Went through Dunkin' in MENDON, MA Monday 5/11 and ordered a small iced coffee with cream and 3 Splenda. First order I received: a small hot coffee. Second order they tried to hand me: a medium iced coffee with cream and what was probably regular sugar. Third and final order: a small iced coffee with cream and sugar... again, not what I ordered. When I went back to request a refund, the manager, Kate, became upset and said, "We get millions of orders a day." I understand places get busy, but how hard is it to actually listen and enter the correct order? She also accused me of "having an attitude every time" I come there. The funny part is I barely ever stop there -- maybe once a year. Needless to say, I'd like to file a complaint with corporate. read more

A lot of the Dunkin' Donuts around here are super slow. When I'm in town seeing the family everybody wants to go to jumbos but I still prefer the Dunkin coffee. This is a solid location that is not as slow as other locations nearby, has friendly staff, and rarely runs out of my dad's apple fritters. Not always so clean, but it's a high traffic location so we can blame it on that. read more

I dont think its a good use of space to not have an exit lane in the drive thru. The parking lot doesnt need 9 xtra spots. I deliberately avoid any drive thru I can get stuck in. Nobody else in drive thru, 1 kid in store walked in after my order. Goin on 9 min sittin here for a small iced coffee. This location really is not worth it. read more

I rate this a 3.8. The food overall was pretty good. Bagel could have been toasted a little longer to my liking. Donut was soft and pretty good. Could have had a little more frosting on it. Drive through workers were very nice and gave food fast. The drink was alright still don't know if I like it. Drive through is very skinny not sure who designed that. Nice if you need something quick in the morning as long as you order ahead. Breakfast sandwiches are tasty and coffee is good.

Whoever was working the drive thru speaker (not the window) on Friday, July 28th between 9:30-10am had major attitude and was very rude. I always treat food service workers with respect because I know how tough those jobs can be from working them myself, but I left from this mornings experience feeling very upset. read more

This Dunkin' gets the award for never getting the order correct. Seriously. No joke. Out of the half dozen times I've visited the location the order has never been right. I was hoping following the remodel they'd have their act together; but they don't. Not sure how it's even possible to have consistency bad coffee but these people do it. read more

I'll go miles out of my way or just wait till I pass another further down before I use this one. The main reason is the drive thru setup. Idk what they were thinking when they designed it so cars can't leave the drive thru line once they enter, given an emergency or something or, if the line is taking too long and one must abort their mission as sometimes is the case... being STUCK in the line is a feeling I avoid at all cost. I suggest doing what 99% of all drive thrus I've seen do and making a lane for people to drive around the line if need be. read more

It may be a world on edge, but civility and common courtesy still stand. And, good customer service is still expected in the food service industry. Franchise or not, this Dunkin' is leaning very close to one of the worst I've been to. I gave you two stars because the coffee is still good. The donuts are fair, and the sandwiches are okay. But, your people need training in treating people nicer. How about, "how are you today?", or "how may I help you?", or "what can I get you this morning?" Wearing a mask is very challenging because you cannot see your workers' mouths move. But, I'm not blind. I can see the look in their eyes. I made a comment of how beautiful the renovations looked in this Dunkin's. Nothing! No response. No engagement. Where's the pride of working for one of the top food service companies in the United States (are you listening to me)? I received my food as ordered, but needed a tray for my two beverages. I spoke through the plexiglass, but I must not have been heard. So, I bent down and spoke beneath the glass and said to a worker who was working on something if she could get me a tray. She looked, no glared at me, as if my interruption was uncalled for, and scurried on over to retrieve a tray and flung it on the counter. She didn't even hand it to me. What! I just paid a good amount of money, honey, so that you can earn money for that expensive cell phone you have sticking out of your pocket. Or, that tattoo you are dreaming of getting next. That was NOT service with a smile. It was as if I interrupted her busy morning with some inconvenient request not within the scope of her job description. Ha! Getting a tray for me IS within your job description. You don't have to smile about it. But, at least show some respect and hand it to me. I'm not sure what this means. I've heard MANY complaints about this Dunkin's. I have been there many times. The workers often ignore the walk-ins to service the multitude of drive-thru customers. I get that. But, we walk-ins have green money, too. And, big orders (how about those Imperial car employees - they come with typed-out lists!). Your franchise needs a whole lot more than a fancy counter and new couches to improve the atmosphere. You need a complete overhaul of your staff. It is no secret that food service workers are not all career employees. It could be a first job for many. It is hardly a dream job. But, good service attendants get remembered. Bad ones get talked about. That is what I am doing. I wonder where the next franchise is being built. read more

Drive thru could be a problem during a morning rush as you would not be able to get out of line. The bathrooms were clean and had a speaker in there playing the news. The lobby was very open. Customers at the tables seemed very comfortable enjoying their brew watching the news on tv. My coffee was perfect. I ordered a medium ice mocha cold brew cream only. My friend enjoyed her coffee as well. I visited this location during a day trip and it was a few cents cheaper than my local Dunkin' Donuts. I went during off peak hours so it was fairly quiet. Employees seemed nice enough. There was plenty of parking. read more

Should've known to leave immediately when I saw the line of 15 opened Hood Creamers on the counter, this place is a mess. A worker made a drink with 90% cream and doesn't seem to think it's a bad idea. Another worker was rolling around on a milk crate in the drive thru and yelled out to a customer that their card was declined. All while another customer inside was waiting to make his order as they all glimpsed at him and didn't bother to ask. read more

What happened here? It used to be a quick trip in the drive thru. Now its insanely slow. 15 minutes to get a coffee is ridiculous (4 cars ahead of me). If it had not been for the little barrier I would have just left. Lucky for me the person two cars ahead just couldnt wait for their stuff at the window and just took off. Im curious how complex donut and coffee orders can be to frustrate a person enough to leave without everything they had paid for. Anyway - this has been going on for a few weeks now and I cant afford to blow nearly an hour per week just to get coffee here. I wont be back. read more

I've gotten a penny in the bottom of my bag of munchkins (which were less than what I paid for more than once) and my toddler got ahold of it. When I told this to the manager nothing was done to fix it. The parking lot (especially drive thru) has quite nasty potholes and still hasn't been fixed. Pulling in here is very dangerous to vehicles and safety, there's a substantial amount of car accidents on this road from the people trying to go around stopped cars turning left into Dunkin Donuts parking lot and good luck trying to get out and certain hours, line of traffic doesn't let up and people force their way in causing more accidents. I never get a toasted bagel when it's supposed to be toasted, looks like they always toss it through on fast and comes out barely looking like cooked dough. There is one woman that is super duper pleasant whenever she is at cashout for the drive-thru and I have to say I appreciate her genuinely pleasant demeanor whenever I see her. I am currently 8 months pregnant and very hormonal/ emotional but, I literally cried today after leaving the drive-thru this morning because it is so nice to be greeted by her rather than someone who doesn't seem to care much about being pleasant to their customers. Every time I go there I use the drive through. The person on the order box always sounds pained to take an order. Not pleasant. Maybe customer service training would help. read more

No drive thru garbage cans. Closes early. Line is too skinny, only enough room for single lane cars so you are stuck if you get in line and realize it isn't moving and change your mind and want to get out. read more

I ordered a hot pumpkin coffee with 1 sweet n low and cream, and an onion bagel with cream cheese. I got a regular coffee with no sweet n low, and all the cream cheese on bagel was in the middle. Am I supposed to spread it around with my finger? Because I didn't get napkins either. Pretty ticked off. read more

Every time I come here, it is great service, great coffee and fast service. The kids love the donuts (okay, so I like them too)....never had a bad experience. Inside is really nice...I was surprised when I got together with some friends for coffee and some chat. No wonder they are putting these up on every corner. I work 2 seconds down the street from this Dunkin Donuts. Staff is friendly and always smiling. The Coffee and food is well Dunkin Donuts so you know what your going to get. But if your in the area and need a coffee why not stop there at least you will get a nice smile with you coffee to brighten your day. read more

Horrible experience with the drive thru, I dealt with an argumentative cashier on the amount of money I had furnished for payment, after some intervention from their management team and a counting of the draw the issue was solved, yet the 'initial process' was dealt with poorly. read more

Horrible. My daughter went to get me an iced coffee, a bagel & the new maple bacon donut. They didn't have the new donut (you would think they'd have them since it's a new product they're pushing), the bagel was hardly toasted and my iced coffee ( which I always order with milk & 1 equal) was dark as dirt. It also had NO ice. I know the ice didn't melt- I live a mile away !! They use to be good but are horrible now. The workers are very nice, friendly & quick but the problem is the quality of the product. read more
