My husband LIVES 4 these Chocolate Shakes!!!

This Dunkin Donuts although I don't frequent often, is my favorite! Let me explain why, I come here often enough to get gift cards and my son comes here 3 to 5 days a week independently. Everyday when he gets home, he tells me how nice staff is to him & his friends. I always send my son there with money, but they always seem to spoil him with more. I really appreciate this Dunkin Donuts, because they're very kind to the underage Community as well as they keep all menu items well stocked. I used to bring my boys here when they were younger for 31 Cent scoop night, and it was always a pleasure. They share space with Baskin-Robbins! Definitely couldn't leave that out. The same staff work both counters therefore I have combined the reviews for both. I've come here for breakfast, hot tea, donuts for the family, donuts for the teachers and staff at my son's school, as well as ice cream and other Dairy items. Sadly I can't have any of the dairy though:( They always have the best and most creative gift cards, with gift card covers! Very important! They're always super fast and getting what you order together and correct the first time! I remember plenty of times of running in here to grab something and not having to wait a long time to get my things and then get on my way to work. This Dunkin Donuts continues to be a neighborhood gem, and I'm glad it's in my neighborhood!

This is a latte. The cup should be full. -_-

I had a mocha latte and this Iranian Chocolate Pop-Tart thing that was awesome.... I really need to start taking pictures of my food and these places. The ambiance is that of a coffee house but this coffee house is an old historic building with natural wood floors and big windows. The layout is convenient for having a mix of seating and the volume was such that we could hear our party but not feel like we were screaming. The coffee was good. the people friendly, the snacks (ok not a meal but too much to ignore from the experience) the snacks were delightful. My wife almost ate half of my Pop-tart it was so good. Ok, this one gets a definite try, the locals seemed to like it, it was close-ish to Columbia, and worth checking out.

Parking is easy and plentiful, angled spots on one side of the building that never felt crowded during our visit. The inside is spacious and well laid out, with comfortable seating that goes beyond just basic tables and chairs. You can see the donut assembly line from inside, which is a cool feature, though during our visit, the famous "Hot Now" light wasn't on and we didn't get to watch the donuts being made. We could see them in the machine prepping to be cooked, but missing the full process was a little disappointing since you really have no way of knowing in advance when the light will be on. On the bright side, we got complimentary Krispy Kreme hats for the kids, which was a fun little bonus. The restrooms were clean and wheelchair accessible, though it's a single-occupancy setup. Most importantly, the donuts were delicious! Overall, a great experience for a family trip. The waitress came over right away for our drink orders and gave us menus. My friend and I ordered Diet Coke. We decided to share an order of lemon pepper, wings, and an order of hamburger sliders with loaded french fries. We asked for the wings and the fries to be well done. The wings were amazing. They came out hot full of flavor and well done like we asked. They brought us both ranch and blue cheese, which was perfect cause my friend likes blue cheese and I like ranch. The burgers were delicious also with fried onions, mushrooms, a secret sauce, and American cheese. Even though the waitress was overwhelmed and very busy when a big party came in for a birthday in the back room, she still checked up on us. And we enjoyed our meal. We did have to wait a little bit for our food, but that's because they cook everything as you order it and I didn't mind that at all because the food came out hot and delicious. Will definitely come back and we'll definitely recommend. Oh, and next time, I will take pictures of the food

They have some of my favorite items like frozen jasmine rice in individual packets. You can get them in white or brown. They're both delicious. I also love the frozen vegetables. They have the best selection of frozen vegetables. Especially frozen spinach. Most grocery stores only give you the champ. Spinach, Wegmans will give you the whole leaf frozen spinach. I love that. More people need to speak up and leave recent reviews on this place because the presentation when you walk in is terrible like they block themselves in with tables, you can't see them coming your food at all, they block it, the fish tank is dirty like the water have been changed in years those poor fishies, and it's just never clean looking. They don't make up for it with quality food either. The food we ordered 4 wings and shrimp fried rice just to be safe. My bf gets other stuff sometimes but I don't trust them enough. So I give them a chance to get it right every once in a while and they get no better. My last order yesterday was the last for me. So I request my wings FRESH & They can't even get that right. The chicken is consistently recooked (look at real chicken when you get it especially at night double dipped in the fryer and it's yellow) despite us asking for fresh chicken this time. We usually ask for chicken cooked soft but no matter what terminology we use to try to get them to give us fresh chicken, it is cooked the same. It seems that, it kills them to make fresh chicken wings on demand for paying customers. I just can't understand it. I want exactly what I Ask for what I pay for!!!! Why is that so hard for you to understand? Do yall make the chicken at opening of the store and won't make anymore throughout the day or something? What's really going on? Either way idc I ask for fresh give me fresh food!. If they can't take pride in their chicken and rice as a place of business called Rice Kitchen, I'm afraid to try anything else. A big reason is because the appearance is not good. It's so dirty when you walk in. It seriously makes me consider if the Health inspectors are really doing their jobs. I'm seriously considering calling them they need a pop up. I hate that their isn't too many good places to choose from around here in this area but even if you are desperate this place isn't it. If you've eaten here let them know how it truly we'v went for other potential customer, leave your review maybe they will change when they realize they have to give us quality clean food or they can't have our money. Your customers deserve fresh chicken fresh food At our request and without our request. Tell me, how could you be so careless with the people food? we trust you with food we have to ingest into our bodies and pay you our good money. These places act like your asking for free food when you request your food be made fresh. The energy be like they hate you for asking SMH. I hope yall read this at Rice Kitchen I haven't seen you resolve respond to any Google reviews because your lack of concern for what your customers request, the cleanliness of the areas we can see. I can only imagine how filthy the back is where you make our food, and your lack of integrity running your business, you do not deserve our hard earned money and everyone who hears this don't spend your money here. We might n need to make an example out of them. They need to understand it's a million other places that we can choose from. How do you stand out???? If you don't have quality, clean food we don't want it! This isn't too much to ask!

I thought I ordered chicken tikka masala, but turns out I got the mango chicken instead. I was a bit hesitant about trying it, and to my surprise it was good. The Mango chicken will definitely replace my chicken tikka masala in the future. It's a bit sweet, not over the top, with a little spice. We went for the buffet, as well and wow it was delish! It was our first time hitting up an Indian buffet, and we enjoyed the variety. Everything was hot and fresh, we sampled a bit of everything. The veggie samosas and pakoras were yummm. The masala tea was warm and comforting, while the strawberry lemonade was super refreshing--not too sweet at all. The staff was super attentive and friendly, with a special shoutout to Mr. Beam (or Bean) for being extra accommodating. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the music added to the vibe. So yeah, definitely a 5/5 from me! They even had dessert on the buffet, the kheer, which isn't my favorite since it's not the traditional kheer I'm accustomed to, it tasted like American rice pudding. They had another dessert and that was ok. Oh, and the restrooms were clean, which is always a plus.

However, I had to repeatedly flag her down to place our order and again later to request boxes after our food arrived. During this interaction, her tone also came across as somewhat dismissive and unprofessional when I explained that we were on a time constraint due to a meeting. After paying the bill, I was interrupted as I was leaving and asked whether I had accidentally given her the wrong receipt copy. Once it was confirmed that the receipt was correct, she directly questioned why she had not received a tip and whether she had done something wrong. While I understand that tipping is an important part of the restaurant industry, I personally base tips on the overall quality, attentiveness, and professionalism of the service experience. In this case, I did not feel the service went beyond basic expectations. What made the situation especially unacceptable was then being called "rude" as I was leaving the establishment. Regardless of differing opinions on tipping, I believe those conversations should be handled professionally and privately. The interaction left me disappointed and will make me reconsider returning in the future.
