I stopped by on a recent weekend to grab some coffee. I ordered an iced Spanish latte with oat milk. This coffee was so smooth and yet bold, one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time! My friend ordered the Larcomar Signature which is definitely more sweet. It has a lot of caramel in it. He enjoyed his drink too since he prefers his drinks a little sweeter. If I'm in the Manassas Park area, I'll be coming back here for coffee, and next time I'll try some of the food too. Vibes: - Bright, warm, and cozy. Perfect for meeting up with your friends to chat. Parking: - There are a few parallel parking spots out front. - If those spots are taken, pull around the corner, there are more spots available.

I ordered one of the drink specials called jirani junction and it's one of the best lattes I've had, I don't remember what exactly was in it though. I didn't try any of their food items because their kitchen closes really early, I think at 1 pm, but their menu had a lot of items that sounded really good. I definitely want to come back and get another coffee and try something from their menu. The cashier was really sweet and my latte came out really fast. There's so many tables and places to sit in this coffee shop so you could come solo, on a date, or even with a large study group there's tables for large groups in the back.

The default vanilla latte isn't overly sweet, which is good. The regular latte is pretty well pulled. Not over extracted, but a little too much milk for my preference. My wife had an English muffin with an egg. It tasted as good as a 2 ingredient dish could taste. Or at least those 2 ingredients. My raspberry crumble was also good, but could have used more raspberry. I prefer to taste the raspberry as the predominant flavor and in this bar it was a bit masked by the crumble. Still enjoyable though. It's a bit tight inside and typical of an independent coffee shop. Wooden floors and something to look at wherever you turn. Definitely a decent place to grab a cup of coffee if you are in old town. We haven't been here in the evening, it they do have a decent beer list for later in the day.

We usually stop by every other week as my kids and husband are getting their haircut at the old town man cave. It is definitely a staple in old town, Manassas. The service is always amazing. The staff is always so nice and so kind and considerate. I enjoy going in there and getting a chance to talk to them and everything too. The ambience is amazing because it's decorated with local artists and letting them sell their designs in the shop. It's the perfect little hometown right here in old town.

I do wish they had an app or something to order ahead to make it easier for people on a time crunch. Surprisingly still very busy on a weekday for lunch. The hojicha is my favorite and I generally order a lox everything bagel since it's quick. But because of the limited amount of time, it isn't ideal for me to wait in line to order then wait more for food to come out.

There are tables for about 30 patrons, but some are often taken up by people on their laptops. You order your meal at the counter and a server brings you the food. The food is all very good and tastefully presented. One slight inconvenience is that they don't have simple "all American combos" like some other breakfast places. You can sort of build your own, but then the price gets pretty high for breakfast. Overall, great food, service and ambiance. Definitely plan to go back. PS - they have a couple tables out front but they are pretty close to parking lot traffic.

I was also surprised that a Turkish restaurant served regular dinner rolls with the mutabal rather than pita or another traditional bread, which would have complemented the dish much better. Service | Chicken & Waffles | Raspberry Latte…read more Service - The service was the weak point of the experience. Our waiter was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to interact with, but overall the service was slow and inattentive. I'm not sure if he was covering multiple sections, but we visited on a Friday morning when the restaurant appeared to be about 65-75% full, so it didn't seem overwhelmed. Chicken & Waffles - Overall, a tasty dish. The chicken was flavorful, and the waffle was well prepared. My main critique is the ratio. There was significantly more waffle than chicken--roughly a 5:8 ratio. Personally, I prefer a 1:1 chicken-to-waffle ratio so that every bite has the perfect balance. Good meal, but the portion balance could be improved. Raspberry Latte - The highlight of the visit. The raspberry flavor complemented the coffee perfectly without being overpowering. It was smooth, well-balanced, and something I would absolutely order again. Why Not Five Stars? - The slow service. We noticed several tables in our section experiencing the same issue. One outdoor table waited a long time for drinks and didn't receive their food until we were halfway through our meal, despite arriving before us. Pro Tip: There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant, which makes visiting easy. After your meal, take some time to walk around the town. It's charming, pedestrian-friendly, and worth exploring.

I had been told what a great spot this was for breakfast and lunch by so many people, so when a friend invited me, I couldn't wait to try it out. Since then, I've organized a few brunches with friends, and we have never been disappointed. The menu is absolutely HUGE, both for food options and beverages. Whether you are looking for a savory crepe with coffee or avocado toast with a mimosa bucket, you can get it all here. I could probably dine here every morning for a year and get something different every time! There's plenty of seating inside and outside the restaurant, and dogs are welcome for outdoor seating. (When my friend brought a frenchie she was petsitting, several employees asked if we needed water or other items for her!) There are also umbrellas for the outdoor tables for sunny mornings. I've received great recommendations from my servers, and they are knowledgeable about their extensive menu. Even when we've had complicated orders, everything has always been perfect, and I've enjoyed my experience every time. I look forward to many delicious visits to Clifton Cafe in the future!

I went with my family recently for brunch and enjoyed the trifecta of restaurant goodness: good service, good food, and good ambiance. We got several things: lattes (mochas and a cappuccino), French onion soup, ratatouille, one of the croque sandwiches, quiche, and dessert. Everything was quite good, but the leek quiche was heavenly! Easily one of the best quiches I've had in a long time: texturally perfect and also so flavorful.
