I tend to visit location a lot and I always have great service here. Especially, on how busy they are most days. They get my order right and say hi when they see me. That matters trust me. I think in the few years of visiting them they got two orders wrong, but a hot drink is a hot drink on a cold day. I was not upset. The food is consent for Dunkin, and the ambiance I rarely stay so, I am going to say it is better than most locations I have visited. read more

Even though the drive thru sometimes has a line, my order is always correct and the employees are always very friendly. I stopped in here before heading out for a girls weekend and everything was quick and fast. I will definitely be back soon! The people who work here do jot listen very well. They don't care to listen and they will give you the complete wrong order. I asked for a mildly heated bagel with heavy cream cheese. It's a science. Warm plus cold equals slightly melted on both sides. I got a very frozen bagel with regular cream cheese and when I split that bih I realized my cream cheese is in chunks. I have a huge chunk on 1 side and what could be something good if it wasn't frozen on the other side. The right side is frozen and heavy. Again, Its a science. The science should have been warm bagel plus cold cream cheese equaling slightly melted cream cheese on both sides. Waste of money and time. I always appreciate a drive thru! While conveniently located in Olney, Georgia Ave is busy most of the time, so you have to make sure you make the narrow turn into the correct driveway, the neighboring business lots do not connect. That being said there is plenty of space in back to snake a line or park. While service generally seems to take longer here than other locations, the quality has been consistent across my visits, which matters more to me than speed in the grand scheme. A rushed mediocre drink is not enjoyed as a slightly slower well made one. Will definitely continue to frequent this drive thru. read more

I absolutely love refreshers and now dunking donuts has came to the party and I'm so excited. This peach refresher with strawberry poppers is so delicious it was so needed on this hot day. When I tired the strawberry drag fruit I was hooked but I didn't know about adding extra fruit poppers. I am glad that a Friend told me about them I was literally in the my car and she told me and I had to stop. At D&D I always ask for my refreshers to be made with green tea. Now you can also ask for lemonade and I think coconut milk in the drink. But it's all up to it's not overly sweet just enough you can really taste the flavor. This location is absolutely terrible! I ordered online for someone to pick it up. When they went to pick up the order, it wasn't ready. One of the coffees thst they gave my mother didn't have the top on right. Both of my parents got burned from the hot coffee. We also I rdered munchkins and they were out of them. The guy couldn't give me my money back or offer something in exchange. They didn't want to give us information to get in touch with anyone either. That is completely ridiculous!!!! Honestly I've been going to this Dunkin' at least 3x per week over the last 6+ months & it's been great. Very consistent & fairly quick. I usually stick to the drinks but I've had everything from the different matcha lattes (hot, iced, etc), each frozen coffee flavor & even the refreshers. All tasty, with adequate caffeine & the drive thru is extremely convenient. Line can get long but there's another location without a drive thru literally in the next shopping center over, that often does not have a line. read more

Awful. I put in an order for boxes of hot chocolate for a specific date and time. I called a week prior, the day before and 2 hours before the pick up time. I was told by the manager the order would be ready at the pick up time. I get there and the staff was completely unaware and didn't have the supplies. What a joke. I had to wait for the staff to go to another store and get the supplies thus making me super late for the event. Never again. read more

Do not get donuts here. It seems that they never have fresh donuts and are out of what you'd like. Delivery makes it worse because they just throw in whatever they have & you have no control over what you get. Also, hub refuses to get coffee here because he says it's vile & tastes burned. He goes to the DD near his office in Laurel area & says coffee tastes way better. I love their plain passion fruit refreshers & the breakfast sandwiches are very good compared to McDs. If I get delivery, the food is usually warm & ready to eat. Still, one time I placed a night owl order around 4:30am and was auto routed to Connecticut Ave Dunkin. Their donuts were fresh & we were so surprised. Why can't Olney Dunkin offer fresh donuts for once? Also, why are there two Dunkins in Olney? The one in Village Mart has a somewhat inconvenient parking situation when busy while the one on GA Ave is a traffic hazard in the AM, particularly with McDs right next door with drive-thru too. Would make more sense to make the Village Mart the drive thru with two lane service like Chick Fil A has done. Given that neither of the two Olney Starbucks nor Caribou Coffee have drive thru, it's not the ideal town or set-up for a coffee-en-route commuter. read more

We love Dunkin Donuts! This location is new to Olney and has a drive through which is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and professional. However, they are EXTREMELY slow which sends me to aspen hill area for faster service! Week after week they are just super slow! Super super slow!!! read more

This place is a good breakfast place but dose not seem to have fresh doughnuts and they seem stale to me sometime but overall it good

They always seem to put in the coffees what ever they want not what you ask for. Tried again today by ordering coffees with Splenda and creams on the side. Looked good when they handed it to us. A couple miles down the road we mixed them up how we like them only to find out after tasting them they were all pre loaded with tons of sweetener. The service at this Dunkin Donuts is abismal. I am a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts and have gone to many locations across the US, but this one is the worst service I've ever had. I have been coming to this location for the past 6 months and the service has continued to decline. They are disorganized and slow. I recently ordered on the mobile app for walk-in on a weekday morning and got to the location about 10 minutes later. I got an order of hash browns, breakfast wrap, free donut, and a latte. There was no other customers in the restaurant, and only one car in the drive thru, so not very busy. The wrap and hash browns were ready, but the donut and latte was not. When I walked in, the employees were in a half circle and it looked like they were having a meeting. Not one of them looked up to see if I needed something. Finally after several minutes one employee asked if I was still waiting for an item and I told her yes and gave her my name. She said okay, then just walked away. A minute later, another employee asked the same question and told her I was still waiting for donut and latte. She got the donut, but then walked away and didn't say anything to the other employees about still needing the latte. Finally, a third employee a few minutes later came over and asked if I still needed something and I showed him my order on the app and said I'm still waiting for the latte. He did finally make the drink. When I got to my car and checked the items, I realized that they gipped me out of a hash brown- there were only 5 in the order instead of the standard 6. Took 10 minutes in the drive thru to get a half dozen doughnuts, they didn't even have half the doughnuts I was asking for! I Ended up getting a whole box of only 2 kinds of doughnuts. And they're asking for tips? What a joke. I've had the other food items here before, the food seems like it's microwaved. Better ask to put your own cream and sugar your coffee too, because they nuke it beyond all recognition of what I call coffee... might have been chocolate milk bleh.
