I called the bakery when I got home and they actually offer 3 types of cream puffs. Chocolate pudding, custard and cannoli filling. The pudding has the chocolate stripe on top, the custard is the plain dough sprinkled with powdered sugar and the cannoli cream puff has a little cannoli cream coming out of it with shavings on top. The eclairs were delicious but they only make the mini size! There are LOTS of pastries, varieties of cookies, cakes, cheescakes and breads. My husband and I are POC and we felt very slighted. I'm not sure I want to visit a place that is so racially biased. This experience put a sour note on our visit and I'll be more inclined to shop elsewhere.

They offered me fresh ground vanilla instead of vanilla syrup - which was absolutely delicious in my oat milk latte. The owner also gave me some really tasty chocolate to try - really overall such a wholesome place. This is why I love coming out east. Great spot to come early morning to enjoy.
