They make it in a ring or in a long, wide strip- either way it is The Best. Sometimes I buy bread or Banana Nut Loaf also , but I make the drive for the Pecan Ring. And everything else must be good too, because there's always a line, in the middle of this town that's deader than a mackerel- no offense intended. Good bakeries are hard to find.

Right there in front of you they chop and mix and flatten your creation to forms your frozen desert and then they begin to start to roll it all into a yummy work of art. Absolutely delicious.
