I wouldn't advise going there unless you enjoy parchment paper in your sandwich. Not exactly sure how hard it is to remove it before assembling but I must've missed the memo. Doesn't ruin the flavor but it sure ruins the experience. Service was also meh, yet I wouldn't be that thrilled to work at a coffee shop either. Also, there is a cup of half eaten McDonald's fries near the drive thru that some previous customer left if any of you are hungry. What a joke. read more

Dunkin' - Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich - Donuts Near Me - Raytown, Missouri

every single time I order a donut it is barely even glazed and melted! Raytown Dunkin is horrible! The Dunkin in Gladstone is so good! the glaze on the donut is always been dry frosted. raytown donuts are absolutely just horrible, they don't taste horrible but they don't put any time or effort into food presentation. workers are also rude and I've only met one nice lady that works there. read more

*Drive-Thru Review Only* I stopped here because its close to my babies school & I wanted some coffee before I picked her up! I got French Vanilla Iced Coffee & a Wake Up Wrap! It was sooo delicious. The lady over the speaker was so patient with me because I could no decide on what I wanted. But I'm glad I got the wrap, it was hot, the bread was soft & flaky.. I loved it. Yelp gave me a free donut for visiting & so I got a chocolate covered sprinkled one for my daughter, she will be excited to have this treat after school! I will be there more as they are really close, so I hope to keep having positive experiences! read more

The drive thru AND the lobby are very slow. It's inconsistent service...I try time and again to give them a chance but more often than not I am disappointed, stressed, or upset with the speed and quality of service. Staff are nice though read more

Ive been to lots of Dunkins and this BY FAR IS THE BEST! Always friendly, fast and the drinks are delicious. I wanted to shout out the lovely girl working window 8*22 w the blonde hair and peircing. If you're looking for a morning pick me up, don't bother coming here. You'll wait in the drive through for what feels like forever, then when you get to the window they act like they didn't even know you were waiting there. Not only that, but I consistently have to wait to get every piece of my order, even if I'm the only person in the drive through. To top it off, your coffee will be different every time-- cold, watery, burnt, or under filled, you never know what your pick will be that day! I'm done giving this place a chance to redeem itself. It's time they properly train these workers.. read more

The last 2 times I have been here have been a mess. Last week I went inside because the line was long and the person inside had no organization with the noble orders and had to look into 10 different bags before they just made me a fresh one. I'm assuming they couldn't find the order because there were no tickets on any bags. Today I again made another mobile order and it took awhile to get someone on the drive thru which was weird because there was only one customer inside and no one in the drive thru. I final get my drink and get to work only to realize they have me someone else food order. Putting the ticket on the bags after each order is made would fix this. read more

Don't waste your time and money here. Everything takes for ever and cleanliness isn't at the top of their list either.

This is the second time I have come thru recently and had to turn right back around. The bacon was left off my sandwich again. Also I said something last I got a dozen assorted donuts with zero assortment. Today there was 5 munchkins different and the other 20 were all powdered sugar. That's not what I would consider an assortment but I don't like to come thru and have to say every single donut. Also ordered today has browns which was a waste there is 4 in the bag. To top it off I had to sit back in the very long wait of two cars in front of me just to get the dang bacon for my sandwich! Please guys I know its busy but do better read more

Dunkin' - Maybe that's the new amount but I have never received only 4 small has browns before - Donuts Near Me - Raytown, Missouri

We decided to try the new Dunkin Donuts in Raytown this morning. I like Dunkin Donuts. If you're ever up east, there's one on every corner in NYC. Now we have one in Raytown. This is a free standing Dunkin Donuts. I forgot what it used to be. It was highly busy when we stopped, but the line move fast. It's viewable from 3650 highway and from the Sutherland's where it sits to itself. The line in the front went quick. I noticved their donuts aren't in the front in a glass display case, but they are behind the counter on a raised display. At first I didn't see them. It might make it hard to see what they have, but the display was well lit. I ordered a pumpkin muffin and caramel coolata. The counter server at first thought I meant pumpkin donut, which I'm sure is just as good. I got my pumpkin muffin (with struesal topping, yummy), and waited for my caramel coolata. The coolata is a sweet frozen coffee beverage that I always enjoy. Once it was served, I chose not to eat in the dining area, but to bring it home. It;s a nice dining area, clean. They sell the Dunkin Donuts k-cups. That's good to know, since we have a Keurig. I found service hurried, but cheerful. I like this Dunkin Donuts. read more

Days like these i wish there were negative stars to give. Not sure if the owner or Dvp just doesn't give a shit about this specific location?????? or if they thrive on being shit at customer service. America DEFINITELY doesn't run off this shit coffee..... better yet i'd rather use my last $10 to wipe my ass. I would rather lick the empty grinds in a quicktrip coffee pot than whatever they are trying to sell as "coffee". Not sure what being lactose and ordering an oat milk latte has to do with 5 creams and french vanilla AND hazelnut, but these people are sick. thank you so much for absolutely nothing. Also don't fucking order the avocado toast, because it is not avocado on the toast but green mush for the love of god if i save one person's morning please do not, i repeat please do not go here ever. Im not disappointed just pissed. read more

These last 2 times I've gone to this location at early hours they answer quickly. But the coffee tastes off. Not just wrong but off. I went to work both mornings and threw up the coffee I drank. I'm not sure if they aren't cleaning it properly or what's going on. But something is wrong. I go to other locations and it tastes fine. read more

I would love to give a 5-star review but this location struggles with keeping items stocked. Just don't show up with your heart set on something because it's likely they won't have it. The only reason I frequent this Dunkin' is because of location. There are not too many Dunkin' locations in this city; I'm hoping that will change. I've lived multiple other places and they are much closer in proximity and many more to visit, not in KC. So, that limits your options to just switch locations unless you're ready to take a drive. I've learned now, go with a Plan B or be ready to drive away without your desired item. I've had to do it waaaay too many times to count! read more

I go to this place every morning because it's by my home. They were never great, always a little slow, but at least they never messed up my coffee. However, since the renovations, half the time when I order a latte they don't put coffee in it it will just be hot milk with whipped cream. They mess up my order constantly. Time to find a new coffee spot I guess. read more

I am consistently disappointed with this Dunkin, yet I keep giving it more chances. I wish they would just get their shit together. If they aren't out of something you want, then there is something wrong or missing in your order. No one answers the phone when you try to contact them to resolve something quickly. Signature lattes are often without "signature" (whip/toppings/etc) with flat lids; the mini bagel bites have little to no cream cheese, and if they do it looks curdled like it was cooked too long/hot. There was one time their espresso machine was down & so I ordered an iced Chai and they said they couldn't put the syrup in with milk & stir bc the machine was down...I didn't ask for it with espresso? LOL. I'm not sure if it's laziness, incompetence, or both...but I'm often left with the feeling that I'd do a better job making my own food here than whoever is doing it at this location. There needs to be a serious step up in training and customer service. Whenever we ask for what we pay for to be redone correctly, there is always attitude and no apology. Someone needs to intervene at this location... read more

Dunkin' - "Signature" Pumpkin Spice Latte, iced/decaf - Donuts Near Me - Raytown, Missouri

Ordered through doordash and when i got my food i was PISSED. Raw bacon and burnt bagel. Again RAW bacon BURNT bagel. How? My donut was not the right flavor and was not good. Im pregnant and raw food is certainly dangerous to anyone including an unborn child. Cross contamination like crazy. Absolutely crazy. Doordash was able to refund me half but extremely horrified that people would serve cross containmated food willingly and knowingly. Really disturbing read more

It took about five minutes for someone to answer AFTER pulling up to the intercom. Then we had to wait about 10 minutes to get our latte. 10 minutes. For a latte. There was no line in-store, and maybe 1-2 people behind us. It was supposed to be a medium latte - she (our red haired barista - didn't catch a name) originally gave us a small. Then instead of remaking it, she poured it into a medium cup and topped it off with regular coffee, which didn't taste very good. She was laughing and talking with other coworkers, generally not paying attention to what she was doing, which is probably why we got the wrong order. She definitely didn't care about the customers whatsover. Total time: 15 minutes. December 15, 2018 read more

You can tell this location and employees are newer. Everyone is trying to get into a groove, but they were very friendly and helpful. I think the memory of going to this location will always be burned in my memory. The barista was a nervously flirting and spilled my drink, lol! I'm posting the photo now. read more

Great location right off of 350 and Blue Ridge. I wanted something fast but not so fast food plus a good coffee. The manager was very nice and I got my food quick. I've been here before but always in the drive through. Inside went just as fast. read more

Poor management/ownership. Apparently they are only able to take cash in the drive-thru currently. That's fine, stuff happens. But they don't have that noted anywhere until the speaker? You will wait in line for 10 minutes only to discover that you can't order if you don't have cash, then you are trapped in the drive-thru! This is terrible customer service. If you have a card reader that's working, you should be taking cards at the drive-thru and accommodating customers. -a former restaurant manager read more

To be honest when getting donuts I'd usually go for Lamar's. However I was getting donuts for co workers and our shift started at 6 am before Lamar's opened. Luckily Dunkin is open 24/7 and after this visit I will definitely go back. I went through the drive through and the gentleman working it was very friendly. By the time I pulled around to the window my donuts were already boxed up and ready to go. They were also delicious and a big hit with my co workers. read more

Worker preparing my sandwich had his mask over his chin. I asked him to remake it with his mask on. He refused and stormed our of the service area. Need the store owner to contact me please. Had a very unprofessional experience today. Went to a Chiefs football game this last weekend and after it was over, I stopped here to grab some coffee for the long drive home! I waited at the speaker for 5 or so minutes with no answer (I even spoke into it to make sure someone knew I was there), then eventually just drove to the window because no one was in the drive thru in front of me, sat there for a while too and NO ONE came. It was open (this was at like 8pm), plus there was a car parked outside so an employee must have been in there working, but wasn't even paying attention to anyone coming through the drive thru. read more

I downloaded the Dunkin' Donuts app because Im a coffee drinker and its close to my house but its clear that they are a donut shop first and a coffee place second which is fine. I am not a fan of the coffee but since I downloaded the app and had to load money on the card to use the On-The-Go ordering option...I kept going until I spent the entire amount. By the way there is a lapse between placing the order and picking it up because the orders are never ready and every time I go in they look like deers in headlights. I wont be back. Well maybe for a donut. read more

W was there 10/19/18 and was very impressed with the young lady working there. She went out of her way to help a young man who's truck stalled in the drive thru, going so far as to grab her own jumper box from her trunk to see if that would help. Afterward she returned inside, washed up and was right there to take our order and recommend items. She was helpful, happy, and knew her stuff. I wish I'd caught her name because that lady deserves kudos. Above and beyond and understanding too. Lots of ya good learn a lesson from her attitude and outlook on life and work. Thanks for sharing your optimism and ethics with us. read more

This place is supposed to be a 24 he doughnut shop! But yet when you go there they are always out of doughnuts? The food is terrible. The only thing that is good is the coffee. Rude getto people at the drive up window. SHUT THIS HOLE DOWN!! Or get someone in there who cares. read more

Always gets my orders wrong. I do wish the owners good luck, it's hard to find go help here.

Bad customer service rude employees complaining for everything when he got the order wrong.

Never had a bad experience or long wait at this Dunkin. Service is exceptional and food and/or coffee is always hot, fresh and wonderful.

I stopped in for some iced green tea and to get some work done today and was disappointed. The men's bathroom was dirty. It took a few minutes for an employee to recognize that I was in the building and trying to order. There were no other customers. The employees all seemed to be in the back somewhere. When I ordered the iced green tea I wanted, they were out of it, so the lady offered the iced black tea instead. I'm not the biggest black tea fan but this was terrible tea. I didn't even want to stay in the building to work, so I went to Starbucks instead. read more

Every time I go to the Raytown 350 hwy location they do not make the order right. Once again wrong. Tonight around 10:45 the guy that took my order did not even give me cream cheese with my bagel. Absolutely no napkins and I'm tired of receiving my orders incorrect. read more

Great coffee! Being from the east coast, it's great that Dunkin' has moved into the area!

My first time coming here. Didn't know the drive through is open 24 hours. There are no customers here. I received my order fast. The girl at the register seem like I irritated her. I placed a drink order but said it wrong because the writing was small and I couldn't see it very well. She corrected me with an attitude and made a noise like when someone gets on your nerves and take a deep breath then let it out like ugh. I said sorry I read that wrong I cant see that well. I pulled up to the window made the transaction, said thank you when I got my card back, she didn't say anything. Just closed the window and walked off. I didn't get a Receipt or anything. I don't know about these young people working these jobs. They are rude and full of attitude but I still try to be nice even when people are rude to me. Maybe she's going through something and her attitude didn't have anything to do with me. Not sure I will be back... read more

I've lived in Raytown since July and have been able to successfully go to this Dunkin location on a few different occasions and it really has remained very low service. I typically have stopped through there on Sunday mornings before church (never had a decent iced coffee ever made to standard) and things never seem to look up. Coming from the Northland location there's a big difference at this Raytown location. Hope it gets better and with some positive leadership. read more
