It's Sunday morning.. Easter Sunday, to be exact.. & I understand when any line is long you want to move as quickly (& efficiently, you'd think) as possible. However, drive thru attendant Brandon rushed every person in line through their order, cut me off not once, not twice, but three times while trying to order an iced coffee coffee & a ham, egg & cheese on an everything bagel. The second cutoff was my asking for a side of cream cheese, but he cut me off asking 'anything else?', I replied 'did you get the side of cream chee-' which he responded 'YEP.' - K. When I got to the window, he's talking poorly about the man ahead of me who evidently placed his order incorrectly (& took full ownership, mind you), said no words to me, I showed my phone for him to scan & he continued blabbering away to his coworker as he hands me my order & that's that. Not a 'thank you', not a 'you're all set', not even a 'have a good day'. I pull up so the person behind me can be helped and I can get situated - no cream cheese in the bag (which I have no idea if I was even charged for because I was given zero acknowledgement at the window, nevermind a receipt), but at that point I was so irritated by this twerp I said screw it and headed home, to which I then found my sandwich was on a plain bagel. Not a big deal, either - and I understand you don't exactly staff the A Team on a Sunday (I'd much rather have the A Squad on Monday - Friday, for sure) - but for the love of Christ if they'd slow down & pay a little more attention to the task at hand instead of criticizing customers who have already left the premises they may end up with a couple more 5 star reviews up in here. Bottom line - Get your shit together, Brandon. I certainly wouldn't mess with undercaffeinated humans any day of the week! read more

I didn't like how off putting he was. Starbucks is just a few doors away. I'd much rather support a small business like this one then a chain like Starbucks.
