Well I learned a LOT today atDunkin! I had no idea they sell ice cream and that they are a partner with Badkin Robbin's!!!! I frequent a tiny DD in my hometown but I don't think they sell ice cream. Maybe they do now as I've been living all around USA due to work lately. Also they bring your coffees out to your CAR! They deliver and have drive up, not jus drive thru. I still personally like to go in and would never seen the ice cream if I didn't!! The counter staff is lovely. They are friendly and sweet and bounce around with their headphones helping the drive thru and pick up orders in a timely and pleasant manner. It was a nice visit. I almost went to the coffee shop I used yesterday a couple doors down but I was in the mood for the good dunkin roast so glad I popped in here. Service was great (drive-thru), but the donuts we got were all very stale! . Now I do get the fact that most people get donuts early in the morning and we drove through after dinner (dessert ) and should've known better! BUT... a well-known donut chain in my opinion, should always have fresh donuts or a special discount after certain hours! Our donuts were pretty... hard and dried out. My husband said the only "fresh-tasting" donut he ate was the chocolate cake donut. I took a bite of a lemon-filled and that was enough for me! Per Dunkin Donuts it has been a Corporate decision to no longer maker their Toasted Coconut Donut. It is the only original donut they made. All other donuts you can find at either your local grocery or at other doughnut shops. Therefore, I find no need to drive the 8 miles to get the family ffavorite. read more

I'm a regular at Dunkin but after having consistently wrong orders for the past 2 years, I'll no longer be a customer of this location. Today was the final straw. I was handed the wrong drink, and when I mentioned it, the girl huffed and took it back only to hand me back a large cup filled soley of just cream and sugar. Where is my coffee? What a rude and hostile business. I am a regular customer at this Prescott Valley location. Today I was humiliated by an employee who identified herself as "the manager." Yesterday I had to ask her for a coffee refill since the cup was only half filled. When I placed my order with her she asked me if I wanted room for cream and sugar. I said no, and said I want it black. She refused and said I will have to charge you for it. Unbelievable, and she began to ramble on. I sat down and ate my muffin with half a cup of black coffe. I returned today and was shocked by her behavior. Pure harassment. She actually lectured me about the half cup refill that happened the previous day. Most upsetting, she accused me of leaving napkins and crumbs at a table. Told me to clean up after myself. She is a total liar. While she was on her verbal abuse, there were 3 customers waiting in line. What a condescending attitude. I am a 75 year old woman with white hair. I am also a well respected combat veteran with a long history of leadership and accomplishments. This employee who said her name is Connie needs help with customer service. Several months ago I spoke to her supervisor. The small table that I usually sit in was chronically unstable. Any coffee on this table would always spill. For a long time she would place a piece of cardboard under a leg. I told her there are major liabilities with this unsafe table. She had no response. This location is run by a bunch of kids. I constantly get the wrong order handed to me at the drive thru even though I speak very clearly ordering. The portions are ridiculously small at times and that's when they actually have what you order. They have new printed signs with hours at the drive thru window which I learned of after waiting for 10 minutes at the lighted drive thru. They close at 8pm during the week and it is Summer. What is that all about? It's not a staffing issue because they had 4 employees that completely ignored me when I pulled up to the window to see why they were not taking orders. We went in last night to get my father's free Veteran's Day donut & the young gentleman that helped us ("Boze") was the nicest kid ever! There were only glazed donuts that appeared to be sitting all day. (Sure enough when we got home & my father ate his donut it was dry). "Boze" had offered to make a fresh batch of whichever flavor we wanted! What service! I cam on here to write a positive review & I see the negative ratings. I had to call the store to get his name since it wasn't shown on the receipt & the kid who answered the phone was very unhelpful & very apathetic. All in all I'm glad they don't make the ice cream. I went in with my wife for her birthday and all she wanted was a chocolate shake. Well the chocolate was at the bottom of the freezer(the one on top had run out) when my wife asked the lady that was supposed to be helping us(Alexander was her name) she said they were out of chocolate. When I pointed out that there was a full tub in there she refused to pull it up and serve my wife saying that they are not aloud to do that. I said ok that's fair. But right after that she was told to pull up a new vanilla and scrape the remaining vanilla in the old bucket into the new one. Which means to me that they are aloud and ms. If 1 is the lowest star I can give it then on 1 it will be. I've had several experiences at this location that have been unacceptable. Every time I go there my order is wrong, cold or burnt. This is a combination of Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts, and we go there for both. For Baskin Robbins they are always out of flavors, the doors are usually locked to the front even at business hours and their service is horrible and very slow I do not recommend them to anybody that lives here in Northern Arizona!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Hate this place! I never recommend this location to anybody because a horrible service and just communication of the employees. read more

The service here is next to pulling teeth. Once we ordered in the drive thru we paid at the window and a couple minutes go by and they come back and ask what we ordered. Once we got our drinks we were ask to pull around front to wait for the food, 15 minutes go by watching others come and go, they come out and ask again what we ordered. I don't believe they managed this location, and if they have a manager they need pressure to actually train the youth working here. Get 4-5 people ordering and they loose all direction and the little ability they have received. PV finally got a Dunkin! So exciting. I went on a Saturday evening and had a great time. They were a new and highly anticipated business, and close to Harkins, so of course they are busy! The service was great, the tables were clean, and my coffee orders didnt take too long, and it was delicious. The Baskin Robnins line was definitely longer than the Dunkin line. If you are expecting instant coffee or icecream, just stay at home! Otherwise have patience and just enjoy the donuts (still a good selection Saturday at 6pm btw), coffee, and ice cream. read more

Came in on a Saturday morning. Drive through was ridiculously packed decided to go in and wait online. I was with my wife and kids and this young lady with a piecing on the bridge of her nose I could not see a name tag. Says we need a mask. Okay I get it some places still ask she did not say please or anything. I went and lost my spot in line. Went got 4 masks and came back ordered 2 doughnuts. And two bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel. Looks like only 5 people working so lines getting huge. So now I am waiting for my food. And three more people come in no mask she says not one word to them in line. If you're going to enforce a mask in your business then everyone has to be on board not just single out a family of 4. So after a 15-min wait to get my food I walk out to my truck and look at the food it's the wrong order. I go back in to tell her it's wrong and instead of making it again she toasts two every thing bagels and told me to swap the bacon egg and cheese over to it. At that point. I gave up and did just that because there was not enough workforce in the building to keep up with orders, so I left. And plus my kids where Hungary was not going to make them wait 20 mins longer. This Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins is TERRIBLE!!! It is dirty. They use very unsanitary practices, such as an open container for "clean" spoons that customers all reach their hands in to get their own utensil. Their ice cream selection is poor and containers mismarked in a dirty freezer case. Today the service was extra poor, the server distracted by friends and not paying attention to the orders. While we were there, customers ordered butterscotch ribbon and were given pralines and cream. This could have been a deadly error, due to the nuts. The server did nothing to correct her mistake or even apologize. Needs new management and new, better trained help! Or just shut the doors! We love ice cream...but WE WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

I have been here 3 times since they opened, the latest visit today at app. 1 PM. All visits have been disappointments. Today I got a pumpkin latte to go, and a donut.
