There's a Baskin Robbins in the same store as Dunkin Donuts in PV. Never, in going to a BR in over 50 years have they ever not had Chocolate Chip ice cream. Man. I was so excited they opened a Dunkin in my city, and now I've been disappointed one too many times. We waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes before getting up the pay window. My iced caramel latte was not only missing the caramel, it tasted like soap - this is the 3rd iced latte I've gotten at this location that tasted this way. Laura's latte (we carpool to work) was also missing the caramel and they used the wrong milk (which is a HUGE deal when someone is lactose intolerant.) They tried to charge me double what the amount was supposed to be. Then the manager wouldn't come over to fix the problem and we sat in the drive-thru 10 more minutes before she refunded my giftcard/app and then they didnt even have our food ready. I'm done. Disappointed in the countless times I've come in here and they don't have several common/popular flavors. Who runs out of mint chip ice cream, chocolate, etc.? When I came in here last week, I was told a shipment of ice cream was coming in Friday or Saturday. Here it is the following Thursday and I'm being told the same thing again. I called the Prescott location and they have mint and chocolate ice cream no problem so there isn't any kind of shortage. Those weren't the only flavors PV was out of either, they didn't have many other common flavors, like world class chocolate. They went down the list of random flavors and hesitated when we asked if they could make a sundae, and realized they didn't have hot fudge either. They have also run out of cones in the past, it all seems to be a common issue boiling down to one thing; poor management. I feel bad the employees have to go through this on a daily basis, it's not their fault. PV Baskin/Dunkin, you need to get it together. In the meantime, I'll happily drive to the Prescott location from now on. read more

No problem with their donuts - I'm a big fan. The employees are hit or miss. Some times there are a few standing around when I'm the only person in line to place a donut order. I finally go over to the galley area and ask if someone can help. Eventually someone comes. They aren't customer friendly - they act like I should go someplace else and leave them alone. I've been a customer of B & R for many years and was happy to hear that we were getting one in our area. The employees are nice but the manager is awful. The size of scoops are always different so training is an issue and if you say anything you'll get an attitude from the manager. She literally scoops up about half of the normal size then charges for every half size scoop as a full. She refused to give her name and refused service because we dared to speak up. Sometimes I can write this off as just a bad day but her attitude has always been negative so I guess they've lost a customer. It's too expensive to be charged twice for less ice cream. read more

I love Dunkin and this brand new one is no exception. I'm not quite sure what people expect, it's not a Michelin Star winner, it's a place for coffee and donuts. It's the first and only one in the Prescott area, it's going to be busy. Go elsewhere if you're going to complain about everything. Life's too short people. read more

I've learned to specifically ask what this location has first before I order, since they are consistently out of food items. Today I asked what kind of munchkins they had, and was told they were all out. I then asked what regular sized donuts they had, and ordered a half dozen after I was read what were available...simply, three chocolate frosted and three double chocolate. I got six donuts without actual holes in the middle, two vanilla frosted, two chocolate frosted, and two strawberry frosted, all with sprinkles. I just don't understand how that is what I ended up with, especially after asking what they had and ordering three each of two different kinds. I can't imagine what would have happened if I ordered six that were all different. It's a complete waste of money to go here and trust they get an order right. The staff today seemed competent and polite, which actually made me even more frustrated, because I usually blame the constant mistakes on the fact that most of the employees are rude teenagers acting like sloppy idiots. There apparently needs to be further training on all levels, even to those with proper etiquette (ironically I have thought before that the employees were stoned, which I can now confirm as correct after seeing another review posted on the subject). I don't think I'll bother to visit again, it's clear through all the poor reviews that these issues are not being, and will not be, addressed. read more

First of all, we are happy to have a new doughnut shop in town. They have recently opened, and understand they will be working out the kinks. Suggestion, when a customer walks in the door, usually the first impression will be the general cleanliness of the facility. Need to learn how to make coffee literally threw away a full coffee their frozen coffee tastes like a bag of sugar.

I have been in twice in the last week between 11 am and 1 pm. Both times out of Boston Cream Donuts and once out of Boston Cream and Chocolate Long Johns. With the limited choices of donuts offered how can a Dunkin Donut shop ever be out of any choice. It appears they are primary a Latte Coffee Shop. Each store visit has had more employees than customers. Poor Poor retail Donut Store. Walmart has better selection and inventory. read more

I was so excited that they brought Dunkin donuts to our town. I had gone to Dunkin here quite a few times and anytime I went I ordered the same thing and went through the drive-thru. My coffee tasted great and the service wasn't horrible. It did take a little bit to get my coffee which is understandable because it just opened. Everyone was going there. A few weeks later I decided to bring my family here to get coffees. We went inside to order. It wasn't packed which was surprising. We had ordered some basic coffees, no special requests and they were made incorrect. We politley asked them if they could remake the one's that were wrong, and received a huge attitude. They remade the coffees and they were incorrect again!! We just settled with the coffees which were not cheap. I noticed that there were a couple people making the coffees and they seemed to be struggling a little bit while the rest of the employees were standing around conversing. I'm hoping to see this change because I really enjoy the coffee when it is made correctly. read more

i would give 0 stars if i could. i get a simple almond milk latte with one pump of vanilla AND EVERY FUCKING TIME THEY GIVE ME 4 PUMPS and no extra shot even if i ask for two. then when i tell them nicely to fix it they tell me to pay for a new one and it's still wrong. only thing good is the nice hospitality but damn how hard is it to get a drink right. read more

The lady serving ice cream was too incompetent to serve ice cream. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. She was very rude. I asked for three medium bowls of ice cream And asked to fill them up. She asked how many scoops, I said I didn't care, just to fill them up. She then started arguing with me telling me that she couldn't sell per cup, and that the transaction was based on scoops. Then demanded that I choose between a child scoop and an adult scoop. I told her that I didn't care how much it cost and I don't know how many scoops it took to fill up a medium bowl, but to fill them up, and I would pay for whatever I had to. So instead, she gave each one of my kids a single scoop. We went back and forth until I succumbed to the fact that she's an idiot, and I'll never return to this store. Then at checkout, I asked for spoons, and she offered me spoons in the sample cup that was covered in old ice cream. I asked her if she was serious. Then she said, "well, do want me to open a fresh box for you"? Yes! I want clean spoons! Is it such a horrible request? It's too bad, because I like the idea of bringing my kids to an ice cream shop and letting them choose between all of the flavors. read more
