If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't know who's making bagels back there, but this was hands-down the most half-assed "fried egg and provolone" bagel I've ever seen in my life. Where is the egg? Seriously. It's like y'all waved an egg near the bagel and called it a day. The cheese was sad, the onions were basically the only thing on it, and the whole thing looked like it went through a rough night before being handed to me. This is embarrassing. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to Bethesda Bagels if you actually want food that resembles what you ordered. This place sucks.

I was in the area around breakfast time and wanted a bagel sandwich. I came across Georgetown Bagelry after doing some research on local breakfast sandwich shops. This is a traditional bagel shop tucked at the end of a mini plaza. Overall it was an OK experience. They prepare and bake their bagels on site (as you can see from the photos). I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on everything bagel and a bacon, egg, and cheese on plain bagel. The sandwich taste and quality was what you'd expect from the typical quick-service, morning bagel shop that prepares breakfast sandwiches. Georgetown Bagelry is definitely an option for breakfast sandwiches if you are in the area and I'm sure the locals in the community appreciate this bagel shop. The plaza where this bagel shot is located does have a parking lot which is a plus. Give them a shot.

Time order was placed to time it was received 20 min.

Ive been waiting 15 min for a tuna bagel sandwich. The line cook has burned like 3 bagels in the time i've been waiting. I used to come here all the time in college 15 years ago and it's gone way down hill.

Miami Burger Bagel with sesame bun

A friend and I stopped here for breakfast and the staff were incredibly friendly. We got the Miami burger bagel which had smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes and onions. I got mine in a sesame bun while he got his on an everything bun and we also had a side of capers that we added as we liked. I also got a cup of orange juice which seemed freshly squeezed and was refreshing while my friend got a coffee that he enjoyed. I thought the bagel had too much tomatoes and not enough salmon as I had honestly never had it with tomatoes before but my friend absolutely loved it. The cookies were delicious and everyone in the diner seemed to get along like one big family so it felt quite homey. If I go back, I'll definitely get the orange juice again but think I'll try something else or ask for the same bagel with no tomatoes. Otherwise, the vibes were vibing and I think it's a good neighborhood place to grab a quick bite and be guaranteed of friendly service.

Good spot to get bagels. Came in for the first time to order with a family member on a weekend and eat the bagels fresh right there. Not too crowded, and they have a small seating area inside and outdoors. But most people seem to have come to grab their order and go. Service is a bit lacking though, probably because most customers are regulars and want to order and get out of there. I tried the tuna sandwich and an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with sesame seed bagel. Both were great.

Bagels are slightly better than a grocery store bagel, this location is very close and convenient, unfortunately the bagels are just so-so.

Pretty good portions too for the price. The cappuccino was one of the best I've had too. We ordered and everything was out to us within 10 minutes. Everything you do in that town comes at a price. Especially the 400 plus red light and speed cameras throughout the City. We will definitely revisit this restaurant when we are in NW D.C. The food is always delicious and satisfying, and the drinks are consistently refreshing, especially on a warm, spring day. The café itself is also very beautiful and photogenic! The large glass windows make the space feel so bright and energizing. One employee in particular, Mae, is always so sweet, attentive, and ready to help whenever I need assistance. Thank you to Mae and the entire team at Bluestone Lane Spring Valley Café! I'll be returning often.

I ordered the french onion bread pudding, sesame chocolate chip cookie, and yuzu strawberry lemonade. They heated up the bread pudding for me which was lovely. Nice crispy texture and soft inside with lots of onion. I also enjoyed the choc chip cookie and the sesame added some nice texture/nutty flavor. The yuzu lemonade was ok. $7 felt a little expensive for a non coffee drink and the sweet/sour flavors weren't quite balanced enough for me. They have self serve order kiosks which I ended up not being able to use because an item was missing, so I had to ask the cashier to check out and was charged like a 20 cent service fee which seemed a little silly!! Overall solid spot but not the most convenient for me to return to location wise.
