I'm so torn by this DD. It's been my go-to before work for the past 3 years. I have to say it is hit or miss. The location is crazy convenient and the drive thru lines move fast even when long. The times I have run inside to order has not been the same experience. Once I waited super long in line for them to then make my order wrong TWICE. The drive thru staff are stellar, I would recommend avoiding going inside. Drive thru order is right majority of time and much faster. As for staffing, I know the morning rush has got to suck, but friendlier staff would boost my morning just as much as the coffee. It really does mean that much that I just can't give this place 5 stars. While some staff are nice, most practically throw your order into the car not even looking. Having time standards are important but shouldn't impede on the customer service. read more

A Dunkin' is a Dunkin, and this one served. Honestly, better tasting coffee than other locations in my opinion past 1PM. Iced coffee was perfect and filled to the top, green tea tasted fresh, and the bagel was toasted just right. Super clean inside with a really nice marble fireplace by the seating area (not pictured). Staff were wearing masks, but NONE OF THEM had up it up- NO noses are covered. Not even the man who appears to be a manager! They did not enforce masks to be worn inside by several people using the rest room. The iced coffee looked like tea & tasted like water. The donuts tasted very old. Came by this Sunday morning I got called in early for work and all I wanted was a bacon egg and cheese bagel ,a donut and a hot coffee at 545 a.m ,so I went here thinking I can get this since no one was in line but lo and behold they had no bagels no donut that I liked and no croissants. Come on this early in the morning and you're only serving muffins? She could have led with that ,because I waited 6 minutes before she told me that's all they had at drive-thru. This is the Dunkin closest to my house so occasionally I'm stuck with it but if I have extra time I will go somewhere else. I just can't with them anymore. The customer service is terrible, the product is NEVER consistent and the staff seem so worried about getting cars through the drive thru under 2 minutes that everything else is severely lacking. Today just put me over the edge. I ordered 2 donuts that were so gooey they were almost inedible, the chocolate frosting on one doughnut was completely stuck in the bottom of another and they were both stuck to the bag. They're usually my sons favorite but today he took one bite and said he didn't want anymore. Then my coffee, EVERY TIME I say "medium coffee cream and sugar" and I have NO idea what I'm going to get. Today it looks like mostly cream with a little bit of coffee and some days it's way too dark. And then today I threw them for a loop and asked for a gift card(I know, I bring this on myself) I asked for 20$, I get the receipt back it says 8$, I go to the next window and say I asked for 20$ and this says 8$, she checks the card and it magically has 10$ on it. Really!?! She then asks if I want another 10$... ummm, my original request, yes that would be great. And everyone in there is rushing this girl to get me through and I know they're looking at a timer. Dear Dunkin, do yourselves a favor and GET RID OF THE DRIVE THRU TIMER. Take a cue from Chick fil a and work on customer service. And just want to bring up another recent event, I pulled up to the drive thru speaker a couple of weeks ago and it appeared someone didn't know they had their microphone on and were saying some pretty obscene things. Once again an order is repeated to the person, they repeat back you correct them, they repeat it again, it's correct you drive off and take a sip and it's wrong AGAIN! Cream no sugar, isn't a difficult order, and they keep putting sugar in not paying attention at all. Diabetics don't appreciate it, and it's not something we can just ignore. I love getting to the window and the person is on his phone while others are yelling in the back. No one behind me, no new orders taken, but I have to pull up and wait, and wait .... There are several others in the location pick them ! Staff is very uncaring, but they are great at making you feel like you're interrupting them at an inconvenient time. read more

It's big, it's clean, the workers are fast and friendly. One hang up is the bathroom has one toilet so that means potentially waiting in line. I like the nice rack they have for selling stuff such as mugs, cups and different flavored coffees. read more

I come here pretty often and the staff is really friendly. This is one of the two locations I get coffee from daily. They always know my coffee, and there's a woman with red hair in the morning that is so sweet, fast and always on point. Love when she makes my coffee lol. None the less most mornings it's the same people when I come in. Awesome team! I loveee my hash browns crispy and not many stores do them that way but they always make them to perfection! How does this Dunkin' only have 3 stars??? This is by FAR the best franchise I've ever been to (so much so that I felt the need to write a YELP! review). Every morning that drive thru line is PACKED. Yet, it moves efficiently, quickly, and without error. For three years I've been coming to this DD before work; it has never been too long of a wait, and never did they get my order wrong. Ever. This used to be my stop first thing in the morning 4:45ish. They were fast and almost always got the order right, but lately it's gone downhill in a bad way. The service is super slow. I normally don't take the time to write Yelp reviews, but I wanted to give this Dunkin Donuts the credit it deserves. When I drive up, there may be 5 cars in front of me, but it takes no longer than 5 minutes from the time I get in the drive-thru line until I receive my order. The staff is friendly, fast, and my order is always on point! Thank you to the staff for a great job! P.S. I see that previous reviews, which are years old, indicate poor service. This dunkin donuts has a tendency to hire some of the worst employees of all time. That being said. The food and all that jazz is the same quality wise. The presentation looks like the doodoo of a small dawg. WARNING if you need to be anywhere within the hour do not go here. Not the worst Dunkin' around. However, the staff (like at most Dunkin Donut franchises owned by this particular group of franchisees) seemed undertrained. I counted seven people on staff and they were unable to keep up with five orders -- at least three of which were screwed up. However, they are usually pleasant despite their questionable competence, and the place is fairly clean. Their little TV lounge and accessible conference room in the back are nice touches as well. read more

Its hit or miss. I go there every day morning and night. The difference is the morning might be slower but the service is better and the stuff I order is always right. When I go at night I order a caramel light and sweet and somehow end up with French vanilla? Doesn't make since how they could mess that up when there's no line at all. Me and my girlfriend once ordered a ham egg and cheese on a coursaunt and both got such bad food poising! I had to miss two days of work because of it. My girlfriend is also pregnant so I was extremely angry and refuse to get any food from Dunkin donuts now ever again. Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin' Donuts to where I live so I have no choice but to go here. Staff is consistently confused and mixing up orders, especially this morning. When I told the worker that the price under the window was different than what I was told he ignored me and took my payment. I asked again about the price and he just handed me a bag and a hot cocoa. I said again that this wasn't what I ordered and may be the reason that the price was incorrect. He got mad and started yelling to the staff while I sat there in my car. Meanwhile, he already scanned my phone app for payment which wasn't even the correct price! He finally just asked me what I ordered and handed it to me and walked away. I got no "sorry" or explanation whatsoever. I will take the extra time now to drive elsewhere and if I wasn't in a rush I would've gone inside to get my money back for the difference in price. read more

Probably the fastest service around for the amount of people that they serve. Although it is busy in the morning they always get your order quickly and right. Staff is REALLY courteous and friendly and I go there daily before work using the drive thru. They seem to have a very good system as you drive right up and are out of there quickly. read more

Why is it that at all Dunkin Donuts they screw your coffee up.on the outside of the cup they write it the correct way, but inside the cup is not what you ordered. So this place is extremely busy! I'm talking you walk in and will find that there are at least 4-5 people in line in front of you. Don't even bother trying the drive-thru because yes, that is JUST AS LONG. But the surprising thing about this place, is theyre on top of their stuff. Their appropriately staff and alot of times have both their registers open so you don't even feel like you've been waiting forever. We did run into a situation on one of the days we were by which is why I gave them a 4. We went there at about 11am on a sunday and half of their donuts were gone (okay? busy day) but unfortunately it didn't seem as though they were going to restock any more of them. So i was extremely disappointed. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and also a chai latte(?). And his drink came out but his sandwich never did. When he took a sip of his beverage, it tasted like flavored hot water. For whatever reason, the drink was not made correctly. The people there were extremely nice about it and fixed it right away which is why I still gave them a good review. Eventually he got his sandwich also. So everything worked out. read more

I stopped by the Dunkin Donuts in Meriden and ordered a dozen donuts. I added to the attendant not to put too many chocolate donuts in the box. The male attendant was rude and impatient. When I got to the window I was handed a box with 6 chocolate donuts and 6 others. I told the female attendant I specifically said not too many chocolate. I then told her I will come inside to make my selection. Once inside I was told they are supposed to get rid of the older donuts first so that is why I was given those donuts. I asked her the customer specifically said they do not want that type of donut why then would they be given that whether they were older or newer. I was paying for what I wanted. I did ask for the name of the male attendant who was being rude as I took my order because at this time he had removed his name tag from his apron. She told me his name was "Gio". I will be making an official complaint to Dunkin Donuts. As a consumer, I have the right to choose what I am paying for. The staff at that facility seem untrained and very unprofessional. read more
