I tried the new Tropical Butterfly drink from Starbucks and it's so refreshing and delicious definitely making my day brighter! It's light , flavorful, and low in caffeine, which i really enjoy. You can taste all the different tropical ingredients blended together perfectly I personally prefer with coconut milk, but the nice thing is you can customize it however you like. I always order from the drive thru and request the cookie, brownie or egg bites. Service is ok but it does see to always take a longer than usual time to get my order. Maybe short staffed? I have never been inside of this location but from the outside it looks clean with ample parking. Slightly in a weird location. read more

I picked up my drink and it was not in a reusable cup however I could visibly see that the cups were still in stock and available. This is one of the best Starbucks location that I've been to in quite some time. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The store's decor included artwork that represented the local area. This Starbucks is a comfortable space to work remotely, meet a friend or to read a book. I ordered the White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino. It's one of my favorite selections. I definitely recommend visiting this Starbucks location whenever you are in Pikesville. read more

A cute Starbucks! I'm not a coffee person but the ambiance was nice. I absolutely LOVE the amount of natural light that comes in through the large windows they have. It's in a convenient location, close to rite aid & sudsville, with a drive through and its own parking lot. So while you're washing clothes or running errands you can stop in. They have a ton of comfortable seating, cute lounge chairs & friendly staff. They do have a code for the bathrooms, but they have it to us without us buying anything. They gave my friend a free pup cup with caramel drizzle too. Very clean, altho the bathrooms could use some extra attention. Overall, def a vibe, I would come again and I recommend! read more

This Starbucks is next to perfect. The customer service here is always on point, always accurate, always friendly and always kind. The seating areas are very comfortable and the bathrooms always clean. The only only only issue I have with this place is the parking lot. Sometimes the parking lot is so crowded that I have to leave and frequent the Starbucks a mile up the street. They share parking lot with Trader Joe's, Francesca's, White House Black Market, Pier 1 Imports as well as some other stores. My favorite Barista/ Baristo is Kevin Dixon. He normally works the morning shift and is usually bright-eyed bushy-tailed and full of excitement... enough to get me excited prior to receiving my coffee! Lol read more

There is usually a line to the door here. I was able to wait in line behind just three people today. This gave me time to check out the customer service the young lady at the register provided. She was irritated by the slower moving older ladies - impatient even. I was planning in my head how to address her when another server came to help with the line. By the time I paid for my order, the first server seemed in a better mood. This Starbucks is narrow and the seating arrangements leave a path to the back to the bar. Absolute lack of confidence as they take orders, look for ingredients, make drinks, and call out drinks. This is just a lack of training and management/coaching of new employees. My children and I go to this location often. All the Baristas are great, attentive and make sure your drinks are what you want. Often busy but they know how to move the line. Crowded at times and sometimes seating is not available but great location nevertheless. During the week is not as busy as the weekends. Early bird always gets the worm! read more

This Starbucks had the longest line it almost reached the door but the line was moving. The cashier apologized for the wait and was pleasant. We waited for our coffee and I wished they had a better system to pick up you're beverage. The counter is so small and it had a lot of items on it. Just looked cluttered this Starbucks needs more counter space so customers can see their coffee when you call their name. read more

Overall, I just was not impressed by this Starbucks location. After fighting for a parking spot in the crowded shopping center, you order your drink and join the rest of the customers waiting for theirs at the back of the store. While it wasn't crowded when I was there (it's was early afternoon, so I guess we beat the morning and lunch crowds), I can only imagine the mass of people waiting for their stuff in the little area next to the bathrooms. I've seen other locations start the ordering part of the line at the back so that customers can work their way to the front of the store, and this seems to work better in my opinion. The customer service and drink quality were what I expect of a Starbucks, so I can't really say anything here was better or worse than what I've seen elsewhere. read more

Customer service is the worse! From the moment they opened a couple years ago until now, I guess training isn't offered to team members. They barely like saying hello. On one occasion I had an employee take my phone out my hand to attempt to look at my Starbucks app because they gave me the wrong order and she said "let me see your order". I snatched it back because for one I didn't give her permission to take my phone and secondly I'm verbally telling you what I just ordered. If you need to see for reference I can pull that up and show but don't touch my property. On another occasion I ordered tea, get blocks up the street before I took a sip and taste all these leaves, both tea bags were broke and everything was floating around in my tea. Another instance my drink was spilled and I could tell because they handed me the cup all sticky and I asked could they give me another cup or something to wipe it with (I was in drive through) and the person had a attitude and gave me one napkin and closed the window. I get that this location may be very busy but you can at least say "hello," not "what do you want" when a customer comes up to the counter. I'm one of those annoying customers that orders a drink that makes almost no sense... double shot espresso with a splash of soy. I realize it's probably annoying for the barista but it's what I like.. So a couple weeks ago she poured the espresso over ice, held up the cup and asked how much soy...i said "just a splash, and i don't want it iced.." This Starbucks is consistently slow. Busy but slow. Plan on waiting for your drink for over 10 minutes. If you plan on hanging out and working, then fine, but don't plan to get your drink right away.
