That made me a little upset but pulled up my phone history to show I called this location when placing my order. The store manager, not the department manager, came over to assist and said my order should be filled. I was willing to pick it up tomorrow morning and the associate said we need a 24 hour notice. LoL The manager said, well, your going to do this now because clearly it's our error. Well, someone coming in for the shift stepped up and did it, no questions asked. She needs a raise! I appreciate that they made this right and I can't be too upset because things happen. It's just another day and people try! Lucky it's well in advance so no harm. That being said, their pizza is utterly terrible. I know, I know, no one actually goes to a grocery store to get pizza. Well, I was curious and just had to try it. The pizza I had tasted old and crusty. The base and crust were thin and crispy, but the crust was totally flavorless. The sauce was decent but the cheese was what you would expect from a slice being kept warm for three days on end. This is even worse than I expected. Again, I'm giving the store a good review for their ability to provide all the other things a grocery store should. Just don't expect good pizza.
