So I proceeded to pull forward to the second window. The young lady asked if I placed an order. I explained that I waited, but couldn't, because no one was at the first window to take my order. She stated that she couldn't take my order and instructed me to pull forward, and get back in that long line again to order at the first window. Despite pointing out how punitive this request was, she would not budge and correct their erroneous action. Needless to say I left with nothing and took my business to another establishment.

But I have been at this branch a few times and have found them to be friendly and wanting to get things right, unlike what I see in other reviews. One customer ahead of me didn't get his sandwich and asked about it. They were trying to ascertain who took the order, to prevent it from reoccurring. The customer said Never mind, no biggie, but the male employee assured him he wasn't questioning the accuracy, just trying to figure out what happened, and would he please stay just another moment as the sandwich was almost ready. A minute later he had his sandwich. My sausage and egg croissant came a little singed in a few places but so little it had no effect on quality.

There is lots of parking even for vehicles towing trailers or even something attached to the hitch. The breakfast buffet consisted of regular scrambled eggs, a take on southwestern scrambled eggs, French toast, pancakes, hash, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, donuts, fruit, bacon, sausage, macaroni and cheese, assorted muffins. The buffet was really good honestly. The buffet remained well stocked the entire time. The food was hot and fresh. The buffet area was always cleaned up if anything spilled. It was not messy at all. The staff, all of them were amazing! They held great conversations, and were so kind. They were always doing something whether that was greeting guests, cleaning up, helping each others tables and more. The bathrooms were very clean and they even had a cute stool available for children to reach the counter! Now that's inclusion right there!

We also each got a really nice vegan cupcake and while it was delicious, it was very crumbly and made a mess on both of us. The frosting was fabulous and made up for the crumbles. We just went for a morning treat but we'd be back for some of their other offerings like the falafel wrap for example. Definitely worth a stop in if you're vegan and need a quick, clean bite but also of course many more options for non vegans as well.

They don't take reservations, and they don't have a waitlist you can join before arriving -- which almost deterred us since we'd been driving all day and the hangry monsters were in full effect. But we risked it and actually got seated right away. Service was great -- friendly and attentive, there just enough and exactly when you needed it. The cocktails were pretty good. I had the Proper Manhattan (Woodford Reserve whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Woodford Reserve chocolate bitters, garnished with a Luxardo maraschino cherry and orange wedge) and the Proper Pig (Crown Maple bourbon and amaretto, garnished with an orange slice and bacon). My dinner was great -- I opted for the Veggie Wedgie (house-made veggie black bean burger with fontina cheese, avocado, shredded lettuce, red onion, tomato, and a citrus chipotle aioli, served on a brioche bun), and I swapped the fries for a side salad. I also added on some mac and cheese, because you gotta be bad sometimes ;) I'd order all of it again! The others got the fried fish and fried shrimp plates and weren't as enthusiastic as I was -- they said the breading was a bit too thick. Overall, it was good, and I'd hit it up again if I'm ever back in town.

We were there on a Saturday and we arrived around 2:30 for an late lunch/early dinner. To our surprise, there was a 25 minute wait! It's a popular family restaurant as well. It's a lot bigger inside than it seems from the outside. When you walk in, there are mostly high tables and a long bar with seating. Walk past the bar and on the right is a dining area with a lot more tables. We had 2 kids and 4 adults and we had plenty of room at a center table. There were booths along the wall. Our server was so great. So patient, and kind. She was great. She checked in regularly, our drinks never went dry. The food was excellent. We had the food for take out during the pandemic and thought it was ok. Having it in the restaurant - HUGE difference. I got the cheese curd burger without the top bun. My nephew loved his chicken wings, my niece loved her mac and cheese. We all loved our burgers and my bro-in-law liked his reuben. I loved the fries, they seemed more the "chips" from the UK - which I loved. Parking - street or on the concourse below Main Street. We will definitely be back.

He's completely ignoring us - and the 20 people behind us! Seriously - no one has even opened the window to apologize for the delay. Ridiculous. So you can see I'm telling the truth. My order was placed - at the driver's speaker - at 1131. See the cup. We got it at 1150 - see the clock in my dashboard.

I refused to accept just the drink after my daughter paid for so much more. A drink for over $9? I think not! When I asked why the app let her order items they didn't have, I got a weak excuse about how the app doesn't sync with store inventory. Every other place I order from blocks out-of-stock items. This was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. No solutions offered, no accountability, nothing in stock, and no refund. I stopped going to Dunkin' Donuts when they started overcharging for a coffee.I'm completely disappointed to see this kind of service or lack thereof. The app has all of her information. My daughter deserves more than excuses. She deserves her money back and a direct, personally delivered apology from the store owner. Reimbursement for wasted time and gas should also be considered.
