I ordered these donut holes looks good on the pic then I opened the box and it's disappointing

PEOPLE OF MILPITAS!! Please don't eat/ support this dunkin donut. Go to Donut Basket in Landess... Christy's Donuts in park Victoria.... We have plenty of mom and pop donut stores in our town that are waaaayyy more delicious. They sell coffee too.. Every time I visit this dunkin donut I am always disappointed. The service is terrible and the food is gross and the coffee is okay. In the 15 mins I was in store the staff screwed up two customers orders. They implied that I wanted a sandwich that I didn't pay for (they can't read apparently it was an online order that printed in front of them) the lady at the front was threatening and loud. I didn't fight with them because they look like they would spit on my food if I assert myself and they are scary AF. Anyway here's a picture of what I ordered vs what i got.

This Dunkin' is the one closest to work, and since it's opened I try to take advantage of their coffee + breakfast items meal deals (usually $5 or $6). I don't usually get a donut unless it is part of some sort of offer as theirs are not my preferred kind. They are usually not very busy for the drive thru between 6:30-7a.m. when I go, so I have been able to get my items quickly. The iced coffee occasionally has been extra bitter but the breakfast sandwiches typically are well made. When they first opened they often did have unavailable items, but that seems to be less of an issue lately. However, sometimes some food items have been burnt which I don't realize until I look into the bag after driving away. Hence, the 3 star review. I'll still keep going to this location for the deals as it is a convenient and relatively inexpensive breakfast option.

At this tiny and casual Dunkin' Donuts spot in Milpitas, CA, it's a very self sufficient place. Order online or on app to pick up, or order at kiosk or front counter, but don't expect much service when picking orders/grab and go. It's nothing like those larger locations with great customer service in person. You will feel automation here. Convenient location and yes, it has the drive thru lane as desired. Plenty of parking all around the public lot. Dining inside can get tight or crowded during rush times. Small place for sure, but you can sit around if you like. Employees usually mind their own business and get orders ready at the counter. I never had any problems with service yet. Staffs are usually helpful if I needed anything more. 4/5 rating for the $14.99 special Valentine's Day/seasonal special donut holes in the pink colored heart shaped tin box. I wish they would have placed a piece of paper or tray inside the tin box before tossing those varieties of donut holes inside. It could have helped kept the tin box much cleaner and looking great. I really like these special occasion items. They also currently sell the big heart shaped donuts now. Love most Dunkin' Donuts beverages and donuts. If you want deals, definitely use the app to browse and order in advance. Get an extra 100 points on Mondays only (via app) to redeem rewards for foods in future. They always have good value offerings and bonus points to earn, but you need to check in advance. Overall, this Dunkin' Donuts location is a good addition to the walkable neighborhood and parks nearby. Convenient. They just take longer fulfilling orders daily. I would consider coming back occasionally for holiday beverages and goodies to go.

I was on my to the symphony in San Jose on Saturday night and had to stop at Dunkin Donuts for a hot chocolate. We don't have a Dunkin in the Tri-Valley area so any time I'm in San Jose I've gotta get my fix at the Dunkin.

    Pathetic, cold dry, hard hashbrowns

I don't normally stop for breakfast but this morning I was really hungry. I ordered the eight dollar combo special with a bagel sandwich a coffee and hashbrowns. Everything else is very high priced. They got my order wrong. They gave me a croissant sandwich and then the hashbrowns were four or five little pieces of dried up hard hashbrowns. I couldn't even eat them And then the coffee had too much cream in it to even enjoy when I asked for a little bit of cream, I am going back to get my eight dollars back after calling over 10 times. I finally got somebody on the phone and told him this morning about my experience. I will never go back there. I don't know how they're gonna stay in business with that kind of service. I asked the lady at the window About the hashbrowns. There's only a couple of them in there and they were small hard and cold if this is how you do business, no thanks

I've been coming here for a little over a year now. The donuts have improved, and I've always appreciated the drinks, along with customer service. This is a clean store, but I just wish they'd do something about the smelly guy who often comes on Monday and Saturday. Though I know this is a pipe dream as I don't know if they could restrict him from coming even though his smell makes people like me feel sick.

Second visit to this location was so disappointing. Ordered munchkins/donut holes and they were old and dry! Won't throw away my money on this business again!

I ordered three bánh mì sandwiches : one roasted pork and two pork belly and all of them were delicious and well seasoned with the perfect balance of the pickled veggies. The roasted pork, in particular, stood out to me. It had a satisfying crunch, and it's not something I see very often at other bánh mì shops. I'm usually pretty selective when it comes to bánh mì, but this place exceeded my expectations. I only wish the banh mi were a little bigger, but overall, the food was excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

The sandwiches just feel much more lighter in weight nowadays…read morecompared to other heavy weight banh mi places, so not sure if it's because they customized the bread ingredients, but you certainly don't get as much filling inside, especially with the vegetarian banh mi sandwich. I ordered the grilled chicken, grilled beef, and meatball banh mi sandwiches too. The flavors and tastes feel much lighter than most. Other than that, the baguette breads are still nice and fluffy, crunchy, and soft to bite into. I ordered with credit card at kiosk. You can order over the counter or scan a QR code to place your order too. It took at least 20 minutes to get the order since the morning line was longer than expected. Expect to wait 20-40 minutes at times when busy inside. Staffs didn't call out my order number until I asked for my order. I watched for a good 3 minutes. They get busy that they easily forget to call out all the order numbers, so double check if needed. Y-Linh Sandwiches is still a good convenient stop though. Sandwich prices are around $8.50-$8.75 each now. Environment is still busy with lots of morning customers. Other than that, they certainly have it all here/good sandwiches/good desserts/good beverages/good pastries.

First, superrrrr appreciative that they took sizing of banh mi's bc usually I can never finish them. The pork belly with extra pate was sooo good and a great brunch meal. Obviously you can't go wrong with sugarcane and the croffle was super tasty as well. I'd probably get another cream / etc to pair with it as the matcha one was flavorless. Can't wait to come here in person or DD more options from their menu. Overall: 9/10 recommend

Nothing really stands out, but they get the job done if you're just looking for a quick drink. The biggest downside is the location and overall atmosphere. The shop shares a space with a Chevron gas station, and it doesn't have its own restroom. When I asked, I was told to use the Chevron bathroom, which felt unusual for a tea shop. The café also isn't the most comfortable place to hang out. I stopped by during a heat wave once and decided to stay for a bit, but it was still hot inside. I don't think the A/C was running, so I ended up leaving sooner than I planned. I could see myself grabbing a drink to go if I were already stopping for gas or just happened to be driving by. But personally, I'd rather drive a few minutes down the street to Barber Lane, where there are several other tea shops with better drinks and a more comfortable atmosphere. I can also do my grocery shopping while I'm there, so it's a much more convenient stop overall.

We've been ordering takeout from here forever, and it remains one of our most frequented spots for good reason. The egg rolls are a must, and if you're going to order them, get the crab egg rolls. Call ahead for the egg rolls as they do take time to fry. For entrees, my personal rotation never changes: bun thit nuong cha gio (always hits), com tam bi thit nuong (the broken rice combo is deeply satisfying), mi quang, and chao long. Fair warning: the interior is dated and the staff speak little English, so come in knowing that. This is an old-school takeout joint through and through so don't expect a polished dining experience. But if you want a hearty, authentic Vietnamese meal at a price that won't hurt your wallet, Dakao delivers every single time.

Location is near the Mirchi cafe on Fremont Blvd in the plaza right next to Wonderland smoke shop. There is plenty of parking. Staff was super nice and helped me open the stuck door that you have to pull really hard on to get in. The market is small but curated and I was drawn to the imported potato chips. I picked up a bag of Lay's Masala chips I haven't had since I was in Mumbai, excited to eat it with my sandwich. The sandwich took about 10 minutes to make and panini-press and smelled delicious. However, when I got home I immediately noticed the color and thought they had mistakenly used roast beef. I looked at some of the other reviews and their doordash image and I'm confused on what I got. The pastrami was missing the distinct reddish-pink color from brining and black bark from smoking, I'm not sure how it was prepped in-house but it tasted like roast beef. I did enjoy the blueberry jam and pepperoncini combo.
