That made me a little upset but pulled up my phone history to show I called this location when placing my order. The store manager, not the department manager, came over to assist and said my order should be filled. I was willing to pick it up tomorrow morning and the associate said we need a 24 hour notice. LoL The manager said, well, your going to do this now because clearly it's our error. Well, someone coming in for the shift stepped up and did it, no questions asked. She needs a raise! I appreciate that they made this right and I can't be too upset because things happen. It's just another day and people try! Lucky it's well in advance so no harm. I will continue to be a customer because mistakes happen! Just be patient!

The service is starting to become more consistent lately, with great shoppers and drivers. In the past, the shoppers were lazy, but that seems to be changing. It's nice to place an online order and the shopper finds all items - doesn't get tired (or bored?) and bail out, marking items as "out of stock" when they are on the shelf, like they do at Walmart. We waited at the food counter but no one paid attention. They were talking and laughing with each other, oblivious. The woman from the register had to come over and take our order. In between all of this, the register lady is running back and forth from their area to hers while they weren't worried about anything. This place is set up to be a real money maker. The food was good once we got it. The location is great. But it's a completely inefficient operation.
