I frequent here a lot. Today will be my last however. I always place my order for pick up so I can hustle pick up and go. Today I order a half dozen donuts for my students. Went in and it wasn't ready so I told the lady behind the counter my name and what ordered so she put the donuts in the box and I walked out. As I was getting in the car this old man came up to my car and started taking a picture of my car so I hopped out like what are you taking a picture of my car for. He said I didn't pay so I went back in pissed. Mind you his old ass man was a customer he doesn't even work there. So I'm like ok Karen mind your business this doesn't even have anything to do with you! I showed these people my receipt on my phone and the location which was the correct one PLUS the charge on my account but they still gave me bs! I was pissed because they've seen me numerous times and had the nerve to think I wouldn't pay! I ended up just leaving and if the polis come they come because I have the proof I paid! Probably one of the worst DD I've ever been to! Not exaggerating! I was nearby so I decided to order from here. I placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Went inside and the place was packed! I mean I understand it was a Saturday morning but ridiculous wait times! The drive-thru line was insane! I went to the pick-up counter. Nobody greeted me. The employees all looked like they did not want to be there. I finally got their attention and inquired about my order. I gave the order number and my coffee had been sitting there. I stated that I also had a food order and was rudely told, "someone is working on it." I saw several orders being placed on the counter and I knew one of them had to be mine but they kept walking away. Like 10 minutes later, I got my sandwich. At this point, my coffee is getting cold. 7/6/21 Yesterday after visiting Six Flags I really felt parched and needed something to drink. The drinks at Six Flags regardless of a discount I could get, were to expensive. After leaving the park, I stopped by this business, because the prices are much more reasonable. The inside of the store did not look will maintained, but at least they had cold drinks. I bought a blue raspberry and Ice Drink along with bottled water. This drink cooled me down along with my air conditioning, but the bottled water really helped. This store had decent customer service, but I feel the cleaning habits need an upgrade for sure. I suppose I understand the poor reviews on one hand, on the other, I guess I don't. I go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee, and to use my nifty app. I don't go there to eat, and I don't go there for donuts. Just for coffee, and discounted hot chocolate, Boom! Winner winner chicken dinner! Lately though, they haven't been honoring my nifty discount in my app. It sucks because that is my sole reason for going. No worries though, every mess up leads me to getting a free drink. I come here a good amount even though I'm giving it a low rating. Some days are better than others, but today was lame. I ordered a medium hot cocoa, which is often scolding hot. I asked for ice and was told that was a charge. For a couple cubes of ice? The guy said he'd put it in for me, but I declined, because I didn't want him to over cool it. His excuse was that he didn't have anything to put the ice in. How about a shot cup? Anyway, I find that pretty lame. The other annoying part of the visit was the radio. My kid and I like to hang out for a while and play cards or play on the computer. The radio was just annoying static the whole time. I don't know how they could possibly have missed it. Worst service ever; I'm disabled, and while waiting in line - standing up - I was totally ignored for service in waiting for a simple shake. The young lady employee - Imani - is the worst to ever give customer service ... How she's still working there is beyond me. She completely overlooked me and decided to help other people. I told the manager that this type of service is unacceptable in our community. This place needs to hire and train their employees how to give white glove service like Chick-fil-A does. Horrible drive thru experience, large coffee is usually half empty most of the time, management trying to save a penny by not giving actual amounts paid for, had to wait over 12 minutes even though I ordered ahead by app 10 minutes before I arrived but they didn't seem to know that orders come in through the app too. Hash browns are always burnt and dry at this location. No effort to change or fix despite various bad reviews. Management needs to educate staff before they start working here. Manners and customer service are very important which the staff seems to lack. A word of advice, if you're in a hurry don't go here, might as well go to the other Dunkin' donut near the library. read more

Oh Dunkin' in Mitchellville Plaza! Please get it together! This is the second time within a week that they haven't had any munchkins. They're a donut shop, how does this happen? The munchkins are the donut holes, how do you run out of donut holes at a donut shop? Secondly, there have been times that I have gotten them and they were hardly glazed or one was missing. To wait in their long drive-thru line, place your order, then get to the window to pay and get your order only to then be told that they don't have what you ordered is super annoying. Yes they waited until I got to the pick up window to tell me instead of letting me know at the order board. I ordered some hash browns instead to curb my hunger and there were only 5, not even enough to fill half the bag. It'll be awhile before I come back here. Was excited to have a new Dunkin' Donuts in Mitchellville Plaza. However, the owner is culturally rude. He is standoffish and looks at patrons as if they are going to do something negative. He never greets people when they come in the store. Recently, I went through drive-through with my daughters in the car, after the inside of the store closed. They each wanted to pay for their own items using gift cards they received. I tried to place 2 separate orders with a young lady and the owner grabbed the mic and abrasively told me that "we don't do separate orders at my Dunkin' Donuts." I don't understand the logic behind the policy, but I have more issue with how he talked to me. Corporate Dunkin' Donuts needs to require franchise owners that have stores in communities that they are NOT from take cultural diversity training. There seems to be a systemic problem. I have experienced similar challenges at the Dunkin' Donuts on hall road in Bowie as well. read more

Was so excited for this location to open since it's right by house. Unfortunately, this new location has a long way to go!!! I ordered a Big and Toasted, a caramel macchiato and a Boston Cream donut. The Big and Toasted was NOT TOASTED!!! The bread was soggy and they egg was gross!!! The bacon was chewy.... just disgusting!!! I literally took one bite and spit it out!!!! The macchiato tasted ok but not sweet enough at all. The best thing was the Boston Cream donut which did taste fresh. I will only be going to this location if I need to satisfy a quick sweet tooth for a donut or maybe try the ice cream but that's it!!! Also, everything is way overpriced! That was the worst $10 I have spent in a long time on food and coffee. McDonald's next store is a waaaay better option for breakfast on the go and that says a lot!!! The employee messed my order up 3 times, and was getting irritated. She was rude and displayed poor customer service. She asked me rudely why I was not looking from my CAR through the drive through glass, and allowed her to put the wrong donuts in the box. I parked and spoke with her manager, but she kept on arguing that she was not wrong and had the best customer service ever!!! I have been there 3 times and each time really bad service but this last visit was the worst thus generating this review. There were 5 workers and no one took my order. Myself and 1 other person were in line waiting..... after 2 mins one of the workers said please wait, we will be right with you. Three mins later they said the same thing while continuing to stock supplies. Two of the workers were on drive-through. At that point I just walked out....... I don't know the reviews are so bad at this Dunkin' Donuts, the one that's down the way is exactly the same if not worse. This one actually gets my order right and I haven't had a stale donut‍. I haven't had anything other than a coffee and a donut so maybe that's why I haven't had a bad experience. I ordered an XL Hot Chocolate (today I learned that not all Dunkins sell XL, I had to settle for a large) and an order of the 10 munchkins for $1.99. I told them to make them assorted but NO pumpkin flavored munchkins. I pay for my items and look at my receipt. They charged me for 20 munchkins. They refunded $1.99.. no tax... and when I got home to open my bag of munchkins there were 2 pumpkin flavored ones in there. Not pleased. read more
