot detox and it showed us where the toxins were being drawn from in our bodies. Gina gave us two gallon glass jugs of alkaline water to take home.
