LOL The staff members were definitely hustling - moving quickly to serve and clear tables and address people getting take out (us). The food tastes fresh and not overly seasoned. I was surprised at how mild, almost dull some of the meats were, with the exception of the delicious chorizo chimichanga. The pulled pork and the chicken, definitely needed the sauces and salsas that come with it. Warning, if you are not fan of cilantro, you may want to ask before ordering, as some of the items have it automatically added and cooked with it.
