Coffee to cream to sugar ratio is always on point, as is the bagel toastiness, and staff is friendly and pumps that caffeine fuel out to the masses in record time. Unfortunately after NUMEROUS subsequent incorrect orders (including a cup of caramel flavored steamed milk) i Escalated to corporate. Poor customer service. Dunkin Donuts at every corner and we went to one 15 mins ago drove and realized coffee was incorrect..went to the next nearest to ask if they can fix it and they refused. They wanted us to drive back to other dunkin. Customer service sucks! I ended up paying for my 7 month daughter coffee again. The Staff is definitely rude. I called in regards to a job application. The first time a girl picked up the phone, said she would grab a manager, but laughed and then put me on hold with the point of no return. I called a second time, and they just let my call ring. I called a third time, and a dude rudely answered the phone. I told him I would like to speak to a manager regarding an application. Mind you, I applied in December of 2025 with still no update. He then says, "The manager will look at the applications as they come in." I said I applied in December and have not received an update, as next week is February. On Saturday i was working at the Sausage Festival Flea market. I made the mistake of stopping at this Dunkin at approximately 5:30 in the morning. I asked to use the restroom. A young woman behind the counter who was about as warm as a penguin on an iceberg told me they "had no water. " I politely asked if they had an employee restroom. She said they had no water there either. It appeared she was lying. I purchased coffee and left. As an attorney this is a health code violation but on a more humanitarian level it was just rude. And on top of it the coffee tasted burnt. Will be sharing this review . And Dunkin Corporate if you are reading this, you need to investigate. read more

Ordered 3 pumpkin spiced lattes. They always come with whipped cream and pumpkin spice. Not only did they only make it like an iced coffee here, it didn't have any pumpkin flavor and they don't include whipped cream or any pumpkin spice on top. Tasted like stale, weak, coffee with no added flavor. My family said they wanted a pumpkin latte, not just basic iced coffee that tasted like water. The server said it was extra money to even add whipped cream. It was the worst service and coffee experience i ever had at a DD and they try to nickel and dime you for what is already supposed included in pricing​. As a regular visitor, I find it beyond frustrating when Dunkin hires new people to make espresso drinks that don't know what they are doing or, even worse, repeatedly make the same mistakes. Then, the store lies to the customer. Dunkin has a history of good coffee and employees who do not know what they are doing. With inflationary prices, that's unacceptable. I order an iced latte with SKIM MILK. Instead, I get whole milk (on the last 3 visits), and I am infuriated, especially when I ask them, "Is this really skim milk?" They assure me it is. That's a lie. Please do not go to this Dunkin location. There are so many local Philadelphia coffee shops with good espresso and employees who are honest and detail oriented. I drive past two other Dunkin's just to go to this one Columbus/Washington location every Sunday morning. The staff is SO NICE! I've never seen another location like it. I'm guessing it's a great manager or franchise owner who treats their people well. That, in itself, makes me want to drive out of my way to go to this location. Came in after dinner for some warm drinks. When I came in, it was about 9pm, and the store wasn't too busy. I noticed that this specific cafe was pretty spacious, and it had a cute sitting area in front of a fireplace. The girl working at the register was friendly, and she took our order efficiently and quickly. In about 6 minutes, the 3 drinks that I ordered were ready. I ordered an Oreo Hot Chocolate and 2 Decaf Almond Milk Lattes with Irish Creme Syrup. All of my beverages tasted great, which doesn't always happen at every Dunkin' that I go to. Overall, this specific store was great. My beverage quality and the cafe's efficiency were solid. I would recommend this store if you're in the area. I also like that it's open until midnight. read more

Not all Dunkins are made alike. This is something I already knew but was still let down when I got here and found out they didn't carry BAGEL TWISTS! Maybe I'm just spoiled since we still have them in north Jersey but this definitely left me kinda salty being that I was anticipating having one this morning and more so ASSumed they'd have em, although my wife warned me that there's a chance that they wouldn't lol. Nonetheless everything else was ok, had to settle for a bagel and croissant instead. On an even lighter note, the coffee I ordered (light and sweet) was hitting and they were pretty friendly and a clean establishment from what I saw. read more

I had dropped my car off at the Pep Boys located at this strip mall and had about an hour to kill while they did some maintenance. Instead of spending an hour sitting in their store, I figured I'd walk just a few buildings down to this Dunkin' Donuts. So glad that I did! I was thinking a cup of coffee and free WiFi would make this hour fly by and it really did, but that wasn't the only reason this was a good choice. This Dunkin is set up so well. It's clean, spacious, and has ample seating. We're talking couches, not just tables and chairs. There is also a pretty large TV mounted to the wall, making it easy to just sit back and relax. Staff was nice. Not overly friendly or talkative, which was totally fine with me. They're focused on just taking orders and delivering to their customers. No small talk or chit chat. This makes it easy for you to just get what you want, plop down on a couch or chair, and get some work done. Although I'm not a frequent Dunkin' Donuts customer, I'm glad I checked this location out and I'm sure I'll return next time I need to drop my car off at good ol' Pep Boys. read more

I'm reviewing this particular Dunkin Donuts, not the brand generally speaking. I was out early looking for a good bagel. Having been thwarted by Famous 4th St.'s prices, I found this Dunkin Donuts on my way to Target in South Philly. There was a bagel place there once, but it was much smaller than this establishment. My first impression was one of surprise. I had not ever seen a Dunkin Donuts with a large seating area and free wi-fi. The colors stayed true to their brand, and that was a little overbearing (bright oranges and pinks). However, given the faux fireplace and flat screen TV, it was much appreciated. Beyond the appearance, the staff was very prompt and friendly. I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and a small black coffee. The woman behind the counter let me know that I could upgrade to a medium coffee and pay even less. That seemed like a paradox with an answer (a paradox unto itself). $3.60 later, I was a happy camper. 4 stars for excellent decor (save for the colors), fresh coffee and bagels, as well as prompt service and very helpful staff. I was just passing by here on the way home to Maryland. I ordered an ice coffee and it came out wayyyyyy too sweet. I asked the employees to dump some out and dilute it with some more coffee and they were more than happy to help out. Something about the way they handled it, the willingness and positive attitude, compelled me to give this review. I hope the employees working on May 6th, 2018 at 3pm all have a great rest of their lives. Hopefully life will bring me back here again. read more

I come to this Dunkin Donuts more often now due it's cleanliness and friendly customer service. I tend to order on the go and go in and pick it up. I've never had any issues here and the place is always in good order. I've used the drive thru just one time but it was quick and efficient. You can even order on the go and pick it up via drive thru which is a great convenience. I recommend this location also because of the easy parking. The coffee tastes fresh and the layout is nice and spacious. Your not crammed next to other people or tables and you can feel more privacy. It seems to have the same crew there which shows employees enjoy working here. They seem to remember some regulars there and have light conversation with them. Great dunkin donuts for when you are in a rush. I came in this morning around 8:00 to get my iced coffee with caramel and cream & a sausage egg & cheese croissant sandwich. The ordering process was quick and efficient. The manager asked me if I was sure I did not want hot coffee with my sandwich and hash brown combo, which I appreciate because she was covering all of her bases and making sure I was aware of the combo details. I'm pretty sure I didn't wait past 5 seconds before they called my # with my order, WOW, the speed of lightning! My sandwich was perfectly prepared which was great. I don't have high expectations when it comes to chains so my standards are lowered when I come into DD, but they pulled through! I did not go into this DD but went through their drive-through. It is a peculiar set-up as it is at the end of strip mall. The drive-through order menu and speaker is across the cart-way from the front of the store so...... to get to it make sure that when you are in the lot, you are driving northbound and in the easternmost (river side) cart-way in the lot. After you place your order, drive into the porte-cochere to pick up. If it's raining, you may get wet as you place your order, but not when you pick up! There are two windows next to each other -- one to pay and one to get your order. We ordered two bagels, toasted with cream cheese, plus coffee. Coffee was super fresh. The bagels could have been toasted a bit more. They were warm on the outside but still cold on the inside and they were not particularly caramelized. read more

I love that this DD is on my way to work I the morning. It is one of the cleanest and most efficient Donukin' Donuts' I have ever been to. Each order is fulfilled in a very short amount of time and it's always accurate! The floor looks like it is mopped more than once a day and there is no trash to be found anywhere. Considering the location being on Columbus Boulevard and the amount of foot traffic they get I am so impressed by how immaculate this place is kept! There is a Drive Thru at this location too. I have always parked and walked in but if I'm there on a rainy and cold day I will most defiantly use this perk! read more

This dunkin donuts gets no stars. I have had 3 bad experiences there. The first bad one was the girl actually argued with me about the mobil ordering. Which I do ALL the time. Today really pissed me off though. I asked the girl for 1 munchkin for my 1yr old. Every other dunkin I visit has never had a problem with it. The giel today says no we are not aloud. My daughter doesn't eat alot so to buy the cup would be a waste. Like I said I visit many different dunkins and have never disliked one as much as I do this one. This is one of the nicer Dunkin Donuts I have been to. It has free wi-fi, a tv with the news usually on, couches and lots of space and tables. The doughnuts are the taste the same as any other Dunkin Donuts and the coffee is always good here. It is also a very clean looking Dunkin Donuts. There is a drive thru and a shopping center parking lot as well that makes it very convenient to grab a quick coffee. However the drive thru crosses a bad intersection and is kinda of clustered through traffic. Be careful as you have to cross incoming traffic in a tight space to get from the order station to the pick up. read more

While I normally go to this store on the weekends, i was not to pleased with my service today. For few reasons. ONE being that it was ice cold in the store. TWO, it took forever for someone to even acknowledge that I was at the counter waiting. And THIRD, my total came to $2.26. I had $2.25. I work in the same plaza and told them I could bring it right back in one minute. The lady at the counter just gave me my money back. Would not let me bring back a PENNY????? A very generous patron offered to give the diff. I politely declined because it was embarrassing for me. OVER A PENNY THO?? I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO YOUR LOCATION.
