7/5/21 after six flags, its time for a drink where the price isn't a rip off.
    John F.

7/6/21 Yesterday after visiting Six Flags I really felt parched and needed something to drink. The drinks at Six Flags regardless of a discount I could get, were to expensive. After leaving the park, I stopped by this business, because the prices are much more reasonable. The inside of the store did not look will maintained, but at least they had cold drinks. I bought a blue raspberry and Ice Drink along with bottled water. This drink cooled me down along with my air conditioning, but the bottled water really helped. This store had decent customer service, but I feel the cleaning habits need an upgrade for sure. Nevertheless, I aquired what I needed, but I did not feel comfortable buying food here. make of that what you will...

Very please with the management there. Even though there was a slight mistake on my order, they did an awesome job to rectify it!

Got a donut and a raspberry iced tea. Donut was fine, but the tea was terrible!!! I specifically asked for sweet. The tea was watery and lacked flavor. It was if they gave half a squirt of raspberry syrup. Not a very good first impression.

Owner is culturally rude. Tried to place 2 separate orders via drive-thru. He said "we don't do separate orders at my Dunkin' Donuts."

Was excited to have a new Dunkin' Donuts in Mitchellville Plaza. However, the owner is culturally rude. He is standoffish and looks at patrons as if they are going to do something negative. He never greets people when they come in the store. Recently, I went through drive-through with my daughters in the car, after the inside of the store closed. They each wanted to pay for their own items using gift cards they received. I tried to place 2 separate orders with a young lady and the owner grabbed the mic and abrasively told me that "we don't do separate orders at my Dunkin' Donuts." I don't understand the logic behind the policy, but I have more issue with how he talked to me. Corporate Dunkin' Donuts needs to require franchise owners that have stores in communities that they are NOT from take cultural diversity training. There seems to be a systemic problem. I have experienced similar challenges at the Dunkin' Donuts on hall road in Bowie as well.

This is a really nice, clean, local coffee with really bubbly personalities working the registers and making our coffees. Our drinks came out fast - we got the Honey Vanilla Bean Lattes, hers with oat milk, mine with almond milk and enjoyed them a lot. We will be back.

Came here for the first time on a Saturday at 11am with a group of friends. I ordered their matcha…read morelatte with 1% milk, and a ham and cheese croissant. What's Hot - Menu. Pretty good variety. There's coffee and non-coffee options. Unfortunately for me, they ran out out of chai by the time I ordered. In terms of food, there are sweet and savory baked goods. For croissants, I saw the ham and cheese; chocolate filled croissants, bagels, and other sweet and savory pastries. Later in the day, there appear to be more meal options, like sandwiches and such. - Quality. My matcha latte was pretty good. I asked for no sweetener, so the flavor of the latte was the simple matcha flavor, which I really liked. They warmed up my croissant, which helped, because it was soft. The croissant was not too salty and it had a nice flavor. - Service. Their staff appear to be on top of things. They're very nice and answered my questions. I did not wait very long for my order and it looked like everyone's order was handled smoothly and efficiently. - Price. The ham and cheese croissant was approximately $6 and my 20oz matcha latte was approximately $6. The balance came out to approximately $13. For the quality and portion size, it's pretty good value for money. - Layout. Very accommodating. There are a few bar stools at a counter near the front of the shop, several tables that seat 4 people, and a couple of couches towards the back with a coffee table in between. There is also a child size table with a couple of child size seats at the back, as well. This place appears to be popular, so be aware of the time you come here if you plan on dining in. Originally, I was hoping to snag the couches for myself and my group, but those were already taken by the time I arrived. Their bathroom accommodates physical handicaps and is a very good size. Everything inside was clean and organized. - Location. Conveniently located in a plaza with other shops and restaurants. Good size parking lot for the plaza. What's Not - No non-dairy options. I asked if my matcha latte could be made with soy milk, and their staffer responded that they only have 1% milk or whole milk. It's a little frustrating that there aren't non-dairy options, but to each their own. Just be aware. - Quality. My ham and cheese croissant was good, but it did not have as much cheese as I was hoping. I like my baked goods to have a good amount of filling. Their ham and cheese croissant was somewhat lacking. Good flavor, but not filling, so be aware. Final Answer Am willing to come back, but perhaps not a first choice.

For fast food coffee shop, this Dunkin' is doing it right…read more With a broken coffee maker and living out of a suitcase - we needed to make do with coffee chains nearby for our daily caffeine IV, and the pilgrimage to Dunkin' is one we've made a few days in a row now. I'd say the only thing I'm not thrilled about are their breakfast sandwiches - especially their sourdough option. They're all dry! We ate at home and adding some fresh tomato and mayo was a game changer, but without it not worth the purchase. Why 4 stars then? Well, friendly and competent service! We've rolled up to the drive through on a few occasions and I've been filled with dismay, line around the building. But they're pushing orders out the window very quickly, in many instances they had cars pay, get their food, drinks and roll past the window in less than a minute. My kinda drive through. Lattes are tasty, milky, and very inoffensive. I'd prefer a bit more oomph to my espresso, but given Dunkin' is shooting for the common denominator I'd say they're making a real nice acceptable latte. One donut we've gotten was our favorite maple, and it didn't disappoint.

It was light and had a good, but not too overpowering flavor, and it was overly sweet. It tasted like a real doughnut made with good ingredients. The price point of the doughnuts reflects the quality of the ingredients. The owner is very nice and happy to explain the various flavors if you asked. He was very helpful! He told me that if you want the popular flavors, try to get there before 1pm because they sell out, as you can see in one of the photos. Enjoy your life and treat yourself to a Handcraft Doughnut!

Our donut was light and fluffy, with a creme infused with real banana. You can tell that they are being thoughtful on their approach to artisanal donuts, and it really shows up in how they elevate this classic dessert. Its rare to find donuts that balance complex flavors, sweetness level, and good crumb but all of those things are what make it distinct fom others, especially chain restaurant donuts. Of course, these are probably made the day of and ours was a large and substantial size. Its definitely a treat-yourself type of moment to commit to the price point, but we weren't disappointed. My take on high‑price‑point food in Union Market is simple: that's exactly where you'll find it. So once you let go of that once you enter, you have a more pleasureable experience by allowing yourself to indulge and try to find the thing that will really fulfill you. And they did that for me. Thank you beautiful ladies who helped me select my donut!
