I order my large hot coffee with extra cream and 1 sugar ask if the have any pumpkin left which I was sure at 130pm they would not. No worries at all. One person ahead of me gets order. I get to window and I receive a large hot coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugar. I give it back ask that they remake it. After 10 minutes they come back with the same cup of coffee in the same cup. I always order through the drive thru on the this place lately burns half the food, never makes my blueberry ice coffee with the ice up to the ice icon on the cup so today I mentioned it and asked if they could remake it with the ice up to the line (because the whole ratio of the coffee is off if not) and they said yes then came back with the coffee literally the same amount of ice they just put more sugar and creamer in it so I can't taste the blueberry and it's just super sweet and gross ofc I dramatically threw that shit out the window I hate that dunkin literally never going there again read more

Wow! Really rude staff. Went through drive through. Asked for 4 ice coffees. 3 with milk and 1 with almond milk. When they handed us two that were so light that there was so way they could be drank we asked very politely if they could be made darker. We handed them back to the very blonde sales person and she then handed them back to us with the biggest attitude and they were even lighter. My husband not wanting to say anything drove away. I got out of the car and went inside the store. Waiting again.... I go up and say "so sorry... we just need these a little darker." The sakes associate asked for my receipt. I say "no! Sorry. I was just waited 20 mins in your drive thru and when these were handed to us we actually handed them back and asked for darker and this is what was given back to us!" At this point ever worker swung around and looked over at me. The guy making the drinks takes them and says "it's says 3 milks on them So that means light with cream!" I said "I ordered 3 ice coffees with milk. I never said three milks or light." He starts remaking them and then I ask "also.. is it cream or milk??" He says "cream!" I say "ok sorry so also in my Dunkin' Donuts when we say milk we actually mean milk. Do you have regular milk? " he says "yes we can make them with milk." I say "thank you so much! Not meaning to difficult I've just got two people that will refuse to drink coffees that light." At this point another associate is staring at me. I'm 100 percent being polite and not in any way telling. I guess I really confused everyone! I look at him like "everything ok?" Horrible customer service. I was sworn at by both a young male with long dark blonde hair and a male manager. All because i was asked to pull forward after already waiting 30 mins in drive thru. Normally I wouldn't mind but i had to get my son to football so I literally did not have time to pull forward. I was told if i didnt pull forward I wouldn't get my food. I said thats fine just give me my money back. I was refused and threatened to have police called. So I paid $12 for food i did not receive and also yelled & sworn at in front of my 7 year old. The guy making coffee here does not know what he's doing! And apparently neither does anyone else at this store because I ordered the pumpkin spice signature latte and it came out looking like it was at least half water! My love for Dunk's knows no bounds. I don't know what they put in their coffee, but it's good enough to drink black (and I usually do). This location, in particular, is so nice to go to. All the employees have been so sweet and friendly every time I visit, and it really makes my morning. It's also never that busy. I hardly ever wait in line when I show up around 9 AMish. read more

Worst service and the most care free crew there. The cashier was friendly but the crew there was just a bunch of clowns. The lady who served the food and such was nice as well but the rest of them look like they didn't give a f*ck about their job or the service they're supposed to provide. I come from working in retail and such so I know how companies want their employees to act and respect others and such and I know everyone's different but this was no excuse. My family and girlfriend ordered some food and coffee. I got my coffee in my mug that I brought in. I had ordered a caramel iced coffee extra extra. It wasn't until I had gotten into the car and drove away and took a sip of it but it was rip roaring hot! I figured I maybe screwed up and figured maybe I didn't say iced coffee or she didn't hear me. I looked at the receipt and it was iced! The workers clearly didn't give a sh*t to take the time to read the screen and make it. Now I can understand if it was busy but it wasn't even busy! Very disappointed with the service. First time to this DD and it will most definitely be my last there. Luckily the coffee wasn't bad but that's still not the point. I know my opinion won't really matter and will just be tossed aside but it's the fact that someone needs this brought to their attention. read more

One of the older ladies making the coffee was very nice, but one as we walked up rolled her eyes and she saw us. Instead of saying "sorry, the frozen machine is down" she just said "can't, the machine is down". I also ordered a large iced coffee and it was a medium. Usually i'd forget about it but she did charge me for a large, so i went back and said "sorry this was supposed to me a large" she took the receipt out of my hand and snatched the coffee and was rolling her eyes as she was making it because she didn't think i could see her. The second we made eye contact, she handed it back and said "sorry about that, here you go. Have a nice day". Change in attitude. She wasn't nice at all. I went into Dunkin' KMD Oakland ME store & was the only customer- I simply asked for 12 munchkins & couple of each except for no jelly ones. Seems their staff can only count to 10 & she gave me 1 each of 4 kinds rest of them were all the same...really not what I asked for. Disappointed & the won't answer the phone. Idiots. read more
