He has a a FB page with information about pop up openings - Follow them closely and try to arrive at the beginning of his opening, he sells out FAST! It's a take out spot in Fairfield with plenty of parking given the fact people are picking up their food and leaving. We love everything he serves! literally everything on the menu! The mac & cheese was fair, it just wasn't my normal style, but the BBQ made up for it. Obviously fresh and perfectly smoked. We had a ton of different desserts (blueberry pie, cookies, brownies, whoopie pies, etc), which were all good and really tasted homemade. They also have a few basic grocery supplies for sale in the coolers. If I lived on this block, I'd be in this place every day. We were there later in the evening but got a parking spot right in front. The neighborhood doesn't look to be the greatest but we had no problems.
