I drove 20 minutes to return the ribs. The person working the window showed no remorse and said that most people like them cooked that way. I asked if she had any with less crust and was told no. I am amazed that the people working there think this is an acceptable dish to serve. Was given a partial refund, but still feel very unsatisfied by both the horrible food and the callous attitude of the staff. The truck refused to credit my card for the return and insisted on giving me cash, that is not how I wanted to be reimbursed but no cares from the server. I am sure they will not miss my future business, but they should be ashamed to call themselves a BBQ joint serving such food and then trying to defend it. It's unfortunate because I was told by many people on social media to go with the ribs. Believe me, I don't have a problem letting them all know about my bad experience.

The brisket and pulled pork was also excellent. Even the sides were admirable, especially the beans. Definitely order the beans! They do tend to run out of food (while we were there, they ran out of ribs and brisket), so you might want to come earlier in lunch. I also liked the eating set up alot. Well spaced and pleasant, you can see the harbor. Overall, if we are in the area again, we'd make it a point to come here. One thing though. The counter girl (who was cheery and nice) held up the tablet and asked which button she should press for you when it came to the tip. Now I'm going up to the window to order food, i'm fetching my own food and busing my own table. You get 6 wings to eat in 3 minutes, no drink, dip or sides - once eaten, you have to wait 5 minutes, again with nothing else to cool your mouth down with...if you make it, you get your picture taken and put on the wall and a T-shirt and the wings are free.
