This review is base off of the mobile order app, we went ahead and order to get our points before heading to this location. Took longer when we got there but weren't any rush since we were on a road trip. Staff was really friendly and since I used to work in these establishment, completely understand the rush. Food came out hot and crunchy, got the maple bacon snacks with some stuffed everything mini bagel bites with a large sweet tea. I know the reviews on this location is low but during my time they were wonderful. I get it the prices are a bit higher but it's also in the area where people stop for rest, eat or get gas. I'm not mad and their restroom is decent than other places around there. Tables are clean and not sticky from all the donuts nor ice cream. read more

The service was very fast and smooth and must stop for who loves ice creams because they have a lot of flavours with waffle cones

Significant improvement in customer service over the past few month. There's new staff and much better customer service.

Service is better during the afternoon and evening, good speed and friendly workers. Although there are a lot of bad reviews, I haven't had a bad experience at this Dunkin read more

shocking. I went into the DD for a quart of packed ice cream. The female worker groaned and said, "ohhh are you sure?" I said, yes. She disappeared for 8 minutes; I waited because it was to be a surprise. She returned and I canceled the ice cream and asked for a doughnut instead. She was on her phone. I waited. I sensed she did not want to work, so I left. read more

Prices are much higher than other Dunkin locations and they don't get the order correct. I had to go back and get the rest of my order. It cost me $ 4 more than in other locations for same order. They are in my hometown but will not get my business anymore! I'll get my iced tea from McDonalds or go without. The refresher drink price on menu is apparently for drink with green tea if you want lemonade, it is $ 1.00 no matter the size drink. The locations @ Jefferson & Middletown MD as well as Ocean City MD are less expensive than NEW MARKET, Maryland. I believe in competitive pricing, but this is gouging! Owner should be ashamed!! read more

Unprofessional and very slow moving. Whether you walk into the store and they don't acknowledge you for 10 minutes despite seeing you or waiting in the painfully slow drive through line I am not sure which is worse. Instead of making the entire line of cars wait for one persons donut to finish baking, have them pull up into a spot and walk it out to them once ready to keep the line efficient and quick. Do not order their cold brew- it tastes no different than the their iced coffee except made the day prior. I noticed the coffee beans were expired while standing waiting for my mobile order as well to top it off. This location needs new management and revamping. Also- a smile and hello goes a long way but I know it's too difficult to ask this establishment to do. read more

Great donuts. Delicious ice tea. Nice and helpful staff. I especially enjoy the Boston cream donuts.

The staff was so nice and even though they forgot my whipped cream, they offered me a discount for my drink and gave me a complementary sample of ice cream. The best part? All I had to do was ask! read more

Drive thru service is extremely slow. Spent close 22 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered ahead of time on the app for drive thru pick up, otherwise I would have left. read more

This is, bar none, the worst DD in the United States. Not only are the staff frequently rude, discourteous, or short with customers, the average wait ROUTINELY exceeds ten minutes - even when it is not otherwise busy. The only reason I accidentally ever come here is when my DD app defaults an online order to this dystopian hellscape and I don't notice it soon enough. FWIW I am originally from RI, the home of Dunkin' Donuts, and I am ashamed as a New Englander. read more

Has gone down hill SO MUCH in the last year. Every time I go here my order is constantly messed up or I was charged for something I didn't even order. This last time was my final draw. I specifically asked for a receipt this time because I knew it would be messed up (from past experience), and they charged me for 2 coffees I didn't order, and they completely didn't even give me the sandwiches I had actually ordered. Customer service was terrible, all the lady at the window said when I confronted the situation was "I don't know what to tell you"...... more people need to confront them when their order is wrong or messed up so this doesn't keep happening. Because even people in my parents neighborhood have brought it up how bad it has gotten. read more

Horrible customer service. We went for ice cream today and no one would help us. There were 4 people behind the counter but only one was working on the drive through customer. The other three were not working and would not help us. There just stared at us, after waiting 5-10 min we left without ice cream and very sad. I would like to be contacted by the manger. If you want to wait 25 minutes for a curbside order go ahead. I pulled in, turned on my hazards as the app said, then waited 25 minutes. Called the store twice. Finally somebody answered and said they couldn't find me! What? I hate to be a Karen but really? read more

Dunkin always makes their own donuts so they are fresh. Except this Dunkin. They don't do that. We stopped in at 2:30 and paid full price for what appeared, and tasted like, week old donuts. Three donuts, all dry. I mean if we ordered filet mignon and it was a little dry I could understand. I mean, it's a donut shop after all. But we didn't. We ordered donuts. In a donut shop. I'm giving it two stars because I didn't, as of yet, get typhoid from the restroom, the coffee seemed fresh, and the help was pleasant enough. read more

I stopped in for a medium cappuccino and waited more than 15 minutes for my drink. After watching a long line of people who came in well after me get their coffees and lattes, I inquired about mine. The server told me that the espresso machine was tied up for the drive thru lane customers. This is not the first time I've waited an exorbitant length of time for my beverage at the location. The staff has extremely poor situational awareness when the same people are standing and waiting for an excessive period of time and they don't ask if you're being helped. The manager is totally absent and not supervising the going staff. I won't be going back again! I highly encourage readers not to bother going in if you're on any time limitations. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered!!! What a nightmare!!! First, the guy behind the counter, who is probably just a high school student, decided to join his buddies who were sitting in the corner table next to the restrooms, for a bite of fries with ketchup after serving the customer in front of me. My seven year old daughter and I were standing behind the counter waiting for our order to be taken. She really wanted a chocolate shake, hence instead of leaving the premises after seeing such behavior I approached the boy and asked if he was still working. His response was priceless, "Just a moment." Last time I checked, when one is clocked in, socializing with friends and taking a bite of food is not something you do. Regardless, the worst is yet to be told. When he finally returned behind the counter and took my daughter's order, he couldn't even properly scoop the ice cream into the blender. To be fair, the tug of ice cream was just replaced so the ice cream was difficult to scoop. When he was finally able to dig out a scoop, to prevent the ice cream from falling out, he put his fingers on the ice cream-not kidding-and put it in the blender. I thought my eyes were deceiving me, but no, as soon as he scooped the second ice cream he put his fingers on the ice cream AGAIN!!!! That was the last straw, no gloves, unsanitary, god knows where else his fingers had been, and with the flu outbreak-NO THANK YOU. Definitely not coming here again. I'll stick with Frederick Fudge, where service is top notch and the high school students are trained NOT to touch ice cream with their fingers!!! read more

Just took 16 kids for end of the year basketball celebration. Had three young people behind the counter. I am 50 and was a little nervous but they were patient and gave us extremely good service. We had one of the best experience at a Duncan that I've had in a long time. Cheers to the three young people on March 10th Friday read more

Coffee - everyone thinks it's complicated and all sciencey. It's not. Take hot water and pour it through ground up beans. Ok, maybe steam some milk and add some coffee brewed under pressure once in a while. Add some sickly sweet stuff here and there. This DD manages to f' all that up. They forget to add stuff to the order. It's absolutely absurd. Now I order a cappuccino with a turbo shot. Not complicated but they alway forget the shot. How? They have machines and sh!t to do it. They have a computerized point of sale system to tell them the order? This is my argument against $15/hr minimum wage. Figure out how to do your job, then maybe we can have a national discussion. Meanwhile fire your staff and hire some people that can count on both hands, using all fingers, and have some sort of oversight to keep an eye on the inmates at the asylum. read more

Dunkin' - a hand holding a cup of ice cream sundae - Coffee & Tea Near Me - New Market, Maryland

Coffee is always good, but the food is questionable. I come here frequently because of its location related to my daily commute. So if I keep coming back, that should lend credit to the establishment. The service is fast and the people are nice, but my food orders are hit or miss. I would say my orders are wrong about every 3rd time I visit. Today being one of those days. They do correct them, but make sure you check your order before driving away. I have been coming here for quite a while so this is not an anomaly, it's business as usual. Again, I will continue to visit due to its location, but I would only recommend if you find yourself in the same predicament. read more

Dunkin donuts yet again for the fail. Pretty simple order this morning. A drink and 2 bagels not toasted. 3 times we confirmed for the bagels to not be toasted because they're not going to be eaten until later in the morning and what do I get-- toasted bagels. Seriously- it wasn't a difficult order and I had pull forward to wait for it. They didn't even give me a receipt so that I can let them know how they are doing.. probably strategic on their part. Sad thing is they are the only option at 6:30 in the morning for bagels in the area. read more

Worst Dunkin I have ever gone to. No management at all, long lines, and you never know if your order will be correct.

They have trouble getting even simple orders correct, and they do the thing where they ask you to pull forward to bring your order out, but then they never do. Consistently bad for a year. read more

Really thrilled that a big company carries to nondairy milk, soy and almond! However I was disappointed that the cups being used are Styrofoam. Extremely unsustainable! If I had known, I would've not gone would have given it five stars if it weren't for the Styrofoam. Service was friendly and quick. read more

Probably the worst dunkin location I have ever been to. When I ordered the woman I spoke to was not very nice and didn't even know the menu when I asked a question. I just went in with coupons for 3.99 half dozen donuts and a $2 medium iced coffee and because she was having a hard time scanning my coupons she accused me of having already used the coupon and only punched in the one for the donuts. They coupons did not work because they were crumpled in my wallet. We are upstanding citizens and I am disappointed at the customer service over .69 cents. They were not busy all when we came in but ended up with 2 people behind us. Update, I called... asked to speak with manager and the same girl said I am the one the helped you. She argued that I at least got the donut coupon...had to have words with her for a long while finally demanding customer service and an apology for the accusation of trying to steal .69. My family and I have tried to support this business through the change of owners and wrong drink orders and donuts but this may be the final straw. At the end of a difficult debate my wife, finally received the offer of a free coffee by the end of today. She will not not be going back for it. read more

Does this location even possess a manager? Or a manager with the ability to MANAGE? This location is a joke. The average wait time in the drive thru is 15-20 minutes, yet they have at least 5-9 employees working? Sorry but that many people and you can't keep a flow going? I can go through the McDonald's drive thru 6 times before I'd even reach the Dunkin speaker. Each time I've gone inside, the employees are busy talking to one another. Walking around on their phones. They will acknowledge your presence at the register, continue their conversation for several minutes and THEN come take your order. Oh and your order? Yeah that's a gamble. 7/10 times it will not be how you asked for it. Just because you hire a quantity of employees does NOT mean you are hiring quality employees. read more

Very slow drive-thru. Service is slow and whoever was running the drive-thru today made me repeat my order 4 times and could not even repeat what I ordered. Staff is very nice, and store is clean. Will definitely stop by again when I pass through the area.

Wow. This is ridiculous. They have no idea what's going on. No one in the drive thru line but we've been sitting here for 10 minutes and they still got our order wrong. Like apparently they're under construction but they should still be able to function and get a simple order right. read more

We have visited this location's drive thru twice and our order was wrong both times. How hard is it to get a simple coffee order correct? The first time my husband ordered a medium coffee with extra cream, extra sugar. It had extra if neither. The second time, I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar and my husband ordered his extra/extra. This time they got his right (sort of) and mine came with cream and no sugar. The coffee also tasted watered down. Disappointing. read more

An employee of this DD walked up to the drive thru window from the parking lot (in uniform) this morning getting between my 79 year old Mom and the employee at the window as her food was being handed to her. He wore his mask around his neck not covering his mouth and nose. She said "excuse me but you're being very rude". To which he replied "bite me". She was obviously flabbergasted and called me right away. Sadly she got no names but said the clerk at the window seemed just as upset as she was. Sad way to treat anyone, let alone a 70 year old woman getting her morning coffee. read more

I love donuts and so does my kids. I've been coming here being the closest to my house but they drop the ball a lot. You would think placing an order ahead of time via the App. Would make it easy but no you still have to wait. What's worse is they are no lines. Also why does the flavors in the coffee always have an after taste. They can't compete with Starbucks. read more

Came in a little before 9am on a Saturday and I have *never* seen a Dunkin so packed this time of morning on a Saturday. The drivethru line was all the way wrapped around and out the entrance to the shopping center. Thinking I'd avoid the chaos of the drivethru, I went inside. The line inside was doubled back onto itself taking up the majority of the inside. I used the restroom thinking it would dissipate, but no it was actually longer when I came back out. Still, I hadn't enjoyed a Dunkin coffee in quite some time, so I waited...and waited. I'm thinking they were having some sort of complication with the computer this morning. About 20 minutes from walking into the door to placing my order. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese croissant with 2 pcs of sausage, 2 egg and cheese wake up wraps, a medium hot coffee with caramel flavor and cream and sugar, and a large iced coffee the maple pecan seasonal flavor also with cream and sugar. Received the hot coffee within seconds of getting to the gate, the food about a minute later, and then the iced coffee a minute after that. Food order came out perfect. Nothing incorrect, nothing burnt, just right. Hot coffee was also perfect! Iced coffee, like any time I have ever been to any Dunkin anywhere, required a little stirring at the bottom with the straw. Nothing I didn't expect. But the flavor and sweetness was right at the right level. Another perfect part. Gentleman at the register was clearly tired, and mildly unhappy about the masses of people, but was not unpleasant. Young man who handed me the coffees was very pleasant! All in all, not an unpleasant visit, in my opinion, especially considering they were swamped with a constant flow of customers from start to finish. I'm sure someone will post something negative about today considering the long wait, but I think they did a good job with what they had going on. Thanks! read more

Awful! I placed an on the go order, sat in a line that didn't move for 20 min. Walked in the establishment, the staff began locking doors behind me.
