I have been here 3 times since they opened, the latest visit today at app. 1 PM. All visits have been disappointments. Today I got a pumpkin latte to go, and a donut. There were a small choice of donuts, they were pretty low on them. I left, and driving down the road, took a sip of the pumpkin latte. It was lukewarm, and tasted like puke. It went out the window. I grew up back east, where there was a Dunkin on most corners. I love Dunkins , and looked forward to them coming to Prescott Valley. However, this store is poorly managed, with horrible employees. Three stars just because I had a long wait (Over 10min) on both of my visits and this location just opened so i don't bother with the drive thru. I use the app to order ahead in the pick up like vs the long line to make a walk in order. My first time at this location, I made a pick up order and had an extended wait time for my coffee. Yes, I understand I ordered a specialty drink, and yes it was very packed with customers and long lines. But I'm pretty sure they gave away my drink to another customer cause that wait time was insane. Then when I got the attention of the busy staff, they were very nice & accommodating. My order was wrong too. But it was still good lol. I believe once the new store and staff get better organized or hire more help to assist in their morning rush, then the lines will move a lot faster. I think a manager or supervisor needs to visit for better organization to keep the line moving a little faster. Because both of my walk in visits I notice the older employees are very busy on the food and drive thru line while the much younger staff is working the cash register and coffee/drink line. Somebody needs to step in to watch over the flow of things instead of being buried in service & food prep. My next review should be five stars just because their drinks are better than Dutch Bro's & Starbucks & faster than Dutch bros. read more

The last time I came through the drive through they didn't even give me all my food. Today I decided to stop quickly in with my boyfriend and we were the only ones in line. When we got to the window they gave us our coffee and donut quickly. However we then proceeded to wait for 10 min while cars piled up behind us. We could see food being lined up for the other cars but none of ours. When we finally got our food we pulled away when I realized that it wasn't even cooked the bagel bites were frozen and the Roll-ups just thrown together uncooked. They were out of most things as well. Honestly I feel that this is a management issue where they aren't properly training their employees. So I'm visiting from out of state and I take my grandkids there, we walk in a guy says he'll help us at the ice cream counter and walks away from us and goes over to help someone in the drive thru ( mind you there are like 6 employees working) we ask for 2 shark ice cream cups and they gave us the dolphin one even though we could see the shark cups! And when I said they would like sprinkles on top the employee said it doesn't come with sprinkles even though the Menu States it! I'm visiting Prescott Valley and Dunkin' is right next to our hotel. My husband and I went in there for breakfast, ordered 2 sandwiches, a hash brown, and some mini donuts. After 10 minutes and seeing people in line after us receive their food I went up to the counter and asked "how much longer on my order?" The woman told me she never saw it come through and would get started on it. Another 5 minutes we got our food, I checked our order and it was ice cold! I sent it back and heard the lady in the back yell "there is no way that's cold! It just came out of the oven!" We were offered a free donut while we waiting but refused since we had ordered donuts. They offered free coupons which would've been great if we had a Dunkin in our home town but we don't. Finally after 25 minutes of being in the restaurant we got our food, I asked for our money back which they gave, and we left back for our hotel. We got back to our hotel, opened our bag, and their were no hash brown in the bag. Needless to say I will never be returning to the Dunkin Donuts. read more

This location is horrible. I've tried a few times to order the mangonada and they are always out of mango, and claim their manager refuses to come in and order more. The drive thru is always messing up orders and taking forever. I stood in line to order ice cream for 10 minutes because they were handling the drive thru first, even though there were a few people standing around doing nothing, and then stood in another line to pay for another 10 minutes because the kid behind the counter was talking to people he knew and then just walked away to help the drive thru orders instead of the person standing next in line. I was really excited for this place to open but sadly I am extremely disappointed. I got three donuts and a large vanilla ice coffee with extra vanilla. The donuts weren't even frosted and glazed completely, they had hardly anything on them. The ice coffee they gave me had almost no vanilla in it and tasted like straight coffee. I'd much rather so somewhere else like Dutch Bros for coffee and go to the Donut Hole in Prescott Valley for donuts.
