I've been coming to this location on and off over 5 years, for the most part the service and food have been consistent. Donuts are fresh, beverages are prepared as requested, and the food does not have a burnt or dirty oven taste like most Dunkin's I've visited. Have been coming to this location often for some shots and fresh shots are important. The workers let the shots sit and get old and stale so they can make drinks faster, when you drink straight shots without milk and sweetener you can taste it. This happened a couple times which we had to return the drinks. Then it happened again and then we stopped going. The workers were rude and very unprofessional . Its lazy and uncouth for a business to be like this. Very horrible costumer service and poor quality drinks. Bathrooms are very dirty and the floor is always full of trash and tables are dirty. The drive through was slow...really slow...no, REALLY S-L-O-W. When my turn came, the person on the intercom was yelling at the other workers (over the open mic). After 15-20 seconds, they addressed me. I explained that I had an on the go (mobile) order. He proceeded to yell at his co-workers again and the told me to come to the window. As the car ahead of me pulled off, I came to the window. After a minute or two, the window opened and the worker looked at me and pointed (no words). We looked at each other, puzzled. He finally asked "On the go?" I said yes and gave him my name. My order was horribly wrong!! When I told him what it should be, he attempted to fix it (blueberry AND coconut). He added blueberry to my black coffee. When asked if he added both flavors, looked me in my face and lied (saying yes) and have a nice day. I explained that he didn't and that I watched him. He said oh have a nice day. I looked and then added the second flavor and said have a nice day. When I asked if he added sweetener, he said yes, have a nice day. During the COVID-19 employees (everyone in public spaces really) must wear a face mask, glove as well; unless they are contactless with guest. THE STORY: The gentleman in the drive thru kept looking back at me smiling so I decided to look over and smile back as well. I noticed he was wearing his face mask improperly but I couldn't see his hands. He handed me the bag of 2 donuts and closed the window, when I noticed he wasn't wearing gloves. I was still waiting for my breakfast sandwich; when I noticed he pulled down his mask and started CHRONICALLY COUGHING on EVERYTHING. He looked at me smiled then, went to the sink to "wash" his hands; I noticed the soap dispenser on the wall that he didn't use (it is protocol to wash your hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds or more). When his co worker gave the food to him, to hand to me; I immediately told him to take the donuts because I want a refund. The absolute worst service you can get from a Dunkin' Donuts, especially with the Asian girl that is working the window. Ordered two coffees, both with granulated sugar instead of the liquid sugar. LOVE THIS LOCATION!!! I have been coming here for years and I have never been disappointed with the service or the food. The staff is amazing and no matter how long I stay away (due to travel or work), they Always remember me and know my coffee order by heart. As many people that come in and out it's truly impressive they can remember your order like that They have moved to the building next door with the drive thru and even though the line is long during peak times, it moves very fast and my order is always right. Been going to this location as it is close to my home. I usually get good service there. I just have to make sure they toast my bagels enough. They always know my usual order. On another note there is a girl that makes the sandwiches in the back and don't mind waiting a couple of minutes as she is really easy on the eyes. So those that know me, know I am NOT a morning person! It's 5:45 AM and there are only two staff members working and it is a pretty busy morning. My boyfriend wanted to stop here to get some coffee before I dropped him off at the airport. I will say that with only 2 staff members they were handling things pretty well. Slowly but pretty well. The coffee and hot chocolate was hot and the breakfast sandwiches were made beautifully and not thrown together. Very tasty. He tried the chicken biscuit sandwich and I got a wake up wrap with ham and egg. I will say that the chicken sandwich is not a good as chick-fil-a but it's not from there so it makes sense. Lol! We were in and out in about 5-10 mins and on the road. There is plenty of parking and this location is 24 hours. They have free wi-fi and if you frequent DD the wi-fi connection is the same and will automatically link up. This location was neat and clean. The guy working the counter was a bit rude and seemed irritated I was using coupons but oh well I'm bringing them business. Nice staff. They get it right most times. Relatively clean but make sure to repeat your order so everyone is understood and they don't f up your order. Pretty speedy service too, unless it's one employee and 8 people in line ordering everything they can think of. That's obvious, you'll have to be patient to get your donut, coffee, and breakfast sandwich fix. People are always here even at the latest time of the night or earliest time of the morning, don't ever expect an empty Dunkin Donuts. I love the hash browns and ask for them well done to ensure an extra crunch because they tend to be soft, soggy and greasy. The flavor is still good though! Though it isn't a negative thing, but if you are a regular customer and tend to order the same thing everytime...the staff will basically say your order for you before you even get to speak. It isn't bad, but for myself it was annoying one time because I actually wanted to try something different, so, I had to cut off the semi-friendly employee by saying, "no, I don't want that I want...". What a circus. This is the worst most disorganized restaurant/food chain I have ever been to, but they still managed to get my order right and within a timely manor - so it's ok, I just won't go back. Strike 1 - Girl sweeping doesn't say hi or acknowledge me when i enter Strike 2 - The Girl at the register asks me for my order BEFORE she is even done with the current customer (WTF?!?!?!? never seen this before) Strike 3 - Before I get back my change, some old lady cuts in line and starts screaming her order and the cashier listens to her! Strike 4 - Manager on duty comes out to cash out the drawer, line of 5 people, the cashier is backed up and fixing food now - Manager does NOTHING! Strike 5 - Customer Starts telling the manager her order, the manager then SHOUTS - "IM NOT THE CASHIER, WAIT FOR HER" Strike 6 - Some guy who was mopping was I guess taking a break and watching all of this - he then starts to SCREAM out the lady's order, like she's a regular, but in a kind of make-fun-of way - so odd... But this is what really pissed me off - the cashier fills my coffee cup TO THE BRIM, spilling it as she gives it to me. I have had issues ordering here before. Typically those issues were either that I had to repeat a piece of information to the cashier several times, or that some part of my order was wrong. I'm not a fan of confrontation, so if it was just a matter of a missing flavor shot or something, I just dealt with it. Today, I ordered an iced coffee with hazelnut flavor and almond milk. The cashier even repeated the order to me, including the almond milk. When the guy who made my coffee handed it to me, he also repeated my order, including the almond milk. The coffee was lighter than expected, so I just figured that maybe they were a bit heavy-handed with the almond milk. I was headed to work anyway, so I elected to just trust that this was the case rather than double check. Unfortunately, partially through the drink, I realized they must have used dairy. I guess I didn't notice by taste because of the hazelnut flavor, but I sure as hell noticed when I got the splitting headache I get when I accidentally eat dairy. I am now even more sure that I was given dairy in my coffee because hours later, my face has broken out and I still have a horrible headache. Its one thing when its an honest mistake, like if a barista were to mishear me. But when both the cashier, and the employee who literally made my coffee and handed it to me both looked me dead in the eyes and repeated my order as an iced hazelnut coffee WITH ALMOND MILK, I expect my drink to be made with the almond milk I requested and paid for, rather than a substance that causes me physical pain. There weren't even any other customers at the store at the time, so I know I didn't get someone elses order. This was clearly not a mistake, but pure and simple deceit and disrespect. Now, the one on 11814 Reisterstown Rd Reisterstown MD is awesome. They're super fast and ALWAYS make my order correctly. The staff there is much more friendly as well. The only reason I didn't stop at that one is because a HUGE group just walked in right before me and I needed to get to work. TL/DR: Wanted coffee without pain. Ordered allergen-free coffee. Got lied to. Twice. Got a big 'ol cup of allergies. Now my face and head hurt. read more

I am big into Dunkin for my iced coffees in the morning. I started a new job and this Dunkin is a few blocks away, so I switched to this one. Not a good choice. I've gone there for about a month now(btw I grab a coffee there 6 days a week) and its just bad. I don't know what they're doing that makes the coffee so terrible. I get a mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar and half of the time, they put in way too much mocha, like it tastes like I am drinking chocolate syrup. The other half of the time it tastes like the coffee is burnt. Also, the food here is not good by any means. I know there food isn't top notch, but I found the turkey cheddar bacon flatbread to be very good at other Dunkins, at this one, it tastes like they made it and its been sitting there for two days. I've given them so long just to make sure I wasn't over reacting. I will have to go back to going to the Dunkin by my house. Very disappointed. I only gave two stars because the staff is very nice and friendly and it is quick service. read more

This is honestly one of the worst dunkin donuts that I have ever been to, out of about 8-10 times that I have been there they have only gotten my drink right twice. I literally gave up ordering anything that is iced because one time I ordered a dark roast caramel swirl iced coffee with cream and sugar and there was wayyyy too much granulated sugar at the bottom and wayyyy to much cream my iced coffee was almost white, when I tasted it it was so gross. When the Lady saw my face she told me, next time don't order it with sugar, so then I asked them to make me another one , without sugar( that I offered to pay for ) and it was still gross. Then another day I tried a regular caramel swirl iced coffee and with cream only and again it had way too much cream. So then I went to my safe haven, the medium hot caramel swirl with cream only , I'm thinking that no one could mess this up, but they did it was too sweet.
