I've been to this branch more than a dozen times (always past 4pm) but every. single. time. I come to get chocolate frosted with sprinkles donut, they don't have it!!! LOL. Sometimes they offer a substitute but just awhile ago, they said they don't have any donuts left. They always apologize for not having that specific donuts though but WOW. I wonder how it became a donut place. America can't rely on this. LOL. Gave it two stars because I know they could do better. This branch is kind of new, is clean both inside and out, looks like a nice spot for doing work on laptop since the area is not congested yet and there's an ample parking in the vicinity. I'm pretty sure this location used to be a bank, or at least that's what it looks like. I passed it on the way to our new vet and remembered it's February meaning my absolute favorite donut (Brownie Batter) was available!! I placed a mobile order for a mocha latte and 3 donuts. My kids wanted double chocolate, but they were all out (it WAS 4:30 in the afternoon). The lady at the window was kind and patient enough for me to call my kids and ask what they wanted instead because God forbid I do a nice gesture and buy them donuts and they be the wrong flavor. Boom! Lives ruined. Have to knock off a star because my latte was missing whipped cream which I had selected, so the cup was only about 3/4 full. But the woman working was so nice I couldn't give them 3 stars. I will definitely visit again in the future because good customer service can't be beat. read more

Fast and most importantly KIND service. Usually, I find that the workers at ALL Dunkin' are rude when serving me. This morning, this locations crew were efficient and friendly. Staff is always friendly service is always fast. There is a location much closer to home but I'd rather drive here! Terrible service. I was the only customer in the store, while two employees were doing other things, perhaps preparing a drive-thru order. Employee saw me standing at counter, looked me in the eyes and didn't even acknowledge me. Not even to say, "I'll be right with you". After 5 minutes of standing there and being ignored, I walked out. Donut selection was limited and didn't look that fresh anyway, so I'm glad I didn't purchase anything. There are employees inside and the open sign is lit, but the doors are locked and no one answered at the drive thru. The staff at this location is more often than not slow to acknowledge a customer that is waiting at the counter to order. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me 64 cents for two cups of water, when I had asked for two cups of water with my actual order of multiple coffees, donuts, etc, and wasn't given any. Either way, this location is nice only because it's new-ish, but the customer service is in need of a serious overhaul. read more

Dunkin' will unfortunately never likely get 5 stars from me for the simple fact that their donuts are no longer made in house, but the coffee is good and you can get a variety of breakfast items besides donuts (egg sandwiches and such) which makes it good for the family. Today i got a wake up wrap. It was consistent with food I have gotten at other Dunkin' locations - which is good, since this is the type of place where I expect a particular product and don't necessarily want adventure or surprises, just a morning pick-me-up or occasional treat. If you are not familiar with the Dunkin' chain, the coffee is pretty good and of course you can have your choice of dessert coffees, hot chocolate, and fruity slurpee and smoothie type drinks. If you are a tea drinker like my wife, though, you may have a harder time finding something because they pretty much just have your standard Lipton-type tea. She loves me, though, so she'll go there with me anyway. This is a new location with a drive-thru if you are in a hurry. Like I mentioned before, the food met expectations for this chain. The customer service was friendly and swift. What really makes this location stand out, though, is that it has plenty of seating if you want to sit and sip. Not only does it have 4-top and 2-top tables, but there is also bar style seating (with plenty of usb and electrical outlets) as well as a little nook on the side with coffee tables and chairs. So far, so good with cleanliness. Everyone has been served, so right now the floor is getting mopped and drive-thru windows washed. Definitely a nice atmosphere to have a coffee date or to get done work done. PS: There's a gym in the same shopping center, so go ahead - have as many munchkins as you want! read more

I am at this store constantly, and I have never had an issue that was not resolved to my liking. The employees at this location go above and beyond for customer service. They even remember my name, and they always ask me how I am doing. I drive way out of my way to come to this specific Dunkin donuts because it is my absolute favorite. Ms.Tabbu especially always remembers my order without having to ask, and she is the sweetest person. (All of the other employees are so sweet and wonderful also.) read more

New fresh spot. Coffee is good, donuts are fresh. I use order ahead here and have no issue. I did try to use a coupon at the drive thru once and the guy didn't let me because "he already put the order through", but I hadn't paid yet. That was a little annoying. I feel like this spot will do well because it's on a main road and there isn't much around yet. I find it a welcoming addition to the area! read more

I stop here almost every morning and sometimes in the evening if I have work to do. I have never received bad service or food. The customer service and attitudes in this shop are exemplary. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I started going here when they first opened and it was awesome. This morning I walked up to the door at 8:30am and it's locked, they claim "they are short staffed". They also cancelled the mobile ordering. I waited forever at the drive through and when I got there I noticed 7 or 8 employees. HOW are they short staffed?? They are just being lazy. Not to mention I ordered a donut which they didn't give me. I wouldn't have known if I didn't check the bag. I asked about it and she said "oh we don't have anymore". I paid for it and she wasn't going to even tell me she didn't give it to me. HOW are you Dunkin DONUTS and you are out of donuts at 8:30am? They don't even folder the wraps. They just throw it all In there so it's a nice cheesy mess all stuck to the bag. It's always something with this location. They are all clueless in there. I hate this Dunkin and I'll never go back. When I go through drive through my order is wrong every time lately. I brought this to the attention to the drive through manager. Her way of correcting the problem was I went again she gave me my coffe with no receipt. The order was incorrect again when I come inside she and the other supervisor , manager start talking in their language. The other front line supervisor can get the order correct though. I pulled up to drive thru, clerk opens window and say may I help you? I proceed to say large hazelnut coffee with extra cream and clerk turns his back and continues his conversation with co workers. My order would have been large hazelnut coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. I work for a major Airline in customer service, if I would treat a customer that way, I wouldn't have a job. I have stopped purchasing items from this location. I just moved to the area and was excited to live near a DD. It is so disappointing to have my order messed up every time I visit this location. The hot chocolate is watery, the donuts tend to be hard and the sandwiches tend to be stale. I have had to take my food back twice. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone. The Corporate office should hire a mystery shopper to review this location. Majority of the time I have visited this location on a Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has very rude people working there. I asked for my loyalty card to be punched and the guy at the window said the cards are location specific and I needed a card for that location. Aside from the fact that the same location punched the same card yesterday, I asked for a new card. He told me doesn't have one. They haven't had them since they've opened because I've been asking for one. I asked then why they had the puncher for the cards. His response "don't argue with me." He got so angry he shoved my food at me and refused to speak to me afterwards. I didn't know someone could be so nasty that early in the morning. I've never experienced such poor customer service at a DD. I rather go to Starbucks then deal with these people first thing in the morning. read more
